As I walked into the store I was greeted by Lena, who helped me far beyond expectations! She was very professional and went as far as letting me use her wideout to correct some mistakes I had made. They all very social and eager to help with your shipping or printing needs. Thanks so much for your Outstanding Service!
Usually I use the UPS store on Murrel Rd, however the Cheney Hwy store is closer to my work place. I mainly use them for printing, laminating, and shipping returns. This is my second time in the store. My first experience was poor. I would give it a 1 star. The staff was condescending, unfriendly, and minimally helpful. Not at all the experience that I have gotten at other UPS stores. However I don’t leave reviews based on one experience.Today was my second time in the store. I witnessed a female staff again being condescending to a woman who was visibly upset. So much so that the employee’s colleague had to step in. I went to return a package in which I needed to print off the UPS label (something that had been done for me for free in multiple UPS Stores) and the woman was a adamant I be charged. To me this spoke to lack of training. I told her I would take my package to a different UPS store. The only reason I gave this store 2 stores is because her delivery was professional and she tried to save the experience for another customer.I’ll continue to take my business elsewhere
Had great service over the phone when I misplaced my tracking number. Greg helped obtain the tracking number for me going above and beyond. Extremely grateful as it aided into a claim for an important return.
The woman named courtney who works there is not a people person, she has a bad attitude and shouldnt be in a customer service job.
First we took a small package and they were so busy, we made the mistake of leaving the package without a tracking number. Of course package is lost. A manager said he would look for it but he never returned phone call. Unfortunately we decided to give them a second chance due to convenient location. This time we waited for a tracking number. One week later still no credit from Amazon. Tracking number says never picked up by UPS. NEVER TAKE A VALUABLE ITEM TO THIS LOCATION. You will regret it. Poorly managed.
I have had great service.Sometimes you do have to pay for an Amazon return. (Read the instructions.) It’s on Amazon, not UPS. I had to pay $7 only one time because I didn’t have it packaged. The clerk took care of it for me.
Very busy store, but the service is great!
Absolutely the rudest customer service associate I have ever dealt with anywhere! An Amazon return that the associate wouldnt pack.
Kudos to Angela - as she is very observant and customer oriented. These days its nice to have businesses employ staff members such as she. We use this facility quite often and of late because of the Covid conditions they only allow 3 customers in at a time, however Angela noticed that my wife outside was returning a Amazon item which doesnt process any additional time as the scan and drop is very quick action; she came outside and took the package to be processed later while still serving other customers without a issue; no one lost time or effort by this action. Great job Angela - nicely done.
Extremely poor service. Only one person working the counter while the store had three visible employees. Waited 30 mins to get a box.
Stopped in for a return today and watched Ashley juggle multiple transactions and customers with patience and grace. The staff at this location always faces a busy work burden and their professionalism is top notch and consistent.
In response to UPS. I had Amazon prepaid labels. I have returned packages to Amazon from the UPS store in College Park ( Always great service) and they have never asked me for money they have always scanned the label. And I was not lying when I said there was a line all the way to Publix for 30 mins.
Customer Service is awesome but the prices for bubble envelopes is 5x the amount you would pay anywhere else.
Julia needs to be retrained or honestly removed from the location. I had to drop off 12 prepaid boxes to her. They’re all identical and used. There’s markings on these boxes going back to 2016. Glue on them from years of UPS stickers. I have no say in the boxes, I get no choice in what they look like. They close with a zip tie. Miss Julia informs me they’re too old to ship and for only $8 a box they can put tape on them. I’m dropping off for my job which has a master account for these boxes as they go back and forth. I’m not spending $96 plus tax to ship something the UPS man takes with no issue when we’re open for business. I ask her to call a manager, she calls and then says the boxes are extremely water damaged which is far from the truth. After I talk with the manager, she tells Julia to accept the boxes. The amount of mumbling under her breath directly in front of me was crazy. Even another customer made a comment she seems grumpy. She ended up throwing both receipts at me the POS one and the shipping confirmation one. I ended up paying $2 for a piece of tape for the 1 box that wasn’t sealed even though she originally said it was $1. I wish there was a different UPS store around because honestly I’ve never felt like a UPS store purposely tried to rip their customers off. Most of the staff here are very nice nice. Julia needs to go or discover what customer service is. I would love a call or message back from the manager of this location.
I ship packages for work from this location, and the manager here, Angela, is so helpful! She has even personally helped me unload heavy boxes from my van and bring them in to scan them. Customer service at this location is great!!
Horrible place. People who work here have no idea what they are doing or what they are supposed to do. They are unable to print even a shipping label for a pre-paid shipment, because they dont know how to do it. Stay away!
