Clean, friendly, and convenient however what makes this Publix stand out from the others is there bakery department, they are fantastic!

The store was easy to navigate because I was easily able to go straight to the aisles that had the 2 items that I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was busy.

Spent hours trying to use the app for online shopping/pickup. Both the app and the website on pc provide a limited list of items for in store pickup. Nothing I wanted to buy was available like this. So tried out Target app/website...works great. Picking up my items at store parking lot...no extra cost.

My experience with Publix has gone down hill. I dont shop here unless I seriously have to n right now the pharmacy is the PITS! I hate their pharmacy. They never have anything ready n they never call you back when your Script is supposed to be ready. You get there to pick up your script n you gotta wait 20 minutes. So Im really fed up with their service. Finding a new Pharmacy.

Was in Florida on vacay. Publix is always my last stop out of town. We dont have Publix in N. W. Arkansas. I used to live in Florida and I miss them.

I gave this 5⭐ because it is the best sushi Ive had from any grocery store. My trick to it being good to me is when I get home I leave it sit out and then eat it when it gets room temperature. I dont like cold cold sushi, I rather eat it like of I was at a restaurant.

Other than the high Publix prices, this is a good one.

Time to be brutally honest. There is nothing special about publix at all. They are so overpriced and their bogos are a joke. Publix raises the prices on them and people think its a bargain. Sad to say I shop there only because i cant stand dirty morgue like winn dixie atmosphere or disgusting Wal-Mart. I try to shop out of town in various places because I dont like the same limited items in said stores. If Publix is considered the best supermarket in the south thats sad because they do not give you many options. Same items all the time.

Very clean store with an excellent variety of products to choose from. The parking lot was packed and I expected check out to take a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get in and out of the store for as busy as they were.

Alexis in the deli is thee absolute best! She was so helpful and friendly. The line was long and it took awhile, but she was so pleasant I didnt even mind that I had to wait.

The very best grocery stores in all the years and many many states I have been in.after travels for six months a year looked forward to getting all the place has to offer. Cant beat price at bogo....way cheaper in the long run.....and quality.....compared to wally mart.

Its okay to shop here and they have brands that other stores dont have, but it seems like they have less than what it is that your looking for. Although theyre lines move alot faster than any other grocery store, so in all its a decent place to shop.

Sorry but Donna wasn’t very happy and took it out on my sandwich. Was supposed to be a buffalo chicken tender sub but was popcorn chicken with buffalo poured into it. Thank you lanette for noticing/ trying to help but we didn’t want to make Donna even more upset. Lanette was very nice and was working very hard to Try to get down the massive line behind us.

EVERYTIME he crafts my sandwich everything is even and proportioned hes not globbing on mayo to make my bread soggy and smashing it down like the OTHERS😒 the cheese evenly distributed... everything is really just the right amount of toppings not that sprinkle stuff they be doin... I am not hesitant when hes there i look forward to him being there i will literally wait to have him build my sub and if i get lucky have him whenim next in line Im freaking grateful 🙏 because i know this sub is about to be worth EVERY DOLLAR. I always tell him im glad hes making it and here today! Keep up the AMAZING JOB. Thank you for working above and beyond during these hard times!

Large, clean store. I was able to get everything I was looking for and ran into a Florida-ism. To take advantage of a BOGO deal, you must get two of the same item. And in this case, there was only one item on the shelf. Thankfully, they had more in the back, but in my home state, the stores are more flexible about BOGO deals.

The people are very nice. Just wish you could stock more Gluten free items.

Even though the store was pretty busy for a Tuesday morning, it wasnt difficult to navigate the aisles. Store was bright, clean, and well stocked. Produce seems fresh. Didnt buy any meat on this visit, so I have no comments to offer for that. Employees were friendly. Regarding COVID, all employees wore their masks correctly. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately we went in at 750 and the sub counter was out of everything but wheat bread. Which I get bread sells out so I was fine with getting a wrap nope dont have those either. They arent made there there coke in bags you couldnt open a new one? I understand if we were close to closing however the front desk told me the sub counter closes at 10. Very disappointed.

