The girl was training 2 people and running the register. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 very easy drinks just get them half thawed because she had people come to the register. The first thing they should learn is the register so if you start getting backed up they can run the register while youre making the drinks. Second, they need to tell you that theyre training in case you cant wait. Third, train them on fixing the drinks when youre not as busy. The only good thing I can say is that the girl somehow managed to keep a smile on her face.

I us to think was awesome. And I have given it many tries. I guess its Dunkin Donuts from now on i But there always out of something. I have ran into some rude people. I can not tolerate milk so I specify soy. I have ended up sick twice. Even after I said something it still happens. Ive stopped getting my drinks there and I will stop buying for my husband granddaughters. Sorry but I need a good drink.

They wont use caramel for hot drinks, only fraps. This place blows. Done with this place. Java station rocks, food is great and HUGE. GREAT PRICES. DONE WITH STARBUCKS!

Hygiene concern,The girl fixing the sandwiches was eating a sandwich during cooking cycles of orders and never washing her hands in between. It was pretty disturbing watching her do this while handling customers food.

The atmosphere was in starbucks was amazing. The service here was 10/10. The best coffee shop around. The drinks were amazing and i come here every day to get my coffee and breakfast sandwiches! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!!

Ive been in a ton of Starbucks. Never had one just send me to put cream in my own coffee.

Pleasant atmosphere! The store is always neat and clean. They have a good selection of snacks and drinks. The workers greet everyone with a welcoming smile! They do everything to make the starbucks experience enjoyable. Employees are friendly and always remover my drink. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of products. Would highly recommend visiting this Starbucks.

First time we went they werent friendly at all. Price was outrageous. We were not aware that they charge for every pump of vanilla. We paid over $12 for 2 iced coffees. No other Starbucks does that! No sign posted about extra charges. Tried them again today and Michelle was such a snot when we asked questions about extra charges. Then to top off her snotty attitude there were 3 orders after ours that they made before ours! DO NOT GO HERE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! THIS LOCATION IS NOT A SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY PLACE!!

Employee was very rude. Slid my frappuccino on the counter I had to reach around and get my own straw. The drink itself was awful. Tasted like watered down milk. Ugh! And not cheap either

The staff is so friendly and nice, they really made my morning! My coffee is delicious and just as I like it, I will definitely stop again!!
