They did an awesome job paint matching my new front bumper and touching up other minor damage. They were a dream to work with. I had one issue with the car when I received it back. I called and they were more then willing to take the car back, but I was able to find and fix the issue myself.

Johnson Auto body did a great job on repairing my Buick Encore. Someone hit the car overnight and never left a note. I was able to drive it to them and they had my rental car waiting. They worked with my insurance from day one until the vehicle was fixed. They did a very nice job on the three panels that had a dent on them.

Really wonderful job. They fixed a rather nasty chip on my rear quarter-panel which meant matching the paint and gloss on my 1979 Fiat Spider. Not an easy color to match but TJ and his team nailed it. They also went ahead and fixed a leaky fuel line I’d been meaning to address (free of charge!) I recently struck a raccoon that damaged the front bumper of my 2013 BMW. On the recommendation of several friends, I chose to have the repairs done at Johnson Auto Body. Debbie and Joe were helpful, professional and courteous through the whole process. The quality of the work is top notch and the paint and fitment of the replacement bumper looks factory original. TJ Ryan did an outstanding job painting my aftermarket hood after most body shops wouldnt even take on the job. Other shops said they would need to blend the quarter panels to match everything, but TJ actually listened to me when I told him that, someday, I may put the stock hood back on and blending my fenders was not an option (then they would likely not match the stock hood).TJ assured me he could match the color, and sure enough, he did. The next issue we ran into was matching the white vinyl racing stripes that run the length of the car. Turns out the white is a proprietary color blend only made by Shelby. So, TJ worked his magic and was able to perfectly replicate the color. He used several layers of paint so the stripes would be raised, just like the vinyl stripes on the rest of the car.TJ also does business with other top notch companies, like Paint Protection Plus, who made a custom clear bra for the hood to match the lines on the clear bra on the quarter panels. Also, he had a paintless dent repair wizard remove a dent which had been on the car for 7 years. Finally, he was able to repair a deep scratch in the door jam (which was less than 1 from the tire pressure specifications sticker) and I cannot even tell which spot was repaired.TJ even went above and beyond personally delivering my car via flatbed to my shop to do some mechanical work while he continued to perfect my hood. And finally, and maybe most importantly, TJ would send me regular text updates detailing the progress on the car. I always felt like my car was in good hands. I would definitely use Johnson Auto Body again. TJ Ryan has an incredible eye and meticulous attention to detail.

Last year I got into an accident with a taxi which destroyed my front bumper, fender and right rim cap. This year I recommended through my insurance to go to this place and man did they not disappoint. They replaced the damaged parts and refinished it with the paint and my car looks as good as new again. The staff was great and I had an individual (I will not name for their privacy) who reached out to give me updates about the repair status of my car until it was ready which I really appreciated. It was a one week turn around and I am grateful for the mechanics taking pride in their work.

My insurance company has them listed for a service center, I went just to get an estimate done. Alise met me and started going over what was going to be need to get the job done. She is very informed on what she does an I knew right away I was going to have them do the work on my truck. They handled everything from setting up my renal car to keeping the insurance company in the loop of everything. Alise called with updates and findings that were unseen at first. Work was completed a day sooner than expected and they did an amazing job on my truck. I will keep their number. Thank you for a nicely done repair.

My son was in a bad car accident that totaled our 2009 Honda Civic. Johnson Auto Body now has the car at its shop. We chose this shop because of the outstanding reviews. Well, we can add to that. Being that he is an out-of-state student, they have been incredibly helpful. Renee responded to my email on a Sunday night and was super helpful with information on how the process works in Connecticut. Even though we believe that the car is a total loss, they have been very patient (over two weeks) for allowing the car to sit there while we sort things out. The estimate they did send was meticulous, accurate and completely fair. They respond quickly and are just simply good people. I am grateful that there are businesses out there that our ethical and helpful. Without question, I strongly recommend them. You will be in good hands with them.

A deer hit my truck and damaged it pretty good, Alise and the technicians were very great to work with. Not only did I get my truck back in a timely manner but I was always updated about what was going on. Got my truck back and it looked brand new as if nothing even happened. Not that it would be ideal to go back because that would mean I got into an accident but at least I know where to send people if anyone is looking for excellent auto body shop.

I cant say enough good things about Johnson Auto Body. From the first phone call with Renee, through the updates about the repairs and picking up my car, the service was always professional, timely and so helpful. I was a mess and couldnt think straight and Renee took care of everything. She took charge of getting a rental car, towing, talking to the insurance company, updating me, everything. I give Johnson Auto Body our highest recommendation. My wife and I have had them do body work on our various cars throughout many years, and the most recent one was today in July 2019. They are incredibly thorough and if paint jobs are needed, they match the original paint perfectly. Theyll also arrange for a rental car if you need one. They go a step further by cleaning out the inside of the car incredibly well. I couldnt ask for more if I had paid to have my car detailed. Their pricing is fair, and they get the work done on time. Couldnt ask for more.

Excellent in every way. The office is neat and and efficiently operated in an efficient and friendly way. The technicians gave excellent information along the way, did a great looking job on my car, and returned it on time with the interior and exterior thoroughly cleaned. They even arranged a rental, with the replacement car being very conveniently delivered to me and returned to Enterprise at the Johnson shop.