I have shopped at many grocerystores. I have found Publix to be exceptionally clean and sanitized. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable of products and location. They treat customers with respect and courtesy. If a problem arises,its quickly remedied to the customers satisfaction. A great run organization. Service is their number one product.

Its Publix prices are meh but the quality is amazing.

They are my go to Publix. Usually the people are really nice. But when I asked one of the ladies not to call me honey her work mate got nasty! When I explained to the lady that was helping me why I didnt like her term of endearment she understood and apologize. Her work mate said something under her breath and walked off! WHY do people think its ok to call people honey, hon, baby, sweetie or anything else that they feel is a term of endearment. Everyone doesnt feel that way. If I called them what I may feel if a term of endearment they may not like my chose of words and call me rude. Keep that in mind!

They are very polite and try their best but they need help in that department.You can get a great sub, but be prepare to wait.The people that work behind the customer service desk are very friendly and helpful. Sending money its easy and quick.Keep an eye on the weekly flyer sometimes they have really good deals but I find most prices a little high.

My family and I love to go to Publix for food at lunch time, all the food is of very good quality and the workers are always nice.I love their $5 sushi Wednesday.And every time we go there the cashiers are so nice to the kids in line. It is those little ditaies that make ublix a nice place to shop

Moved to Texas, no publix there. Always make a trip for my publix sub.

I made a large five item order online from the deli totaling $90. Some of the items from a 4 person meal were not provide (sauces and Aloha Rolls). Very disjointed delivery. I gave them my order number and they asked what I had ordered like they didn’t know. Some of the items I was told to just pick out of the deli cabinets. Then when I got it all home I found that items were missing. Should I have to open every box of hot food to be sure they have included everything?

I have been going to publix since I was a child. Just because we have to wear mask does not have anything to do our experiece there. Publix is the best supermarket in the south. You see the difference as soon as you walk in the door. The employees are kind and professional.

We went to the pharmacy at 10:00 a.m. to find out her antibiotics werent ready n told to come later. we get there at 230 and they said it still wasnt ready due to they had her old insurance card and didnt bother to call me or tell me until we got there 4 hrs later so now my 3 yr old with a double ear infection has to wait another 2 hours to get her medication!? way to go puvlix you suck!

This Publix has no self checkout and the return cart stations in the parking lot are extremely far away from the main 3-4 rows. The return cart areas are on the same two aisles, skirting the parking lot rather than dispersed throughout the aisles. All in all, this store is extremely inefficient to get in and out of. It takes longer for me to pick up less than 5 things from this store than a full 30+ item grocery haul from Walmart.The people who work there are lovely and kind. Don’t get me wrong- they do their best to make shopping a pleasure. The infrastructure, however, is extremely dated and doesn’t meet the needs of this growing town.

Deli food was a lot better and the area kept cleaner when they had the old girls on Knox McRae. The men working the Deli are poorly trained and can not recognize the difference between a chicken breast or thigh. June 2021 update : Some of the foreign born women have the same problem. They seriously NEED TRAINING ! Aug 19 update: At least a few are making a better effort ?? One man got it right . . . the 1st time !!!

Public supermarket must have a really good union cuz if you go to the deli to get a sandwich right next to the lunch meat counter nobody helps one another people just stand there white people are just like walking around in the back and theres always a line to get a sandwich you think they put a couple more people behind the sandwich counter during the busy hours of the day

Was shopping for my fillers, had the honey butter my Publix in my city doesnt carry anymore.

Bakery staff is awesome, deli well stocked. The store is super clean, everyone is wearing masks and sanitizing stations after all customers due to covid-19. The shopping carts are well maintained and dont squeak or wobble. Lots of parking available. Trash cans close to the doors. Customer service desk had no wait. Only downside is there are no cart corrals that I could see.
