Before and after photos.I didnt know that I would be so happy to get my windshield fixed. Its like looking into a pair glasses and actually being able to see clearly! Im glad I am free from looking above, under, or on the side of the cracks 😂They normally go by your VIN number model and make. But if you have vintage Vehicles you need to ask for the specific part. I overheard the ladies helping a customer find a specific part and see if anyone had it in stock, so the customer service is above and beyond. The atmosphere waiting in there is great, but it takes about an 1hr 20mins for your glass to be done. My rate for my Nissan Rogue S plain glass was $225. I heard the rate for the electronic windshields are about $525 but it depends on your vehicle.Go ahead and call to get your rate. Just bring some good entertainment if you have to sit and wait. 👍🏼

I have done business with Tomball auto glass more then a few times. I can honestly say since day 1 they have always taken care of me. From placing my order with Marissa over the phone shes very nice and knows what shes doing to the friendly and professional tech that was sent out on multiple occasions ask for (Pavel ) hands down very cool guy . I am blown away by the spectacular service I just received from Tomball Auto Glass! I had emailed Vanessa to obtain a quote for replacing the windshield on my 2019 Ford Edge ST and she immediately got back to me with availability, pricing, and helpful overall knowledge.I had first gone to Safelite who wanted to charge me $1,300 due to the fact that I have a rain sensor, tinting, lane sensors, all that fun tech stuff. My dad who lives in Tomball recommended reaching out to TAG instead.You can imagine my shock, and also my relief after Vanessa told me that TAG could do it for only $422 and came out to my job by the Galleria to install it! The technician came right on time and called me when he was on his way. He was finished in an hour and was incredibly detail oriented and kept my car very clean.They accept cards or cash which is very convenient too! I am so thankful that I chose to give my business to a local shop and didnt even have to pay my insurance deductible. I will definitely keep giving future business to them for tinting and overall glass needs.

They changed my windshield on top of rust without notifying me. Is is not leaking and they will not warranty the work. They should have notified me prior to installing the new windshield and informed me that the vehicle had extensive rust damage (not yet proven as they did not show me or take any pictures) and as I needed to tow it to a body shop for a proper repair. Instead they went ahead with the install without telling me anything. Even when I showed up to pay they did not inform me of the rust or the lack of warranty. All they did was write on the invoice hidden among many other words is no warranty due to rust. After it rained and water leaked all over my floor and i did a water hose test to confirm that a windshield leak was the source i called and told them and they scheduled an appointment for me to bring it back to the shop. Still no mention of the rust and lack of warranty. When I got there they recognized the car and informed me of the rust and lack of warranty, claiming that they had called and told me. I calmly informed them that I did not receive any call at all that was the first time I had heard of any rust of a lack or warranty. I took it to a Rehab Garage and they informed it sounds like a bad install and the rust should have been cleaned up right there and measures taken to properly install the windshield. They referred me to a professional who knows what they are doing and they will come and install it properly tomorrow. Tomball Auto Glass just lost a long time customer. Ive had windows tinted on 5 cars over the years. Their tint jobs were good but after being treated like this they will never again get my business.

I have always received good service from these guys. I came out to the shop on a Saturday for my appointment. They noticed a small chip on the glass and said they didnt want to put that glass on for fear of it cracking. They ordered another glass and came to my home to put it in. Great service.

Someone busted out passenger side window. They ordered, replaced window, and tinted to match other windows. They also detailed the inside. Great job!

Ive had them out twice while dealing with this window replacement. Both the technicians were great. They were professional and did a great job. The lady in the office was, unfortunately, awful. Both times she scheduled them for one day and told me they would out the day before she actually put it on the schedule. This caused major problems, as they give a 4 hour window for them to arrive. This meant a total of 4 afternoons taken up by this. It should have only been 2.

I highly recommend this business for your auto glass needs. I had excellent customer service from each person I dealt with, from my initial contact for a windshield replacement quote, to booking the appointment, to the actual windshield replacement. Very friendly and courteous employees, and the young man who came to my house to do the job was very efficient and completed the replacement much quicker than I anticipated. And, they were the most affordable company. They have excellent pricing and you wont be disappointed. We will be using and referring friends/family to Tomball Auto Glass for all future auto glass needs.

Don’t hesitate to use their services. I needed a door window replaced. I called, they gave me the price, scheduled an immediate time, showed up at my place, and got the window installed within 30min! They pulled my old tint off the door windows and tinted them. In the process they cut my door panel which was perfect before that. They have no interest in fixing Their SCREWUP.

