Since I was 16 I have been hooked on car audio. I use to sell and install stereo systems as an amateur and while working at Circuit City Roadshop but havent installed a full install since 2009 because I became a dad. Now that my kids are older I can have a little fun. Was thinking about doing it myself but between lack of free time, tools, and unfamilar with the modern car audio technology. Went to 321 and Sam took care of me. I was ready to spend some money but Sam listened to what I wanted out of my system and put together a great system way under what I was ready to spend. They took their time and made my boring factory system sound and look clean, b This sounds awesome to be such a small system. Sam and the twins were professional, friendly, and demonstrated expertise. I will definitely be coming back to them for my sons car. 321, you have reignite my basshead fever. Thank you fellas.

I had an appointment for 10:30am that you were 30 minutes late to. You had my car for 4 hours before I called to find out that my installation wasnt even started. After 6 hours I called again only to find out that it was just started and ask if you could keep it overnight. And I still had to come back another day to have the correct faceplate installed. All I was having installed was a head unit.

Hard to rate this place. The instal was fine but the interaction with the two brothers that own the place was a little strange. Overall I can’t say it was a bad experience, just odd.

The people here were pleasant enough. However I have never been so irritated with a businesses lack of time management skills. What should have taken 2 hrs tops took 5. I won’t be returning.

This is a great place to buy your stereo equipment. They take time to explain all the different equipment.

Stopped in to replace a radio in my no-technolgy 2000 Mustang GT. I left with an Alpine unit that put me and my car in the 21st century. The unit was installed immediately, I was given a tutorial and demonstration on how it worked, and was on the road in no time enjoying my music. The owner was very nice, bent over backwards to accommodate me, and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need, but rather something that fit my needs. I highly recommend 321 Audio and if I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I spoke with one of the owners, Blake, who offered me a few options and by the end of the 2nd day his brother Blair had installed a much bigger camera screen and high-end stereo system. Very friendly and solved my problem with my radio in 30 minutes.

Tried to get key-less entry for my truck. Waited for a phone call to let me know if it could be done or for the parts to come in. Never heard back. very disorganized and fly by night. Owner was all over the place and couldnt stay on task long enough to answer questions. Took truck to another place. They had it taken care of in a few hours, works great and no issues. Also, less than half the cost of what I was quoted it may cost by 321 Audio.

They were amazing. I went in for a quote to fix my truck stereo system. They dropped everything and troubleshot the problem. It could have been a hidden, in the door, factory amplifier. Or all the speakers blown. In no time they figured out the problem and said they could fix it right away with a short wait. The other stereo stores had higher prices with lower quality replacements. The others also didnt know about the possibility of the hidden factory amp. One of their competitors even told me I did not have that amp! These guys are very experienced troubleshooters and installers. They also provide options for all budgets without doing a hard sell. As well as do a lot more than just stereos. They took my truck apart professionally. With the proper tools and knowledge of how to. And put it back together like the pros they are. These arent teenage kids working their first job. Not only are their prices and selection top notch. They are very knowledgeable, fair and experienced beyond belief. They have all my business from now on. My truck stereo now sounds better than when it was new 15 years ago.

I took my car in and it was in for 3 days they said they fixed the issue of it cutting in and out by putting in wire I had bought but they didn’t and charged me $200 so they took it back under warranty and kept it for a week because I was gone for a week I got it back but I had to wait for them to “tune” it and wanted to charge me another 160 I said no. And I took it for a drive and all the speakers where static I called back they said they would call me back but never did so now I am fixing it my self rn and already fixed it in 1 day for what it took them 10 days to not fix.
