These guys did a good job on my truck I can do most anything on my vehicle but time is short lately so I took it to them they have the equipment and were professional and I felt they were honest, I am not related to them in any way I just live near by and had seen them, I will use them again.

The worst experiences ever happened here. I never leave reviews but i truly fear for everyones safety so I have to leave this. The workers at this shop left my moms drive shaft loose and almost caused her to get into a car accident... her car was damaged when her driveshaft came off on hwy99 at 65mph just minutes after leaving Absolute Suspension. I understand accidents happen but I personally have left this place with hand tight wheel nuts that luckily I noticed before I got down the road and immediately turned around months prior to this. Please find another shop to use, just looking out for everyones safety. If I would have told my mom like Im saying this now this never would have happened. This is my way of paying it forward. Was ran off the road and my undercarriage was caught on the curb. My exhaust started acting funny. Googled exhaust near me. I swear they took good care of me. In 20 mins I was in and out. And my issue was resolved. Definitely recommend

Absolutely the best, john(owner) are the absolute best. They know their stuff, and are extremely friendly and professional. They will go out of there way and bend over backwards to make sure the job is done right and that you are happy with your vehicle when you leave. They are the only shop I go for suspension work on all my trucks and cars.

Nobody wanted to adjust my upper arms so could never get a good alignment. They made it perfict and I drove from Clear lake to get it done right.

I took my car to this business for an alignment based upon very good references.As the car was there, my track video equipment was on and set to trigger when the car was driven. A few months later, when reviewing the footage, I see that my car was driven to the tune of 109mph down FM2978 (Im not sure of the speed limit, but I know this speed is approaching 2x the speed limit), changing lanes without signalling, one WRIST on the wheel (as opposed to 2 hands).Ive attempted to contact the owner of the company via email and phone with no results.Who is to say how other peoples cars are handled. This cant be the first time this has happened.Im disappointed.

I can’t say enough good about John and his crew at Absolute. I had a steering and alignment issue on my Jeep and a short period of time to get it fixed before I had to go out of town. They worked late and came in on Saturday to get me on the road. My Jeep drives great now. I highly recommend Absolute. They do great work with great customer service.

I have used them a few times over the last 6 or so years. every time its great service and the truck comes out great. i would recommend them to anyone that needs an alignment and def use them again without hesitation, the slightly longer wait is well worth the reword.

Highly impressed with the service here and their quality of work. I took in my 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood for an alignment because I was planning on selling it. Not to my surprise the called me back and let me know that the car had other issues that needed to be addressed.The car use to be bagged and I had another mechanic put in factory parts to rebuild a stock suspension but the car never rode right. I had several mechanics work on this suspension for repairs, checkups and to get it to ride properly but all told me that it was OK and that it just rode that way.My bill was fair, despite their labor rate of $90 an hour but it is totally worth it. I was kind of skeptical at first but when I got the car back, I was nothing short of amazed, to the point that I am now considering keeping it.They are fully staffed but they have a lot of customers so you might have to wait a little longer to drop off your car and pick it up but it was totally worth the wait. Highly recommended, I never thought my Cadillac would ever ride the way it does now. Thanks!

They know their stuff. Brought mine in for an alignment and its the best its felt since owning it. Feels great on the highway Initially had it aligned from Toyota when it was stock and then from a different shop after a mild lift. I wasnt satisfied with either result. These guys worked with it, took it out for a test drive, then rotated some tires to help it out too.

Got an alignment after giving the tech the specs for my lift kit. He wanted to debate the fact of factory specs. Factory specs are that in deed factory not always the best for modified vehicles. Plus the tech couldnt drive a standard and slipped the clutch enough i could smell it. May have been an off day for them so ill give them benefit of the doubt as they come highly recommended.

I will never take my truck anywhere but here from now on. They did a lift on my truck and did a great job. Ive had lots of trucks lifted and they are the best. Had them install a leveling kit on my 2015 3/4 ton Silverado. They did a preliminary check of the suspension with over 192,000 miles on it to make sure nothing needed to be replaced. They did not find anything wrong which proves to me they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.Came back the following week for the kit install and an alignment. Showed up at 2:30 and I was out the door before 5. John test drove the vehicle first to make sure it was up to his standards. Charged a fair price as well. I will definitely be bringing other vehicles here for my suspension work.