This was my second time using Johnson Auto Body. The first repair was back in 2003 and I was pleased with them then and I think they are even better now. Aside from the excellent auto body work they do, they have all facets of the repair process covered. I needed a rental, they arranged it. I didnt have to get a claims adjuster to review my damage because this business is a preferred vendor of my insurance carrier. So thank you Renee for keeping things very organized and great work by Joe. Im not looking forward to seeing you anytime soon though :-)

Johnson Auto Body has saved me twice in the past two months. First, a deer hit the passenger side of my car and I had to put in my first-ever insurance claim. I chose JAB at the recommendation of my insurance company and was extremely pleased with the results. Despite initially dreading the unknown, the entire process with JAB went as flawlessly as possible. Wayne chatted pleasantly as he was completing the estimate to put me at ease, the shop did an excellent job of arranging the rental car, and the staff were in constant communication with me as things were repaired. Second, I noticed something was dragging underneath the car after the first snowstorm of the season. I brought the car in first thing in the morning and David fixed the loose engine cover within 30 minutes. In addition, Renee at the front desk is incredibly accommodating and professional both over the phone and in person. Everyone Ive talked to at the shop has a smile on their face and its clear that they love their jobs. Thank you again, JAB!

I cannot praise TJ, Renee and the crew enough. I brought my F150 with some frame issues. TJ and his crew took it apart, repaired all the frame problems as well as everything that I knew was wrong with it, and some things I didn’t. It took a while because it was complicated, and because TJ works to get it perfect. I appreciate their effort and can’t remember the last time the truck rode this good! I’ll be back!

Absolutely the best body shop around. From the moment I handed over my vehicle, the staff at Johnson Auto Body made me feel cared for and valued as a customer. They were honest, up-front, and compassionate from beginning to end of the car repair process. The mechanics here absolutely know what they are doing and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. When I went to pick up my vehicle after a nasty front end collision, it looked 100% brand new; probably better than off the lot. In the parking lot, I was greeted by one of the mechanics who worked on the car, and I got the feeling that they really truly care about cars and about the quality of their work. Choosing Johnson is a total no-brainer.

My car is already pretty damaged from a car accident, but its still drivable. A particularly windy day on campus blew my door out of my hand and slammed it forward, so the hinge got misaligned and prevented the door from closing properly. Less than two hours after I dropped it off at Johnson Auto Body, Wayne had the door closing even better than before the incident, and Renée, the receptionist, made the whole process pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend this auto body shop.

Got my vehicle repaired there. The service they provide are incredible as the whole repairing process was pretty quick and they kept me informed about it. I am blown away by the quality of work! They rebuilt the front end of my truck and prioritized me due to my circumstances. I went in for a quote in the morning and they had me in the next day, all parts already in shop and truck was finished after 10.5 hours of labor for the next morning. Right before a big trip of mine! Wayne(the owner) is an honest man who does honest business! They even cleaned my windshield and rims, truck looks brand new!

A distracted driver rear-ended my 1991 Dodge Dynasty at a moderate speed. The car looked non-repairable, but Johnson Auto Body brought it back to pre-accident condition and in less time then I expected. The color matched, nothing leaked and they even arranged for a rental for me to use while my car was being repaired!.Great work, great business. Highly recommended!

I have a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta that had rust coming through the fenders, I sent a new set of fenders out to Johnsons to be painted, I am happy to say that after getting my fenders back from the body shop and installing them on my car they came out better than expected. Johnsons did an amazing job matching the paint to my car, which I know is very hard to do on a car that is 12 years old. All in all a Great experience, the work was completed ahead of schedule, and the staff at Johnsons couldnt be nicer. I will continue to bring all of my business to Johnsons, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality body repairs at a fair price.

Someone hit my WRX while I was out of the country on vacation, leaving a large dent in my door. I brought it in to Johnson Auto Body for repairs and it came out looking brand new.There was an unrelated issue to the repair that happened to the car while Johnson was in possession of it, and I received poor service from Joe when I tried to get the situation resolved. After hearing about my poor experience a different Johnson employee, TJ, reached out to me and went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved. If you have any issues with the service you receive I suggest you ask for TJ as he is committed to making sure that the customer is satisfied.The quality of the work is deserving of a 5 star review, and TJ and the woman who was working the front desk were polite and professional. Aside from my negative experience with Joe I have no complaints about service I received at Johnson.

Best body shop in the area very knowledgeable and incredible workmanship

Johnson auto body took great care of my 2015 subaru legacy I had a small accident a few months ago and I made a bigger mess of the car by trying to fix it myself with bond dough and a spray paint can TJ and wane were great as well as the whole crew the first time TJ saw the car he saw over spray from my poor paint job and he cleaned of my windows with steel wool before he was even promised the job of repairing my car Johnson auto body also fought for me with the insurance company to get it so I would pay nothing out of pocket after the repair was done I thought I had just gotten a new car the job came out like not8hing had ever happened and the repair crew washed waxed and detailed the entire car I was beyond pleased all the way around
