I went with my husband and son to buy ammo.I saw a awesome gun the color was crushed orchid.Id never seen that color before, so I had to have it.The lady helping was very helpful and sweet.

Outstanding guys working there. Prices are little high but the guys make up for it. I would rather support the smaller shops where I can chat with people.

It Is always a pleasant experience the pew guys are extremely knowledgeable not only about the pews but the laws new laws etc. If your not really sure of what your looking for they will help you find what is best for your needs and what fits. Tomball Pawn is the place to go in this area. They are usually less expensive than the nearby competitors. The staff is well versed in the specifications of various guns and manufacturers.

There was no other stores to consider for my new pistol. They have served me well in the past and did so again. The young man that served me was very knowledgeable about the pistols. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me two models and both would be a good choice. I decided on the Hellcat and I think it will do everything I want. Thanks Tomball Pawn again.

You can see the lack of professionalism by the owners to some feedback provided, instead of seeing what potential clients are saying for you to correct it; you argue with them (through Google reviews lol) . Your customer service skills really need a lot of improvement. Store should be called Gun only pawn as Tomball Pawn misleads people to think you also have a variety of electronics, bikes or musical instruments which clearly you dont.

First I have to say this was the first time in my life to do business with a Pawn shop, so I went into it without having any previous experience to base any judgement on.For some time my wife and I had been holding a few pieces of old jewelry we no longer wore or valued. We are not the type to hold on to stuff just for the sake of having it. With the price of gold recently hitting record highs I began to consider if it was possible to convert rings and bracelets into cash. I started to look into it online, and found a number of online sources, but never pulled the trigger and the jewelry continued to sit unused and unvalued.As I ran errands the other morning I heard some commercials for Tomball Pawn, and will they were primarily advertising that they bought used guns they also mentioned jewelry. I decided to give it a try. I was completely pleased with the experience. I was greeted promptly as I entered the store, and guided through the process thoroughly. My pieces were evaluated and a price quoted to me. Within a half hour I was walking out of the shop with cash in hand.I just wish I had more old jewelry to sell!

Walked into this pawn shop and kindly asked one of the ladies working the counter if she could take a look at the cameras I was bringing in. From the bat she was dismissive of me, and plain rude when she did speak to me. I do not recommend anyone attending this establishment if you look “too young” as you will be dismissed as nothing.

Great service from start to finish.I had my firearm shipped to Tomball Pawn. Great service from start to finish. While I waited for my background check I asked questions about some long range weapons they had and the folks behind the counter were very helpful. I received an update from the young lady helping me every couple of minutes. While admiring the 50k Gatlin gun in the center of the room, I chatted with another lady who thanked me for my service after seeing my Marine Corps shirt. We talked for a while as she was stamping some paperwork. Her husband is also a Marine and we chatted about disability compensation and educational benefits. The background check was finally complete and while I completed the final paperwork and payment a Marine customer came in and we compared service information.During the entire process I felt like I was in someone’s home being welcomed rather than at a business being hurried through a transaction. I will be taking my business here for future purchases.

Found a Sig p365, that no one seems to have in stock, here at Tomball pawn. Turns out they are a Sig dealer and get shipments every week. I texted the store before they opened. To my pleasant surprise they texted right back when they opened. Once I got there things were busy but I was only there for 20 min. They were polite helpful and efficient and had more than I needed.
