Highly recommend the service department here. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. The prices were fair, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to up-sell me on anything I didn’t need or that I was being pressured into anything. This was my first time using them but was probably the best experience I’ve had with a service dept, so I will definitely go back to them the next time I need anything.

I had a great experience with the Service Department at the 249 location. The customer service was awesome from everyone!! The repair I needed was explained thoroughly, the parts were ordered and arrived quickly, and I was back on the road in no time! Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous (especially Joel Rodriguez). I will definitely be back and will refer others!!

Order a part from them. Paid overnight shipping. Never said anything about it being special order on website. If it is not in stock, why does it not say it is not in stock and will be a special order? They got the part 2 days later and shipped it for delivery 3 days later. Poor customer service when I contacted them. Did absolutely NOTHING to resolve this or even apologize. I manage a large customer service organization and this was not customer service. This was buyer beware! I will NEVER buy from them again.
