Just had my annual eye exam at the new office. Its conveniently located with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly throughout my visit. The exam itself was comprehensive using the latest technology. I felt very well cared for. My insurance benefits were explained at the beginning and end of the visit. I left wearing comfy trial contact lenses. There was a great selection of frames to choose from and technicians to guide you with choices if desired.

Definitely the best eye center I have experienced. Emily was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very patient during my contact fitment. Dr. Aker was also very helpful, upbeat, and answered all my questions. Will definitely be returning for my yearly checkup!

My experience at Aker Eye was stellar from beginning to end, it is a lovely office environment with kind, attentive staff and top of the line equipment. I have been going to Dr Aker for quite some time now. Hes a wonderful doctor and works very hard to help me. I have quite a few underlying health issues and medications that can affect my eyes and he does not play around he stays on top of all of it. Without his dedication I could lose my eyesight. But I feel like I am in great hands. And I have only had interactions with his staff that were helpful and polite. Im not sure about these one-star reviews but it is not been my experience at all. In fact I was told by another eye doctor I couldnt wear contacts and thats when I started seeing Dr Aker for. I immediately got contacts and the outcome has been so much better. I feel so confident about his care that if my grandchildren needed to go to an eye doctor this is where I would recommend for them. Thanks for the great job Dr Aker!.

Aker Eye was such a blessing to me. I had not had cause to find an eye doctor yet, but had a small emergency and they got me in quickly. Everyone was so very nice, took care of me, was very helpful and Dr. Aker is great! So thankful I called!

Recently, I was looking for a new optometrist in Titusville to get my annual eye exam. After a thorough search on the web, Aker Eye Vision Source looked like a good fit. Had my exam yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased. Their office is extremely clean and since it was downtown, I grabbed a coffee before my appt (and thought about something else afterward). The staff couldn’t be more professional and made you feel like you were their only client for the day. Dr Greg Aker took time to look and explain every aspect of his examination.Following the exam, I immediately, proceeded downstairs to look for a new pair of glasses. Once again, no rush but there when I had a question. Shoot, I felt so comfortable, I asked my technician, TJ, his view on several frames. In the end, not only did I have a more pleasant experience, with more choices, I got better glasses (likely in less time), for substantially less than the advertised “discount” shops.Was I happy? My wife has an appointment for the later this month. You can’t do better than Aker Eye Vision.

Dr. Aker is amazing! My husband got something in his eye on Friday at the end of the day. He was trying to wait it out till Monday but couldnt. Dr Aker met us on a Saturday at 9PM to remove what was in his eye. Turns out it was rust. Thank you so much for dropping what you were doing to help us.

Love the doctor and usually great experience. Staff rude about mask. Was in the room with just my son, taking a mask break and employee rudely walked by and said to put mask on. I was not going to leave it off when someone entered. Was totally uncalled for.

Eye exam was great and when it came time to pick new frames, Zack was a huge help. He was patient and knowledgeable, laid out my pricing clearly, and had great picks for my frames. Ive been using Akers for decades but things have change there. We ordered a new pair of glasses in December after an eye exam. The prescription was written wrong. The glasses came back wrong. Then they came back wrong again, Then they came back wrong again. 3 months still dont have them. I had my backup glasses lens changed. They got lost. Then they got found. Then they too had the wrong lenses and sent back. It has been over 10 weeks now - still no resolution. To make this worse, I had lenses changed at Walmart for other sunglasses ($540 spent there)... guess what they are wrong too. So their mistake - still not resolved has cost me almost $1000 and still NO GLASSES. Go somewhere else.

Loved that they all wore masks, had hand sanitizer readily available all over the place and were very friendly throughout the whole eye appointment.

This is one of the most professional, up to date with technology and kindest staff.

I went in with another issue with my glasses. The lens has a fracture, so I wanted to see about getting it fixed. My computer glasses also have a similar fracture, but I knew the computer glasses were out of warranty. I brought both pair because I have never had this happen with any of my lenses before. The immediate conversation was about the warranty, not about helping me with my issue. They stated that this is usually caused by over tightening the glasses. Well Aker Employees are the only ones that have ever adjusted my glasses, but they were unwilling to take responsibility. I just wanted new lenses. They are ordering the one set of lenses under the warranty and said there was nothing they could do about the older pair because they were out of warranty. I would have hoped that they would at least offer a fifty percent discount on the lenses, but no. Disappointed with the customer service at Aker, so maybe Walmart will be more helpful in the future.

Over the years Aker Eye Center has added 2 other doctors who are equally as great. The entire team is dedicated to creating an experience as well as treating your vision needs. From start to finish you are treated with respect, the up most attention to detail, and no concern is too small for a thorough explanation. I would reccomend any doctor in this practice for someone looking for an Optometrist!

