We just had our older golf cart taken in for new batteries. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. All costs were discussed up front with no surprises. The owner was very personable. Love that Mr. Bobby picked up and delivered our ride and explained everything so well. Would highly recommend. Very satisfied!

The woman Leslie who runs this rip off establishment is rude and is sooooo very shady, this business charged us $460.00 for change out a burned up motor brake and then did not honor the 1 year manufacture warranty when the motor brake did not last but 4 months. She said it was our fault and did not even try to contact the manufacturer, I did contact the manufacturer and they said they would honor the warranty for sure but I would have to go through Lapohn, but I would never bring my cart back to them because I absolutely do not trust them. Leslie yelled at me when I could not afford to pay the $460.00 again and told me I was ridiculous because she stayed 20 minutes after closing time to wait for us and they were not going to get to do the job.After we got our cart back the first time we all of a sudden had a problem with our batteries which we never had before and she sold us 4 new batteries over $800.00 but would not give us back our old batteries to check to see if in fact they would not hold a charge, Leslie once again got mad and said that we would have to pay for our old batteries back even though we said that we would give them back for the core charge but we wanted to check them ourselves.I will never go back to this company again because of the way Leslie does business, she is rude is not an honest person and dont trust their business practices.I did get my cart fixed by a honest cart repair man and he only charged us $180.00 .

I called Lapohn this morning in regards to my golf cart charger that suddenly stopped working. I spoke with Lesli and brought my charger in for a diagnosis of the issue. Promptly after that I got a call from Lesli, explaining what was wrong and and a very reasonable quote to fix it. A few hours later they had my charger fully repaired and working like new. She assured me that the parts that they had replaced would be under warranty and she also took her time to provide me with very useful information on care and up keep for my golf cart. Lesli was very professional, attentive and kind. I am so happy that I reached out to Lapohn for their help this morning, and ended the day with a friend I know I can reach out to for help with my golf cart in the future! 10/10 recommend!!

My dad needed new golf cart batteries and contacted Lapohn Custom Golf Carts in Titusville. My dad isn’t text savvy so I posted this on his behalf. The Shop picked up his Golf Cart in Merritt Island, and brought it back the same day with new batteries, and one new cable to replace a bad one. My dad was very happy with the service and the delivery man. He couldn’t say enough about how great the service was and how everyone at Lapohn made the experience a good one. Thanks!

I bought an older cart from a private sale that needed work. I went to Laphones and have used them several times for repairs and They always notified me of cost before any work was started to get approval. They also cut some of the labor charges just to help me out on cost. Leslie also has been very honest with me throughout the whole process of getting my cart up and running. Great customer service and never tried to sneak any additional cost into bill. Will continue using them in the future.

Custom Golf Carts customized my cart not only perfect the first time but when I returned to have a modification they did it perfect again and did it for free!!!!!!

Take a recording device when completion time and prices are quoted. The older gentleman seemed to be very genuine with his concern of the service we received from Leslie. However, beware of Leslie! After our displeasure with quoted prices and worked performed she told us, you must have had an issue with some other businesses because I dont have issues. Our jaws dropped!

Very friendly people. And they pick up and deliver. They worked on my EW-72 mobility scooter hooking up batteries correctly. It was complicated for me but they had no problem. I will use them again...

Friendly and clean service but very expensive!I purchased a receptacle assembly for a charger. It was put on the charger not the cart end. It cost over $175 total. I looked up Craigslist charger for my cart and I could of purchased an entire refurbished charger for $200! Not including a trade in for my old one. Live and learn I guess. Good luck Laphon.

Got a good price on battery and workers carried it from and the new to my truck,however the spin on vent caps for my battery were gone and i guess forever they offered me cheap push in but it is 18.95 dollars to replace the caps that were on my old one.so watch your stuff if you are older like me and they take your battery and the expensive caps and you are stuck with replacement cost,price was right till you add in your replacement for your lost good caps
