Its GameStop all gamestops are the same I feel

Needed a new controller for my xbox one after moving up from Fort lauderdale. Had what I needed got me in and out and taken care off. Ill be back lol.

Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They had a good selection of video games, memorabilia, and other items revolving around video games.

Always a pleasure, the most friendly and helpful staff as well as being honest. I tip my hat.

Very beautiful Gamestop. Staff was probably the friendliest staff ive ever spoken too at a Gamestop. Nick and some lady were very talkative and friendly. All Gamestops should be like this and employees should be like Nick and his coworker.

The staff here often times are extremely rude and almost seem bothered by you if you need assistance. I have been a loyal customer of Gamestop for many years and have now come to terms with the fact that if I need anything else from a Gamestop in the future I will just need to travel to Melbourne or to Orlando for actual assistance. I have had other customers help me before the staff at Gamestop would (during midnight releases during the pandemic and was just left outside for 30 min while my calls were blatantly ignored) and have even been ridiculed on the phone for asking a question, for a service that I had received in the past and instead have just been met with sarcasm and condescending remarks. This particular location also never seems to having anything in stock and is constantly trying to push services or games that you have already informed them that you were not interested in, of which Im sure is one of the many reasons why the service is so slow. I used to look forward to going to my local Gamestop ( in some other areas where I lived) the staff was always friendly, efficient and they even managed to make some pretty great recommendations. Im not sure if there is a discriminatory issue at play here but I will not be back to this location Id rather go out of my way to a different location or better yet just purchase my games online.

This is my main Gamestop; I pretty much live here and the customer service is outstanding. Theyre friendly & will chat about anything under the sun if theyre not busy.

This place is pretty much a pawn shop, except its for used games, remotes, and for remotely similar items already used that you turn over to them for what they offer you which is the cheapest possible price they can give you for your items. Then, they take what they buy for super super cheap, and cell to their customers for more expensive prices to make their store still exist. The only good part is that the used items or games that they sell are already set for a bit cheaper than brand new ones you would buy from other stores. I think you get the point.

RUDE STAFF!!! ACT LIKE THE DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS. WELL, I THINK CORPORATE SHOULD SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN & FOCUS THEIR EFFORTS ON THE COCOA STORE. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE TITUSVILLE LOCATION BUT NEVER THE COCOA STORE.

This is my favorite GameStop. The employees at this location are more friendly and attentive than any other GameStop Ive visited in multiple counties.

Whats great about young people working at GameStop? They know their stuff. You want games? They have em. No matter who I talk to, I always get good advice and great service. Not sure whats out? Go in and tell them the type of gameplay you like, and theyll make recommendations of what will fit you.

Staff is very welcoming and doesnt pester you if youre just there to look. Pretty knowledgable about upcoming releases, with the exception of JRPG titles. I wish they had someone with more knowledge in that area.
