Took forever to receive my hats. Asked him to send image before he made my hats. Unfortunately I wasn’t more aggressive about seeing the image before he made them, and they look horrible. I thought I would be helping out a fellow brother firefighter, unfortunately it didn’t workout for me. His price is ok, his service needs attention, and his product needs help. I will not use him again for any other future projects.
