Stopped in to purchase tires. Customer service was excellent and tires were reasonably priced. Highly recommend Pep Boys.

Employee sold the incorrect sparkplug for my car. And on my return they couldent fine my purchase on the system i did not get a refund. They gave a exchange for merchandise.

Great service! I had an issue with my truck leading to a complete stall about a mile away from getting to the store. They were about to close, but waited for me after a call I made while making a quick fix that allowed me to get there. It is difficult to find that kind of attention to the clients needs nowadays, just saying...

The manager, S. Gonzalez was extremelly rude and unhelpful towards an elderly lady, which I ended up helping, right in front of me.

I went there for a car alignment and balancing. They call me that two of the tires needed to be exchanged. So, instead of just having to pay for the alignment and balancing, I ended up paying for the alignment, balancing and two new tires. Other than that, customer service, great. Job, great. The car now runs very nice and smooth.

My first time visiting this location... There were 3 registers open and a manager on duty and the wait time was ridiculous. I had to watch the manager and an employee arguing with a customer as the line kept getting bigger... Staff disappearing from the counter leaving the front unattended not even greeting or acknowledging the customer. When the manager was done dealing with the issue of that one customer instead of helping the busy line he got on the phone to complain to his friend about the customer..... Horrible service! Go to your local auto part store to receive a better customer service! After waiting a long time when it came to my turn they didnt have the part I was looking for... You can only picture the frustration!

The parts attendant was great, even reminded me of over 90 dollars I had on my pepboys rewards

Yesterday I went to balance the tires of my car and x surprise me they wanted to charge 9.95 x each tire. when customer buys the road hazard, the life of the tires goes free. it says in the website of them and I confirm it to customer services x therefore I will not buy a can of spray paint in any pepboy store and do not send me for pepboysocial for futher investigation the page does notEl gerente de la tienda me llamo y si el balanceo es gratis x la vida de las gomas cuando se compra el seguro de las gomas.Y va hablar con los dos empleados que me dijeron que no era gratis y me van a devolver el dinero que pague en la otra gomera con el recibo WOW eso se llama servicio.The manager of the store called me and the balance is free x the life of the tires when you buy the insurance.And hes going to talk to the two employees who told me that the balance was not free.And they are going to return the money I pay for having taken them to the other place that I balance them WOW that is service they won my admiration.
