After stopping at Smith’s where they were not at all helpful, stopped at Viti. Seamus was extremely helpful, diagnosed the problem, and even checked under the car (in his suit) to make sure nothing was loose. Assured me I’d get home without the car exploding … all I wanted to know. Based on that will recommend Viti to all my RI friends.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - I was interested in a truck they were selling at Viti, so I scheduled an appointment with a sales woman to see it the next day. The next day I emailed a couple hours before my appointment to make sure the truck was still available because it was a 35 mile drive for me out to Tiverton. The sales woman said it was still available and shed see me at my 2:30pm appointment. When I arrived at my appointment they said someone called and put a deposit on the truck an hour earlier. I ended up driving 70 miles round trip for nothing, and they didnt even have the courtesy to call me to let me know a deposit was made on the truck when I had called twice within the past 24 hours confirming the trucks availability. I will never give this low class dealership my business. They dont know how to treat customers.

Have always been happy with their service, but not this time. This was supposed to be a 30,000 mile service. The bill said it was 50,000 mile service. Also, I asked for an alignment as I was getting new tires. Didn’t see anywhere on the bill that it was done.

I recently took my vehicle in for regular maintenance at Viti. This place is awesome! I was greeted as I drove in the lot, somebody met me at my car to assist, I was provided a rental and on my way within minutes. A few hours later I received a call everything was set and ready for pickup, my car was vacuumed and washed. Never was I offered services I didnt need.I appreciate when business does things right across the board, and I feel Viti provided this!

I’ve had 7 Volvos since 1992. All great cars. The dealership I’ve been using to buy and service my cars was fine. I traded my 2015 XC70 in for a 2019 Mercedes wagon. I love it but missed the 2015 XC70 so much that I bought a used peach 2015.5 XC70 T6 at Viti. So the Mercedes is a garage queen and the Volvo a work horse. I was very impressed with Viti and remain so. Service dept excellent. Viti picks up and delivers car home when repair or service is needed.Lou was a pleasure to work with in sales. Next car will be a electric Volvo from Viti.

Im pretty confident in stating that most people have a pre-conceived notion about what car dealerships are like. Jon who I have been dealing with now for the past few years just seems like an old friend and its comfortable to come in and talk about any issues I might have. Even the parts Manager, Dave knows my name and says hello any time I see him. Its the little things that make a difference when it comes to where I choose to have my car serviced. Now if only Volvo would make more cars without Black interiors I might buy a newer Volvo sooner than later...

Matthew Myers was attentive and very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He showed me the same models in different colors to make sure I selected what I really liked. He was responsive to my initial emails, during the test drive, sat in the car with me and went through everything I needed to know about the car. He discussed everything in detail and gave me his cell number as well as office number in the event I had questions. He followed up the day after I purchased the car to make sure all was right and subsequently send an email in the following days. While I was at the dealership, Matt introduced me to Rick Tarantino who was very pleasant and who also told me I could call or email him if I had any issues Jason handled the financing and was very accommodating and pleasant throughout the process. The dealership itself was clean and comfortable. Volvo had great customer service and I like that I will have a loaner when they come to pick up my car and service it. That is a big help!!! Everyone had masks on which I really appreciated throughout my experience there. My new car is great and I am thrilled to own it!

Viti Volvo provides the best service I have experienced as a car owner. They are efficient and let you know what to expect. I especially like their valet service where they pick up my car for service and leave me a newer loaner.(And I live an hour and a half from the dealership!).

The tailgate latch on my 5 year old XC70 stopped working. Viti had it fixed in less than 24 hours [the needed part was in stock] while they gave me the use of a loaner so I could go on with my life uninterrupted. When I drove my car into their service bay, there was someone there right away to help me. The thing I notice every time I go in there is that their service bay is cleaner than my kitchen - not a spec of dirt or oil anywhere. HOW do they do that!!! Love taking my car to Viti!!!

We purchased a used Volvo from Viti with salesman Chris Dutra. The vehicle was for my wife and we had a number of questions as neither of us had ever owned a Volvo. Chris was patient and made sure that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The purchasing process was easy and Chris was most helpful going over the features of the car on the day of delivery. We had one small problem with the car in the first week that was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. When the time comes for me to replace my car, Chris will be the first call I make.

I mean that is the way it should be but I have actually never experienced it probably in about 15 times of buying a car. Top notch experience.

I recently had my XC90 serviced at Viti Volvo and it was a wonderful experience. Over the past eight years of owning the car it has been serviced at Volvo dealerships in CA, OR and WA, none of which provided a comparable level of service. The price point was as to be expected, however, it was offset by the staffs enthusiasm, knowledgeable and assistance.I will definitely be returning to Viti for my follow-on service requirements.
