When I retired the wife and I decided we wanted new bikes. We went to Ten Speed Drive since Ive known Ray, the owner, since high school. We got three Trek hybrids (my son got one too). We are super happy with our purchase! This is a local family owned business passed down from father to son. πΊπΈ π΄
Place where you can visit and feel welcome they are experienced on fixing your bicycle is number 1 friendly and much more then just a shop to buy a great bike to ride
I travel all over the country with my bike, and I have found many great shops. Im so happy to have a great shop like this for my home base! Reasonably priced, thorough without being pushy, very busy but still quite a reasonable turnaround time. Everything you could want from a local bike shop. To top it off, its a family-owned local business, which is always a plus.
Thanks guys ! Great work & excellent job. Will highly recommend...
Great place and they have stuff and the staff is knowledgeable.
Ive been there for while and great service, good price. Sometimes you need special tools to work on bike ect. Great staff and very happy to have bike shop in Titusville. He did an awesome job!!!!πππ
Went in for minor repair. Lovely neighborhood shop, helped by third generation of family ownership. The way every bicycle shop should be!
Very helpful and gave great information without trying to sell me something I didnt need.
Bought 2 new bikes several years ago, and was absolutely pleased with their service. Lately, that has not been so as folks other than the owner are doing service work. Latest negative example: brought my bike to have brakes adjusted, never bothered to actually verify the repair until - I nearly hit a car for failure of the brakes. Looking at the brakes I could see that NOTHING was done. Will bring our bikes elsewhere for repairs.
As a local bike shop, this place is just that. The owner Ray is friendly and welcoming. Most important in service, he is a skilled bike mechanic. I have ordered a few parts and he is quick to get them and always calls when they arrive. **** I have heard he helps the funds challenged customer with a used part or a charitable service repair when it seems to be needed. Thats small town local shop with a heart! Highly recommended from me.
I walked into Ten Speed a hesitant, nervous potential bike owner. I walked out happily looking forward to a new bike! The bike arrived, as promised, and it is a JOY to ride. I gratefully appreciate the kindness and expertise of this LOCAL bike shop.
We have bought bikes and have had bikes serviced here over the years and will continue to do so. Knowledgeable staff and always willing to help.
I am new in the area and walked in to get rim tape. Ray the owner was extremely nice and has the experience of a a bike expert!!I comfortable taking my machines to him for sure!! I trust him with my Pinas for π.
Got a few bikes from Ray 1st one probably over 25yr ago always a good deal and any fix never a problem . Keep up the good work
A terrific neighborhood bike shop. Ray gave my bike a great tune up, new handlebar tape, and answered a lot of my biking in Titusville questions (since Im new-ish in town)...my bike is like new again!
I had not bought a new bike in a long time and was confused on all the sizing charts on various blogs and bike manufacturer websites. Went to Ten Speed Drive and was sized very quickly and took a test ride on a Trek Verve 3 Hybrid (which is the type of bike I was looking for). Although the bike that I test rode had a smaller frame than what I ordered, I got the feel for the bike and liked it. I chose the Verve 3 because of style, price, and comfort (shocks on the front forks and in the seat post, the hand grips with palm rests and the gel seat) and the Kevlar puncture resistant tires. I like everything about it, including the gear speed shifters. The service was great, the price was right and I got what I ordered and expected. That was the second bike that I bought from Ten Speed Drive with no problems.
I bought 2 bikes 2 years ago. Very good quality and comfortable to ride.
Great Place /Trex Bikes sold there ! Good Bike Accessories . Etc !!!π΄
I have known Ray since the eighties and have purchased seven bicycles from him during this time, even a special edition cannondale and I wouldnt go anywhere else.He does talk to you from his work area, if he didnt he wouldnt get anything done.I dont know what the problems are with the complainers, obviously bad luck.I just inflated two bicycle tires and both exploded at 30 lbs. These were the original old tubes so stuff does happen, its not anyones fault things get old and deteriorate.See for yourself, this is the best place to be fitted and set up for the proper fit.
I just had my 20 year old bike serviced and tuned up at this shop. The owner, Ray was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. My bike was ready in two days, and runs perfectly! Good Job at the bike shop!
Ray and his son are awesome! Great shop, sweet place to patronize :-) The owners parents did a cross country bike trek, and the owner himself raced mountain bikes. He knows his stuff for sure!
NOTHING American made. And with the money he missed out on. Off to Target I must go.
My 12 year old son saved his money to get a Trek mountain bike. Service here was great, they treated him very well. In all, great guys to work with.
Got my bike back up and running in no time. Great little shop.
Ray is easy to work with, knows his stuff, and does not pressure you. Just got bikes for wife and I and are very pleased with the price and service.
I brought my bike into the bike shop 10 speed Bike Shop in Titusville Florida because my tire was rubbing up against the breaks and I needed it fixed.I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter who told me thatβs not a problem that he could fix it for me, he also suggested a tune-up for $ 49.99 to adjust brakes lube everything, I agreedI came back a week later to pick up my bike and everything looked ok.It wasnt till I got home and the very next day I went to ride my bike when I noticed that the front tire was flat. I called 10 Speed bike shop right away and spoke to the gentleman who worked on my bike he told me to bring it down and he can fix it.When I arrived to the shop the man behind the counter took my tire in the back and did something to the tire that I could not see, he then came back up front where I was and took out the tube in front of me and stated that this is your problem the tube just popped for no reason.See the green line (I did see a tube with a green line) he stated that this is a bad batch of tubes. I told him that I have had my bike for almost a year and itβs strange that the tire would just pop so soon after being worked on and has been fine all this time.He charged me $8.00 and replaced the tube, I went about my way. I work late hours and I have not rode my bike since it was tuned up, so I went out this morning and low in behold I have a flat rear tire.Well this time I took the rim off the bike myself and removed the tube and inflated it, as I searched the tube for a leak I found a very small pin home, this time this tube did not have a green line.Makes you want to go Hmmmmm REALLY anyone have this problem
Great service. Good value. All your Trek needs addressed.
The guy that runs this shop never comes to the front counter. He talks from the backroom, where is tries to look meticulously busy. I dont know how he stays in business. He knows nothing about parts and especially the latest products.
Amazing. Great staff. Great service. Would definitely recommend.
I walked in with a Walmart budget and walked out with a $500 bike. The owner is very knowledable about bikes and gladly answered all my questions. Even though I imagine many of them were stupid. My whole life Ive used either rusted bikes from yard sales or single speed Walmart bikes.People always talk about how easy bike riding is, and Ive always loved it.I thought it was either because I was overweight or because I used cruisers or mountain bikes.(Turns out its because I buy old rusted ones or single speeds from walmart)So I walk in and all the bikes are $400+ and Im like, No way Im paying that! But I see a rusted road bike for peanuts pricing. Ah what the hell.I try it out and its slightly quicker I suppose, wasnt thrilled.I fractured my neck so I cant lean over so after trying the road bike I asked what else they had because I didnt know you had to lean over on road bikes. So he had a hybrid. It was a $500 bike. Im gonna be perfectly honest here. I was just gonna ride it to see if this type of bike was better. Then go find a rusted one at a yard sale for $20.I get out the door and I realized...I always loved riding my bike, but Ive never truly rode.It put a smile on my face. Ive not been that happy in a long time. The closest feeling to riding this bike was walking on clouds.I then proceeded to drop $500 on it.
Fast service at a fair price. Thanks.
Terrible. Waited 2 days for me to call them first to see if my bike was even touched..Then I paid $40 and nothing was fixed..
Very knowledgeable