I write 5 stars, because Angela provide exceptional customer service to me recently. A few issues arose, and we dealt with them swiftly.I help the people that are helping me, and it always benefits both parties especially when stores are understaffed. Frustration benefits no one.
Extra helpful when I had an issue with an Amazon return that was the fault of Amazon. These folks are always cheerful. (Note: For Amazon returns, I recommend the UPS Store no box needed drop off option.)
I have been to this store several times, every single time the customer service is awful. The associates are extremely rude!!! I dread having to go into this store.
This team here is terrific! I called with a last minute need and the staff (Ashley?) bent over backwards to expedite my order. Fantastic job!
Was supposed to have my package picked up, never showed up and of course took my money just for them not to show up. I couldn’t come in and wait because I have nobody to watch my child. So I had to drive there and my package was 43lbs and was a big box to carry. Had to stop curbside to drop it off. Nobody helped me, I couldn’t wait because I had my child in the car. All I was doing was dropping it off and leaving. I told the front desk that nobody came to pick it up and her reply was “Not my problem.” I get it every one has bad days but she saw me struggling just to get the box through the door, nobody offered any help and said, “Not my problem.” Is this what UPS represents? This was terrible customer service and I work in customer service. Horrendous. Didn’t care, didn’t want to care. I have NEVER had this happen before with any shipping service.
I often go to return AZ packages or simply fax something. Associate Ashley is always friendly, efficient and fast.
I have to say the two ladies in this office were AMAZING! They offered really good customer service. They answered all of my questions and had a smile on their face while helping me. They greeted me the moment I walked through the door. Places like this are rare and I definitely will come back in the future :)Thanks ladies!
Bad experience over multiple days working with Ashley. Several broken promises for return phone calls and investigations for packages erroneously returned/mis-routed. Lots of finger pointing at UPS distribution center, and even the sender. Wont take responsibility for actions taken by this location. Was promised calls from the manager, Rachel, on more than one occasion. Surprise...no return calls or follow-up. Ill drive to the location in Merritt Island or east Orlando before using this one again. I understand theres a pandemic going on but no follow-up at all after six calls over three days isnt acceptable.
This is the worst service that UPS offers in this particular location. Staff were rude, ignoring me, bouncing me from one to the other while they watched me dragging my big bag of amazon return. I had to pack & leave & they were not even concerned. I ll drive to Merritt Island location with pleasure!
Very high price to scan paper and email it to me. 6.84 for four pages. Thats really high. Already had to pay 3.73 to print out the 4 pages. I am obviously poor if Im going to a store for my scanning and printing needs. Forget this place.
A message to this reviewer: VERY Disrespect the manager of this location of her intelligent.Well, by your solid grasp of the english language, it sounds like you are an authority on the subject of intelligence.
I never put reviews but I have to put one for this place. VERY Disrespect the manager of this location of her intelligent. She can’t notary my documents because on the documents has my business name and my name on it. She want the business have to sign it own and I sign for myself. I provided her the documents that I owned the business then I have to represent for my business to sign for it but she said no. I don’t know what she is thinking. I think she want my business represent itself to sign the documents but I don’t know how asked my business to sign the paper if my business is just a name.
The item I mailed was in an inhaler box. The cost......nearly $7.00. The box contained tiny bra hooks being sent to a turtle rehab in North Carolina. It would have cost a quarter of that if Id have used a padded envelope or a regular envelope. Why did such a tiny box that weighed nearly nothing, cost so much to ship? Next time I donate, Ill use Amazon Prime and have the item sent directly to the rescue.
I had to ship some fragile things back home to Maryland, and I have to admit I was a bit uneasy after reading some of the customer service reviews from a few months ago. However, the customer service rep did an excellent job of helping me, and all of my packages arrived extremely well-cushioned and in excellent condition. I was very impressed by the friendliness and professional attitude, both with me and with other customers at the shop. I wish the UPS store back here in Maryland was as nice and well-run as the one in Titusville. I would have no hesitation using them again.
Very rude customer service. Kept interrupting me and they dont tell you that the recipient will get charged a fee upon pickup.
I have been here many times and would give them more stars if I could. I ship out a large amount of fragile material with this UPS Store and it always arrives safely. Thanks for all of your help guys!!
I stacked six boxes of material to be shredded onto a dish cart from my restaurant and rolled it to the front door of the UPS Store. As I struggled to open the door, three boxes slid off. Before I could pick one up, Jason was out the door and had them back onto the cart. I never touched the cart again until I wheeled it back out to my truck. Jason was friendly and courteous and handled all of the boxes. I have been to this store on several other occasions and the service was always great.