I have used this place like 5 times in 4 yrs and they aways had great prices that no one could beat, and now forget about it they are over price for made in China glass!!!The pass installers where great but now, sloppy workmanship by leaving hand prints on my fabric after install. Dont plans on using them again and will not recommend them ever again.

Ive taken multiple vehicles before and Tomball Auto Glass does a quick efficient job. Very pleased w the ceramic tint. Would like to see them get into the Carbon /Ceramic blend tint.

My fiance car got broken into and these people were able to fix it right away at a really nice price and even tinted the window back. You cant even tell the window was broken. They even cleaned out all the glass in hos car. Totally recommend this place the customer service is by far amazing with an even greater price.

The mobile representative from Tomball auto glass was great! He called us 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm he was on the way. He was very kind and professional. Spent about 30 minutes total to remove and re-seal my mothers leaking windshield. Very clean work. We will be using this company for our future glass needs.

Updated Review: Water DAMAGE !Despite having a quick turnaround to replace my Acuras windshield the installation was done rushed and poorly sealed. As a result the 3 days of rain that followed caused several inches of water to leak into my car below the windshield. Entertainment system is glitching and the car smells like mildew. To date Tomball Auto Glass has not taken responsibility and refused to even call me back.Even though we know that mistakes can happen, how the company responds to such an event is reflective of their values/priorities.Their price point is modest and if work is done correctly you should be ok but if you value peace of mind I would not recommend again after this experience.

They were awesome to work with. I had two friends who said they had a great experience, so I tried them out. They were super easy to get a quote and schedule time. Their price was great! They were on time, came all the way out to midtown (which was incredibly convenient) efficient, professional, and my windshield replacement came out great. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I drove 45 minutes one way to get my glass done and the part was ordered wrong.The next day they came to my house (free of charge) and replaced it with a 3rd party glass that was more see through than my windshield.I asked if it was pretinted like the factory and the question wasnt understood.. I was told that they dont tint and Id have to take it somewhere... I wasnt asking if it could be tinted, I was asking if it was OE standards and the question (no matter how I asked it) wasnt answered correctly.I guess all that matters is that its fixed??

Got home, took the tape off the next day and windshield was either installed wrong. Two days later, drove back to them and they said theyd try to fix it or replace the windshield. They were able to remove it and realign it but the eyebrow tint got messed up. They reimbursed me for it. Great service, great prices!

Called in explained i wanted to pay for a windshield for my daughters car as a Christmas present. But, I wanted to pay and be able to give my daughter the receipt as a gift. And that way she could call in and schedule the replacement after Christmas. The lady that helped me took care of everything I asked. Took my payment and emailed me a receipt so we could wrap it and give it to my daughter as a gift. Daughter called last week set appointment up for them to come to her job yesterday (saturday). The tech showed up was friendly, swapped the windshield. Took less then an hour. Very happy with price and service we received.

Excellent work reasonable prices and fast service

On May 4, 2021, Tomball Auto Glass mobile came out to replace our cracked Acura windshield, damaged in the hail storm. After they installed new windshield and all the rainfall, as car is parked outside, we discovered the car had standing water inside and the culprit entry point for water was the whole seam where the new windshield met the top of the car.Called them and they sent out the same gentleman who installed it. He didnt seem confident and told me he didnt have a new windshield then added he couldnt access the underside of the windshield to add glue. He called someone who told him to replace the rubber piece between windshield and car with a wider one then called it a day. Managers have yet to return our calls to correspond with us regarding their negligence. The car smells and the center consol touch screen does not respond properly.Called out car insurance adjuster who had us take to the car dealership for diagnostics. Told its like the car went through a flood and needs to be completely torn down to see what else is damaged ... kicker is that they STILL found a leak source between windshield and the top of the car.We have yet to see work started on our car as insurance claims this large takes extra time for approval. Huge regret using this company to repair hail damaged windshield as this nightmare saga remains ongoing.This company failed to install the windshield properly causing significant damage and silence to such is unprofessional. Bonus, they still have money for installing the windshield. Unbelievable especially seeing all these glowing reviews.

While Tomball Auto Glass was easy to contact and quick on their service, the moment we called with a problem they were even quicker to avoid responsibility. Because they did not clean out the broken glass left in the door panel like they said they would, my door latch was damaged and had to be replaced....an even bigger expense than getting the window replaced. As we tried to ask how they were going to help they kept repeating “WE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS”. Convenient cop out.We will not be using Tomball Auto Glass should I ever need this service again.

