EDITED AFTER OWNER REPLY BELOWUPDATED. SORRY SO LONG.Called to get a cpl 5 gallons of the most inexpensive white paint. One flat and one semigloss. Knowing that Sherwin Williams cheapest paint made is still better than any competitors equal product. Was quoted over $40 a gallon. The worst part was they said that there is a product they had that was a major price save, but without a contractor license and business account, I was not able to take advantage of it. Well I guess you have lost a advocate for your products. You have good paint but not worth the discrimination against low cost products. Very upset customer.Below says please call us. I called, waiting just over 7 minutes to speak with someone who took down my info and will supposedly have district area manager contact me.Waiting..........Still upset 😡UPDATESpoke with Mr. Fain regional manager and Joe store manager the very next day after I was told I would be called. They sure turned my day around. Joe was able to reduce my initial quote over the phone by more than half and make it affordable for me to paint the interior walls of my home. I would like to make clear that the product Joe sold me was not the same product I was quoted by phone. It is a contractor type grade paint that is not initially available to consumers like me. I am perfectly happy with that as that is what I was looking for in the first place. I can not express in words how happy I am to be able to paint my home.You have not lost an advocate for your products. I am extremely happy that Joe was able to make it affordable for me.Thank you for reading my review. I am super happy I was able to turn my bad experience into a great one. One where I plan to return for any future home needs.If you are low income and want great products go see Joe the Manager in Titusville and he can work with you to make it affordable!😁🏠🖌

The worst attention I have received, they dont even say hello, I said good morning twice and no one answered, there were no customers they took more than 10 minutes to attend me and another 20 to give me what I asked

The guy who helped me was very rude, didn’t want to answer my questions. He just wanted to make a quick sale. If I didn’t have a coupon I would not have gone there. From now on all of my paint needs will be bought at Lowe’s.
