The staff is a lot more helpful then in the past. A little hard to find. Off the main street location. On hand stock quantitys are sometimes low but they can order fast in most cases. Clean well organized store. Parking is limited. Main customers are contractors but they sell to the public. Check pricing for somethings are less expensive elsewhere. If they dont have it in stock on hard to find items they will look hard to order it for you.

Dont waste your time, arrogant employees. Plenty of other options, no reason to deal with people who are annoyed by a customer walking in. Return policy is a joke, they dont deserve to do business in our great city of Titusville. Gives local businesses a bad name. Walked in and employee was texting on his phone, I must have really bothered him by trying to buy something!

Needs new management, employees are rude, I would rather drive 45 minutes to Orlando then deal with these people. My guys wont go there anymore. Tired of the high prices and poor service. We try to support a local business but clearly they dont need our business nor do they care. Will not let you return certain items even with a commercial account.

Stay away! City Electric should be shut down, they are crooks. Prices are double what they should be. Staff is rude. If youre not a contractor they treat you like an inconvenience.