They got one in that was scratched so they reordered and were there the next day at my house to install. Took them less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended, fantastic prices.

This was our second time using them, but first “Mobile” use and I regret it terribly! They damaged my husband’s vehicle and refuse to take responsibility for it. There was no damage before they arrived and then there was when they left. The still flaking paint clearly shows it is new damage yet their technician who “supposedly” saw it while doing the install didn’t think to stop and say “hey did you know”. Avoid this place!

I had a crack and pitting in my windshield. I had a last minute cancelation at work so around midday I called them about getting a new windshield. They were very friendly and got me an appointment for 4 that afternoon. I showed 30 minutes early and they pulled my truck right in and had my windshield done by 4. Then I asked about retinting my front windows and they got it done in short order! Fantastic service.

My wifes vehicle was broken into in the Rice Village area last week, the burglar(s) completely shattered the rear driver window. I wanted to get it replaced for her ASAP, so I was referred by our window tint technician to call Tomball Auto Glass. Our window tint tech does a great job, so I trusted his referral. I called Tomball Auto Glass at around 8am, very professional and got us scheduled the very same day. Pricing was beyond reasonable, far less than what we anticipated it might cost. The technician, Pavel, called ahead of time to make sure we were home and arrived around noon or so. He was such an awesome guy, very polite and professional. He vacuumed the shattered glass, spent the time necessary to install the new window correctly and just was a very personable guy. We were glad we were referred to them, as they will be our go-to company for any future auto glass/window repairs and replacements. Thank you guys, and thank you Pavel...it was a pleasure to have met you, sir!

I was highly dissatisfied with their customer service. I had scheduled an windshield install at my house for a Friday while I was at work. The vehicle to get the windshield is my secondary vehicle. Not only did they no show, nor did the office call me to let me know. I called the office Saturday morning to enquire when they would be out, I was told between 2p-6p. I was then informed that if I could bring my vehicle into their shop it would be better. I informed them that I didnt pay extra for a mobile install, to drive it in. After multiple phone calls with the office on Saturday the tech finally showed up at 2pm to install the windshield.

Tomball Auto Glass has very reasonable pricing and provide great customer service! My appointment was @ 1700, I arrived early and by 1730, I was out the door! I will definitely send my family and friends to TOMBALL AUTO GLASS! :)

The wait was just a tad bit on the longer side but it was well worth it. They did an excellent job on my window tint for a great price! It’s flawless.. not even the normal bubbling you might expect ever showed up. They were super helpful with choosing what shade to do and how long the eyebrow should be, etc. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I’m super pleased. 11/10 would recommend.

I cannot testify to their ability to work, as they have no showed on the 2 appointments that they set. The first one, 15 minutes before the 3 hour time slot expired ( that they provided) the second one without even a courtesy call. Will be taking my, and my companies business elsewhere.

Their technicians have always been very good at what they do - quality work, neat, clean, efficient and always courteous. They continue to earn my repeat business!

Great price and the customer service was amazing. When I missed my scheduled time, they worked with me to reschedule for the next day, but then they actually called me later to squeeze me in so I didn’t have to wait. Terry was so helpful and gave me options that saved me hundreds of dollars compared to other companies. The tech called before he arrived and did an excellent job. My truck was clean and you couldn’t tell any work had been done other than the nice new windshield without cracks. My mirror jiggled a bit on the first drive and all I had to do was call. Called yesterday and made an appointment. Showed up early and dropped the car off. Came back 2 hours later and they hadn’t even touched it. The ladies in the office didn’t even know my car was parked out front or where my keys were or what service I was to receive. This would have been my 3rd vehicle to get serviced here. Never again.

Great place for quick professional rock chip repairs. Ive had 3 done by them. All are now invisible. Wouldve cost 3-4x as much with Safelite.

Friendly, great price, and so far I’m very happy with the results.I didn’t think about my EasyTag until they were already replacing the window. Thought I would have to replace it, but no they removed all my stickers and stick on things from the old window and placed them on my new window. Just got it done today, so I can’t speak to whether the window is leak proof or not.

Tomball Auto Glass is excellent. When I called, Vanessa picked up immediately. She was professional and friendly, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Pavel showed up the next day, on time, and called me before he arrived--this was on a Saturday. I live on the other side of Houston but they only charged me $20 to install a new windshield at my home. Pavel is a nice guy, and expertly installed my new windshield. The whole process was simple, convenient and, well, perfect. I love this company. Please use them, they deserve it. I saved about $150 by not going to a Ford dealership. I wish all companies ran their businesses like these guys.
