A store representative helped us pick out a mattress. We went in with an idea of what we wanted based on an ad. He showed us that mattress and asked us questions to get an idea of our likes and preferences. Than he showed us a couple of other mattress and some other ideas. We ended up buying a different mattress than the one we went in the store to look at. The store representative name was Junior Rodreguey was not only helpful but very kind. Thank you for his training for being a good store representative.

I went to Mattress Firm on about 9/10/21. I was greeted by John S . He worked with me for about 45 minutes. I was very torn to which one I wanted. He answered all my questions. I left that day and day and didnt return for 10 days. I worked with John again. He was the most pleasant person to work with me. I purchased day and I feel Im very confident Im going to love my decision. .

While in the store the sales reps were polite & professional. I picked out what I wanted with ease. The problem came in when the items I purchased were being delivered and the platform frame had been swapped out for a standard frame & box spring. While I understand that sometimes items aren’t in stock and the replacements were priced higher than what I had requested and paid for… it is not what I wanted or what I had ordered and paid for. I called the store and was not pleased with the response; no apology, just a ‘don’t sign for it, return it and we’ll refund you’ with no resolution of when I would get the frame I had actually paid for. I asked why hadn’t they called me and all The response was ‘it was too late’ .. not impressed with a business that handles things this way.

I had the best experience with Mattress Firm ! It started with the sales associate, Big John! My husband just had heart surgery, I needed an adjustable bed, there was issues with the finances, so I left. He called me within 30 minutes, he had another option in beds. I went the next day, liked the bed and bought it. He made sure it was delivered before my husband came home! The delivery/set associates, we’re very prompt and professional! They were finished in 10 minutes!Thank you Mattress Firm!

This is the second time I’ve bought from Mattress Firm and it is my second time to be completely satisfied. John was very professional but friendly and courteous. We told him what we needed and he instantly knew what was the best option for us. I swear we were there maybe a total of ten minutes. I can’t comment on delivery or set up because they are coming this afternoon. But if it’s anything like my first purchase I will have absolutely no issues. Their products are by far the best I have ever purchased.

Ive ordered from mattress firm and theyve always been good but this last time mattress and frame supposed to be delivered on a certain day that day came I got a call saying hey itll be one more week and I said ok cool that date came no call no nothing I had to make a call and they said two more weeks I said ok and now the water house is saying 4 more weeks. So In total itll be past two months before I get my mattress Im just going to get my money back.

Hope and her associates need serious training on customer service and their companys program. what should take 5min takes them 20+min followed by, were sorry but something went wrong with our system. Also the delivery date they will give you is not set in stone. so dont take off work cause most likely it wont arrive and they will not call you to inform that delivery day has changed. Save yourself the hassle and purchase online.

This was my first time buying a brand new mattress and Erik made the experience wonderful and easy. He had so much info for us, he answered all of our questions. I ended up spending way more than planed, but got a way better mattress than I was originally looking at. He was able to work with us and gave us a great deal and free delivery. This was a great shopping experience. We bought one mattress and base in November, then went in to buy a second of the same in January and the manager honored the lower price we had paid in November! Great! We also got our items delivered to our home for free. Hard to beat. In both cases, the people who delivered were timely, efficient, and cordial. Would definitely recommend to others!

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service was horrific! We purchased a very expensive mattress ($4300) and was told it would be delivered on June 21. The delivery date was discussed with the manager, Hope Brown, before we purchased it and she was made aware it was important we received the mattress on the date promised as we had guests coming from out-of-state. We received a phone call the afternoon of June 20th saying our mattress would not be delivered until July 10th (AFTER our guests arrive). I spoke with John at the store the next day, June 21, and voiced my displeasure at which time he stated Im not into getting yelled at on a Monday morning. He also stated he had done us a favor by calling Sunday afternoon to tell us the new delivery date instead of letting us get blindsided by the mattress merely not showing up! We would have been open to working with the Titusville store to come to some mutual resolution, but the gentleman was so rude I was not inclined to do so. Though I was forceful in my displeasure, I never raised my voice and hung up. I went online and discovered a mattress I felt we would like better, but told my husband I did not want to give our business to the Titusville store. We drove to New Smyrna, purchased a different mattress and cancelled the one at the Titusville store.

Manager sold my husband dirty used pillows. She called them floor models? I would think that would be against FL Health Dept laws. Manager was very rude when I called to attempt to return them. She said we could not return them. My husband had no idea they were dirty with sweat, because there covers on them. She charged him 30 bucks per pillow. Not happy with your company at all.

After more years than I care to admit, me and my wife decided that our bed needed to be replaced.And so, I dove into the very...broad world of mattress shopping.Within hours I had decided that I hated doing that and wanted someone else to help me figure it out. Like most people, I have responsibilities that prevent me from becoming a certified connoisseur in mattress quality- so rather than approach the topic that I would be betting my back on, I decided to trust someone who had made it their responsibility to know the ins and outs of comfort related to mattresses.That is when I met Jason at this Mattress Firm.First of all, being personable during the time of COVID-19 can be...difficult to say the least. But somehow, despite the masks and gloves, Jason made us feel welcomed, safe, and went out of his way to make sure everything was properly sanitized and comfortable.At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or burdensome for wanting to go back and forth between two beds for 30 minutes.Jason dutifully attended to each customer who came in, while managing to give us top notch customer service and attention.Ultimately, we left with a bed and frame that suited our needs and our budget. It would not have happened without his knowledge, care, and expertise. Mattress Firm in Titusville had a very nice selection of Simmons, Stearns and Foster, Tempurpedic, Purple, and other mattress brands. Our salesperson was Arthur Briggs. He was very knowledgeable about the differences in the various Simmons BeautyRest mattresses (we had pretty much decided we wanted another Simmons), and was able to answer all our questions and help us find exactly the right mattress for our needs. This is the first time well have purchased an adjustable bed, and they had a range of prices that allowed us to find what we wanted for a price within our budget. Very happy with the selection and friendly service. Would recommend them and use them again (this was our first time to buy there).