A small part of my business involves shipping light packages which I have done with no trouble MANY times through various UPS Stores. Since moving to Titusville, Ive used this local branch several times. Typical experience is a robotic clerk that seems to be built on repeat with no deviance. Every visit also has upcharges that Ive never seen before. Service fees, handling fees, extra packaging fees that were flatly refused but still charged. Once again NEVER been an issue with any other store.Upcharges equal $2-8 each time. If Im sending 40-50 packages a year, it adds up.UPS corporate was zero help.
I love the store every time I go in there the customer service is excellent but Vanessa always has a smiling face and Jevon always has a great personality. As many questions as I had they both were very pleasant and patient by answering all questions and helping me with all my needs this is the only store that I will do business with as far as sending packages mailing faxing anyting they are awesome
Dont go to this UPS Store. They cant handle anything complicated. They are too new to the UPS rules / business to know what they are talking about. My company sent me to UPS Store to have item packaged and shipped using a their third party account. Person behind the counter said the store does not do that anymore because of billing issues. But I could take it to the UPS Hub 26 Miles away, they would pack and ship it. I did that, but found out the HUB does not usually package items for shipment...that’s what the UPS Stores are for. Go to a different UPS store and youll probably get a different answer based on their experience.
Stood in line forever!! Only had one person working
Super store for sending packages. Service is always fast and friendly. Vanessa was very helpful. It’s my Go To Shipping Store!
Extremely expensive, USPS would have charged me $50 less for the same service. Ridiculous.
Id give them 0 stars or possibly less if it was possible, since through their associates personal incompetence in filling in basic information, my package took 9 weeks to get to Europe. Overcharges on boxes and packing. Now they say they did nothing wrong....lies.
Great customer service. Very kind and understanding. Will go back again
Easy in, easy out. Nice staff.
Every time I have had to use these people, mostly for returning Direct TV equipment, they were courteous, knowledgeable and YES, UPS is more expensive than USPS...this is more personable and the quality of they staff I found to most excellent than the herd mentality at the post office.
The best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time. Steven, Jason, and Crystal are on their A game. So glad we got a UPS store in Titusville.
Great place, Vanessa in particular is always so great to me when I come in, very friendly and helpful, she makes that store!
Service has been quick and polite. Never had a problem here and I drop things off frequently
*************Scam Alert***********Here is my Story, basically I called in to cancel my Uverse Service and ask them to retro fit it to January 26th, everything was going good until I went to return the U-verse equipment into the UPS store, and they could not find my account either my account number or cancellation number, I called ATT from the store to found out that an att rep f&(3 up my cancellation order to be cancel until March 15th, are you crazy? I am not living there anymore, which means I can not use the service anymore, thats why I cancelled. OK after several calls to att to make sure that the cancellation was into effect, went into another UPS store, and guess what? same thing, unable to find me. So I decided to call ATT again and Id have att talk to the ups reps directly, and they were unable to process my return even after a new cancellation order was set up, so I got mad because ATT is taking time away from me, where I am trying everything in my power to return their equipment, if ATT does not want them back, fine, Ill keep them, but dont charge me $400 for not returning. It is not my fault that ATT is so bad at this. Guess what, the UPS store reps told me that I wasnt the only one with this problem, looks like someone ATT or UPS changed their system to process cancellations, question, what can I do now? I will make a complain into better bureau business about this matter.
Very helpful / friendly staff.
I was expecting a couple amazon packages to be delivered to this store via post office and called on the delivery date to see if it arrived and the employee responded with an attitude that it hadnt and would call me when it comes in. So I called in the afternoon two days later and they said it came in already and they sent it back a couple ago because I wasnt there to pick it up! Every encounter with these people has been terrible. A bunch of dumb kids who clown around, obviously a management issue. Im never returning to their store and I recommend all of you stay away
Very helpful nice and polite the girls were great
They coast as a stop for printing like Kinkos but lack the technology to do so. The employee was very unprofessional. And a bit rude. The prices are sky high
20 Dollars to hold 2 packages for less than 24 hours, twice the price of other UPS stores. Didnt know your floor was that valuable.
Great community, great store, and the best customer service!!
Always a nice experience with me
The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Could not help me AT ALL with a UPS return to Amazon
Terrible service. Customer service staff had no clue what they are doing. Completely incompetent! Over 25 minutes trying to mail a package before finally walking out without a successful resolution.
Service was quick and easy!
They are very disorganized and have problems with communication.
This store has poor customer service.
Just stopped in to get my package called ahead no answer. And they open at 830am. Its now 910 am and still not open...