Went in for my annual eye health visit and contact lens exam. Carol was a pleasure to work with. She did a phenomenal job getting me ready to see the doctor and a lovely chat about family. Dr. Sarah did my very thorough exam and got me seeing better than ever. Now I can see distance and near in my contacts instead of struggling to read. She also addressed my ocular medical condition and said my eyes looked great.

My daughter had an emergency and was able to get into the office within 30 minutes of the incident. The doctor calmed our nerves and was able to treat her quickly. The treatment she provided helped my daughter to heal quickly.

I highly recommend Aker Vision Source. I had an eye emergency but was not a current patient. They went out of their way to fit me in the schedule to be seen ASAP. Dr Bradley was wonderful! Friendly, professional and explained the issues in detail. I have already told my daughter to switch to Aker for her next exam.

I have always heard good reviews about Aker Eye Vision Source. I called their office to schedule an appointment and to see if they accepted my Vision Insurance I was told that they would call my Insurance provider to verify my coverage and then they would call me back but I never did receive a phone call back.

Came here because it was close and took our insurance. As someone with good vision Ive never really experienced a true exam I suppose, but i brought my teen daughter here to be seen and followed along to see the process. Dr. Bradley was hands down on top of her game!!! I was very impressed by the level of technology used to check and then recheck all findings to confirm and findings. Very very professional and on top of that quick to get you an appointment.

Great experience. Friendly and efficient staff at the desk, relaxing and inviting facility. The nurse staff as well as Dr. Aker were all very pleasant and helpful. Along with wait time, the procedure of getting my eyes checked for a renewed prescription was about an hour. The only down side as with any in demand doctor is that you have to schedule several weeks in advance. But if you have the time to wait for a quality experience, its very worth it.

The entire office staff is very helpful. Dr. Bradley and her tech were very thorough - understating my unusual eye condition. However the bright shining star was a member of the optical team - I believe Jeff (?). He helped pick out a pair of frames - and gave an honest opinion of likes/dislikes - which is very refreshing instead of just saying They all look good in order to close the deal.Again - wonderful team at Akers! I went to Aker Eye Vision Source because of the fantastic reviews on various websites. It was a great decision! The staff is fantastic and the office is very efficient. I will say they were the most well organized healthcare office I have ever been to. The location is great and the building has lots of character. I think this enhances the friendly atmosphere provided by the staff. I had an excellent experience and plan to return in the future for all my eye care needs.

Aker Eye is a little bit more expensive for a self-pay eye exam than other places around ($122) but its ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. I went in last week and had the best, most professional, most comprehensive eye appointment of my life, and Ive had a lot of them. The tech and the doctor (I saw the young lady doctor and I dont know her name) were both very warm and informative. I also never felt rushed, which I appreciate since Im an anxious patient. I cant recommend Aker Eye highly enough.-Emily F.

The experience was outstanding. They are busy and productive folks that clearly try to satisfy and use technology to promote minimal wait and efficiency of your visit. I had some progressive computer glasses made that I found I could not use even though the focus was spot on. The issue for me was that the focus on the screen did not cover a line by a significant margin on either side. They explained that this is normal to get the range needed. They quickly and cheerfully had the lenses redone with no further charge to be a fixed focal length. My computer work is once again a joy. The exam was tied with the best I ever had - thorough and very competent.Thank you Aker Eye.

Dr. Bradley is the most patient and awesome eye doctor that I have ever met. The staff when first walking in was polite and helpful. The medical assistant did a great job handling my initial exams. The doctor was knowledgeable and made sure I received the best treatment. When trying on frames, Lauren was awesome at making sure every option was looked at regarding the right look as each person has their own personality.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Aker for years, and have been extremely pleased with his professional work. He has taken the best care of both of us seeing to our vision problems, correcting our issues and talking about all our needs and extra activities. Having just moved to the area I needed a new eye doctor. I was recommended to Dr Aker and was not disappointed. The practice is easy to get to and find. Their offices are in a very cool building and the equipment is very modern. Process for signing in took 15 mins for a new patient and the visit was done in 45 minutes. Follow up calls and emails topped it off. Very good experience.

Dr. Aker has been taking care of my eyes for many years and I wouldnt change Drs for anything. He doesnt come into the examination room with the pretense of leaving in 5 minutes, he answers every question in detail. Super thorough eye exam and appointment time was punctual! Dr. Aker took time to explain the results of the exam and also answered many questions I had concerning macular degeneration which runs in my family, but, thus far, I have no evidence of having. He also fielded several questions I had about vitamins and supplements to improve eye health. I will definitely return to Dr. Aker on a regular basis!