I went mattress shopping, looked online and a few local stores. I stopped at the merritt island store where Erik was super knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I wanted to see the purple mattress and unfortunately the merritt location did not have it. He called the other stores within the area and was able to find the location that did have the mattress on the floor model. We ended up going to the titusville location where we spoke to Jason and asked a ton of questions, we jokingly harassed him and eventually I got the mattress I wanted. They had it in stock at the warehouse and we scheduled the delivery for 2 days later. This is my second purchase for a mattress with and totally pleased they were able to help me out. As well as match purples online special. Thanks guys for all your help!

Hope was a delightful sales associate, very knowledgeable, and so much fun to converse with. I walked in and only wanted a box spring for a new Serta mattress I had purchased from another vendor. But left feeling like I found a new place to purchase my next mattress when needed one. After making my purchasing, Hope explained that I could receive free shipping to my garage or front door. Which is a wonderful service. However, I have a broken back and can not lift a box spring or a mattress any longer. She told me about your Gold Service plan for $99.99 and that sounded perfect for me. Now I won’t have to find anyone to drag my box spring up the stairs, take my mattress off, and then put it back on. Mattress Firm does it all....now, if they would only remake the bed....!!

After the sale, good luck. I have now changed my opinion of Titusville Mattress Firm because of the unprofessionalism of one sales person. I ordered a Sterns and Foster mattress 3 months ago. After the sale, I was very nervous. Mattress firm had already charged me quite a bit to exchange a Purple mattress for the S & F, so I considered cancelling the order. After trying the bed again, I decided to continue the order. My new mattress was scheduled to be delivered on Nov. 29th. It was November 24th and I had received no updates. I called and no one could get any information on my order but all managed to state many brand suppliers were trying to fill orders. I finally, after calling 2 more times, got in touch with Hope. Hope worked the sale of my 2 Purple mattresses and the S & F mattress exchange. During my conversation with Hope, I mentioned the Purple was still in the back room not being used. Hope told me I should have been using it up to the exchange. I told Hope the mattress gave me headaches. Hope then crossed the line and in a very disrespectful way, said, Mattresses dont give you headaches. Wrong response. Hope. You do not have the training to say something like that to a paying customer. I have specific needs when it comes to neck and back support. And yes Hope. The Purple mattress gave me headaches like I continued telling you and Bryan as you both reminded me of the 30 day trial Mattress Firm strongly encourages. Why would I continue using a mattress which caused me discomfort when another option was available? I now have my S & F. My future mattress needs will be serviced at another Mattress Firm or another chain all together. Hope. Your responsibilities to your customers should be through their satisfaction of their last purchase. Its too bad. I really liked Mattress Firm in Titusville.

The woman who took care of us yesterday September 1st was rude and very uninformative. We still bought our mattress here, because we had an emergency and had to throw ours away earlier in the day. The mattress we purchased is nice and had a good deal on it. The saleswoman who sold it, however, neglected to give us full details on the purchase before practically finishing the process of ringing us out. We were referred by family who were able to carry a mattress they purchased out of the store, and were under the assumption we could do the same because she never indicated that the earliest it could be shipped to us was three days later. After telling us this last second, I asked when approximately it would be delivered so we could plan around that and be home to recieve it. She said that wasnt her call, and that they would call us the night before and give us a 2 hour window. I told her we needed to move the delivery date to Friday if that was the case as I had a doctors appointment that day. She then rolled her eyes and said Ill start over and change it to friday then. Overall the longer we interacted with her the more rude she became. I had to step out to care for our toddler and my husband asked if the delivery would be carried inside. She then- after she completed the purchase as fast as she could, making him feel pressured to hurry and get out of her hair- told him that no, they would only drive it up to the complex. He told her that I could not carry the mattress and box spring into the apartment as I am 7 months pregnant and not supposed to lift that much. She snapped back that I would be fine, as she can carry the matress by herself.Overall, the problem with our experience was NOT with the product, but with the customer service. I usually do not complain about customer service online because I know people have bad days, but we were both appalled with the way she handled things. So now we have a Queen sized mattress and box spring arriving in 2 days that we are scrambling to figure out how to get it into the apartment. Had she given us all this information before rushing us through the purchase we would likely have taken our business elsewhere.

I originally gave this a great review. However, after being told our mattress would be in on Monday after purchasing on a Friday, and then being told it was OUT OF STOCK and won’t come in until August 12th I’ve changed my mind. In the store, our experience was fine. There was another lovely couple nearby shopping. They purchased a mattress and asked when it will be delivered. After cashing out, they were informed it was “out of stock” and won’t be in for awhile. They decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. Of course, when we bought ours, we just bought a new home so we needed a mattress... After we paid, we asked when it would be in and we were told Monday. Asked for the best number to call to let us know it was in. Monday comes, nothing. My husband calls, and he’s told that it wasn’t in stock. When I call to ask what happened, I get told the same thing. I explain we were never told that. I then get told that this person wasn’t present for the conversation so he has no way of confirming what was said. I wanted the Sleepy Curve Memory Foam 12in Queen. I then get offered a 10in (because that was in stock) for either free delivery Tuesday or we were told to go pick it up for an extra $50 off. Your distribution center is in Orlando, and we’re moving to the coast. I was told I’d be refunded and I have yet to receive any type of refund. Just make sure when you go, you check your paperwork and ensure it’s in stock if you need it. Because clearly, they don’t wanna tell you it isn’t in stock and falsify delivery days.
