We stopped at the gas station before midnight It shows in Google maps open. It was closed. So. Someone need to update the hours so no waste of time

I stopped here this evening while headed to Jax from coco beach. I had a visa gift card. I was going to spend what was left on the gift card and pay cash for the difference. I tell the clerk thats what I plan to do and swipe the card. The balance doesnt reduce on the main screen so I think no money has been taken off the card. The clerk tells me that no it didnt work. So I pay cash. I get home and the gift card is now at a zero balance. 27 dollars and change gone. I call the visa line and get last transaction and guess who?? BP in the amount of 27 dollars and change. Now was his drawer 27 dollars over? Or did he pocket the cash? How do I get my money back? This was obviously not an honest mistake ::::UPDATE - I called the owner. He acknowledged that he charged 27.20 to my visa gift card and that I also paid the 29.43 in cash which was my full amount due. Said he would refund to my card. A week goes by and I call him back. He tells me that he didnt know what to tell me. So I call BP customer relations and explain. Then he refunds 13.10 to my card. When you acknowledge that I paid in full in cash and that you also charged my card an additional 27 dollars how do you then return 13 dollars of my money to me? If I stole 27 from the gas station and gave them back 13 Im stealing from them and I bet they call the police and I bet the police can arrest me at that point if they choose to do so. Why does this not apply when the business steals from the customer???? I dont like what the world has come to. We lack common courtesy,. Honesty, decency and tuffness and our grandfathers put us to Shame.

Bathrooms out of order and accessible from outside of building. No paper for receipt at pump.

Easy on and off I-95. Posted price is for cash sale.

By Florida State Law, if gas stations charge different prices for Credit vs Cash purchases, they MUST specify (Advertise) on their Marque. Report any disparaging to the Florida State phone number on the Pumps Certificate Seal. Or call their Corporate number for possible reward.

Out of a lot of products, but nice people

Would rate them zero stars if I could! Bought a drink that was priced at $19.99 and was charged $29.99! Then when I asked why the employee said they are selling fast so they are raising the price! You should always sell the item for what it says not what it rings up as! Then the bathrooms are always out of order! Which is not good for business as your are located off of 95 where everyone is traveling for many hours at a time! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! THE EMPLOYEES WERE CREEPY AND RUDE! AND I have lived/traveled all over the United States!

Friendliest service in town, always greets us when we walk in and treats us like a friend.

The price charged is not advertised. Also, we stopped here because it says travel center on the highway... There is a single outdoor bathroom in a corner... Not quite a travel center

Advertises closing at 01:00am arrived at 11:10 to a locked up gas station. Luckily the pump worked..

Why are they open when all the pumps are bagged as out of service?

I went in to pay for gas and the man behind the counter was on the phone. I gave him my money and told him the pump. He ignored me and continued to talk on the phone, after I tried again he screamed at me and told me to be patient. Ive never had a worse experience ever before. On top of that, they do not advertise their credit card price which is $0.08 more per gallon the listed price.

Doesnt tell you until you pump gasthat the price on the main sign is for cash and that credit price is 8cents per gallon more. doesnt advertise credit price. guy behind counter was a prick. his jib was poorly cut.

The sign says 2.25 and you pay 2.39. Dirty gross store. Nuff said.
