The five below on 2920 has the nicest people that you ever want to come across the minute you walk in the store they acknowledged you when you walk through the door when they see you just walking around like you really dont know where youre going theyll stop in a minute and say can I help you and will help you find whatever you need I love this door and I dont see any cashier just to help a customer walk from behind the register and come help another customer trying to do two things at one time thats dedication I love it

Had a toy drive going on for kids in the hospital. Store was well organized, full shelves, clean.

I was looking for MAMBAS Candy, a coworker suggested looking here & she was right! They had it.

My grand son had gone with his sister & bought a dinosaur in Clearlake and when they got home it did not work so I went to the one close to me in Tomball and the person that help me went above and beyond and was absolutely amazing. I asked her if I bought the batteries would she put them in the dinosaur before I left the store to make sure it worked and she went to the back office to get a small screwdriver and put the batteries in it to make sure it worked and I was just amazed that there are still a few people out there that care about the job there doing & I wish I would have got that young lady’s name bc she truly was incredible

Worst one Ive been to...pretty small. Only a couple shopping carts that are very difficult to push, like they are heavy or something. Poor selection...Katy Mills location is MUCH better. This felt more like an overpriced dollar store.

I love five below, most things are a bit over 5 dollars but other than that great prices for things that usually wont be 5-10 dollars.

Ive heard people talk about five below for so long but I had never gone. What the heck was I thinking? I was totally missing out! I went in there and found so many good buys. I live for graphic tees and they had a whole section of them. Items for the gym. Oh, and the candy! Not that I needed it but I have a serious sweet tooth. I certainly indulged. The staff was courteous and checkout was a breeze. They have plenty of signs with distancing reminders throughout the store. Ill certainly be back to grab a few more items.

I always love 5 below. Surprised that they had good stock on most items. Place was clean, bathroom was clean. They didnt kick us out for tossing a ball. Lol

Everything was as normal at the store until checkout, when I have to fill out an electronic questionnaire about if their employees were correctly wearing their masks before i could pay for my purchase. It is a big enough pain to have to wear a mask in the first place. But to be asked to police their employees before i can pay for my purchase is too much, and is a clear indication of a totalitarian management.Not good values in my opinion and will consider other places to shop in the futer.

Great place for Christmas gifts on a budget. Got 🏈 s and 🏀s for the low always. Cant beat that.

In and out quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. We walked in just before closing and the staff was informative of the closing hour, but not at all rude or rushing us.

I was there May 29th in the afternoon. Cashier had her mask shoved down below her nose and mouth and kept touching it too. Clearly insufficient training and enforcement on safety practices. No plastic shield between cashier and customers. We won’t be back for awhile and maybe they will get better by then.

Great selection. But horrible card reader machine. Kept denying the chip in my card and the cashier wouldnt try another register. Just had to keep swiping and putting in card a lot of times until it worked. Cashier was on phone the whole time. Just another kid who does not know how to work.

If you havent been in here yet this place is amazing they have all kinds of things. Anywhere from a mens section womens two younger children both male and female. It also has things for your animals, home, toys for the kids, and all the other knick-knacks that you need including some snack food items. its pretty cool walking inside because you never know what youre going to find at such a great rate. We will be returning for future purchases

While the merchandise is great, the management is completely ridiculous. I worked there as a seasonal employee and just in the short time I was there, they fired their best employee, who was in charge of the nightly stocking. Then they moved all stocking to day time hours so the store was always a mess and boxes were everywhere. Management asked me to come in extra all the time (which I had no issue with and usually said yes). However, one day I was asked to come in an hour earlier than I was scheduled and it was a morning shift. I told them that I would prefer not to and the boss called me a big baby. They were constantly giving us tasks to complete while we were on register and even if we had huge lines the entire day and never got to leave the register, they called us lazy when we did not complete the extra tasks. I personally witnessed a manager, that no longer works there, call all of the employees lazy sh**s and other curse words, in the middle of the entrance to the store with customers present. They did not even care for the customers. My aunt came in with her son and he had to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper, as usual, in the employees only restroom. The manager handed her a box of tissues and told her to bring the box back when her son was finished. No apologies whatsoever. One day I showed up, on the Saturday BEFORE Christmas, and when I looked that the schedule, they had simply removed me and a few others. Their reasoning was that they were phasing out seasonal employees and there werent enough hours. Oh and that same week...they hired several new employees and switched everyone to 40 hour weeks instead of 20 hours as was the norm. Makes sense to me. They never had enough people scheduled. One night I closed the entire store with only my boss, who was of no help much of the time. They gave no notice and did not even approach us about the changes. We had to ask why our names were not on the schedule. That night I took my first break and I went home after without finishing the shift. I would not recommend going there and I would completely advise against working there.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Where has it been all my life? It has a little but of everything at a decent price. I know I will be going here FIRST before going anywhere else

Great store! Only wished they opened at 9:30am. I was there at 9:50 am and about 5 other people tried to go in but door locked until 10am. They walked off and went somewhere else. I waited and enjoyed the store. Great items!!

I absolutely love this place! Its great for small gifts, that arent just some cheap knock off brand. I have a lot of Lego characters from that store.

The 5 stars are for Ms Taylor, an employee that works at this store. I took my daughter with her allowence to grasp the concept of finances, tax and customer service. With a kind shy child, looking for her desired item and unsure of prices, tax, and abundance of items to choose. Ms Taylor was polite, price checked and addressed the true customer MY DAUGHTER. Ms Taylor is a great asset and great employee! The patience, speed and understanding towards the customers needs.I work retail and have 10+ years in the field. Ms Taylor keep it up and you will go far!

The employee was so rude! They had balls outside and as we walked to famous footwear he wanted one. I made sure to go purchase it before 9, I mean they cant kick me out at 8:55 can they? Well as I walk inside the girl tell me theyre closed. And I told her it I wasnt 9 yet I just wanted a ball for my son, right in front of her!! She says sorry but were closed, its 9! It was not!!! The door was not even locked! Never coming back!

Had absolutely everything I was looking for at a fair price. They actually carry Palo Santo and sage for metaphysical purposes now and I love it! The cashier was a fellow Wiccan and made me feel really at home and comfortable💜 Blessed be 🌛🌚🌜
