I rate it 5 because of true customer service; from day 1 they provided me with excellent real service, no hype on any products, guns, ammunition or accesories, their prices are comfortable and resonable; they provide helpful product information and theyll work with you regarding any purchase; their entire staff are very knowledgeable. I had problems regarding a new pistol and they held it 9 months for me without any additional charges until the matter was cleared by the Police, since then I trust them completley.

Vistazo is actually out of my way; however, the strong customer service from each staff member INCLUDING the Boss is amazing, they all know how to tend to each individual concern, women, members of the police, federal, business oweners and private concerns are all treated with the highest level of knowledge regarding their particular interest; theyll help you with your license, selection of a weapon, differances in ammo and types of ammo; while i was doing research on pistols, i got lucky, and the first armory i visited was VISTAZO, they were very busy and the owener stepped in and helped me understand hand grip, weight, recoil, ammo differances and some additional information. I went from a Shield to a CZ, they didnt even display a Hicup; i strongly recommend them!!
