I appreciated their professionalism and honesty. The work that they did on my 2017 F150 was perfect.

They consistently extended the time of the repair. They returned the vehicle with orange peel all over the paint and parts missing from the truck, they redid the job but when you look at it in the right light, the paint job is horrible. The sound deadener was not applied in the door correctly so my truck sounds like an aluminum can when i shut the door. This repair happened 2+ years ago but every time i get into my truck i notice and hate it. I attempted to have these problems fixed in the past (i.e. sound deadener) at the same shop and i ended up pulling the adhesive off the window when it rolled up. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Took Hellcat in for front end work and has been an on going ordeal for months now. Hood and fenders not aligned, no primer on parts leading to paint chips, fish eye and trash in paint. Missing parts and pulling off parts that didn’t need to be removed. Car had almost no coolant, check engine light on, steering wheel crooked and shakes. Took it back to get “fixed” and now looks worse! Used touch up paint on the paint chipped fender, scratches all over the hood, sanding marks, over spray and more. This was after waiting over a month for them to do it right. Now I’m waiting on them to figure out what to do next.
