My partner and I found this hidden gem yesterday. Upon walking in, I immediately fell in love. The owner was very personable, friendly and helpful. She told us about the local art and books, allowing us to look through limited edition books, and leaving us to browse around with no pressure. Upstairs, we found childrens books. Two of them written by the owner herself! She hadnt even mentioned it. I bought two books and will be going back to purchase her books amoung other items. If you appreciate local art and local businesses, you will love this place! I highly recommend it.

Courtyards has the most unique and creative gifts. The store just has a nice vibration. And the owner is such a beautiful person. Love, love, love this place.

Love this shop and its owner; best place for birthday cards; always clever, unusual merchandise in a wide price range. Tiverton is not a retail hot spot, but Courtyards is worth a detour. Courtyards is probably the only shop where one could find a specifically Tiverton souvenir. I am local and have been shopping here for 20 years.
