The whole process of getting a new phone was quicker than I thought it would be. DJ was a really great help.This location is a corporate store so in some cases they are able to do things that the smaller retail stores cannot.They do have a Google phone in case you are interested. And no matter what phone you get they will install your screen protector for you. Nice free service since that can be a real pain and you are guaranteed a good fit.Good range of prices from the very basic all the way up to the top end Google, Samsung and Apple phones. Ask about promotions. They always have something going on.
I am a new T-Mobile customer who switched over from Verizon 10 days ago. I saw that T-Mobile had some great deals going on so I wanted to give T-Mobile a chance. I ended up switching from an IPhone 11 and getting the Jump on Demand Samsung S21+ with Juan. He was awesome and took great care of us. However, 9 days later I decided the S21+ wasn’t working for me and I wanted to take advantage of the 14 day return policy. I came back to this corporate location yesterday & received “help” from Sarah. No one greeted me upon entering the store. When I told Sarah I had a JOD return for the Samsung I purchased on 10/26 (9 days ago), she rolled her eyes and turned around to ask someone if I was able to do that. When she told me there was a $70 restocking fee I told her that was fine (I knew that already). Sarah then again rolled her eyes and shook her head as if it was wrong of me to still want to do a return. When I presented Sarah with the receipts I had on hand, I only had the receipt with the 2 free phones and the accessories. I was trying to explain to Sarah that Juan was unable to print my second receipt at the time of purchase but it should be in the system. Sarah continued to interrupt me by angrily and repeatedly saying “But you don’t have the receipt.” I was confused and wondering when she would let me finished so I stopped and asked her if she was okay? And she proceeded to rudely tell me “Continue. You can continue”. I decided I no longer wanted to deal with her attitude and asked for my receipt back that she was holding as well as my phone. She handed me my receipt back and pushed the phone on the table towards me. I asked who the manager was and she told me “he’s not here right now”. Everyone in the store just watched as this all happened and none of the other employees offered to assist me. I found it so concerning that at a Corporate location there was no manager or lead in charge at the time. I am HIGHLY disappointed at the service I received and the fact that there was no manager to report to that morning. I will be contacting T-Mobile’s customer relations line about my poor experience with Sarah at this location as well as getting my return transaction completed somewhere else. I hope this is not what T-Mobile represents because I did not leave Verizon for this.
Cecilia was amazingly helpful and took excellent care of my family and I today. Best experience Ive ever had at a cell phone store! She is incredibly knowledgeable and really fantastic at her job, and I cant thank her enough for the wonderful job she did!

The employee Jeremy Fair is the most unhelpful associate I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I went in there for simple questions and it seemed that his temper was getting the best of him. He is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! I have tried to contact the corporate office to get this escalated because he should NOT be in a customer service setting. He was not helpful, by far the worst encounter I have ever had. He attempted to shift the blame onto me and got extremely irate when I tried to diffuse the situation, even though as the customer I should have never been in that situation. BECAUSE OF THIS ENCOUNTER ALONE, I WILL BE SWITCHING COMPANIES!!

Today I went to this store to buy a phone. KUDOS AND HATS OFF to Allen and 2 other younger female associates (I didnt get your names)! Yall spent over 45 minutes figuring out how to get my contacts and Facebook onto my new phone! If it wasnt for covid, I would have hugged all of you! This is one of the reasons I have been with t-mobile for 15 years.

I got a phone on 6/8 and told them my employer has where I am supposed to get a certain plan and $25 off each new line..well here it is 6/19 and I still havent gotten one person in that store to complete it...i have called and even left word for manager on Thursday 6/13 and no call back..at least to say we are working on it or something...i am solo dissatisfied with their service...i gave them the benefit of days to get it done and nothing...ive had to go there on my lunch...i was solo excited about my new plan and new service but now I just wished I would have never went...to say Im aggravated is an understatement

The staff here at Tomball is very friendly and probably work a second job as comedians. My boi Apple Juice did an amazing job helping me replace my screen protector compared to the T-mobile in New York. I dont want anyone else replacing my screen protector other than AJ.To address all the reviews about waiting a really long time for service, Ive been to this T-mobile numerous times and have always been helped within a timely manner.

In response to T-Mobiles question, Ive been here a ton of times, and Ive been in here over 5 hours before for simple stuff. Its never very fast. And the last time I was there the employee changed my account type without telling me. And now I pay $50 more. Ive had to call T-Mobile twice now, to have my account credited. The main thing is that I can expect to be here at least 2 and a half hours even if I go to buy a case.

To start things off, my experience at this location was nothing but amazing. I have found myself in a pickle with both Apple and and my phone carrier, which, is very frustrating. I was serviced today by a helpful dude named AJ. Yes there was a slight wait time but nothing a reasonable person can’t handle (Some of y’all really need to learn to be patient). The slight wait was definitely worth it! AJ provided nothing but great customer service and gave us great options surrounding my circumstances. Thank you guys!!!
This store is temporarily closed. I made an appointment online, went to the store and there was a note on the door. You need to change your website info and not allow online appointments to be scheduled.
Terrible experience from an employee that is no loger there due to his attitude and lack of customer service skills I guess . I was treated like sh..., no joke . long story short they told me that there was a promotion going on buy one smart watch and get one free. I said ok that sounds good! I bought a phone and one watch and paid with my credit card and they put the second watch on a pay plan for 24 months . that is not free that is false advertisement. anyways I have gone 4 times to try to solve this issue and yet nobody seems to care especially that manager that was supposed to fix it. He is still wating for customer service to call back that is every month since my purchase in June. just got scamed with $400

Everytime I go to the Tomball location I have the pleasure of being helped by James. My husband and I love him! Hes always really friendly, teaches us new shortcuts and information regarding the phones and is very conscious of my needs. Im not very tech savvy so I love when he shows me new things and recommends phones that are easy for me to use. I love the HTC U11 life. Its got great storage, a great camera, its incredibly easy to use and it even came with a charger and headphones! He also showed me a Google Drive app to save my photos, and showed me the T-Mobile content transfer app so when I got my new phone everything was already in it! An incredible time saver. I love James and I always try to be helped by him whenever I go to T mobile in Tomball.
Until they have a staff turnover, this is a good store. Autumn is a top notch customer service agent. Way better experience than the Tomball location.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jermaine Cossey back in August of 2016 when I needed to replace my phone under warranty. Jermaine was very helpful in transferring my information from the old phone to my new one. Im so glad that I got his business card so that I would have a person to contact in further mobile phone issues. Jermaine has made sure that everything I brought up was dealt with. This store frequently has no idea what they are doing. Ive had my phone bill spike as much as $150 when I go in and it happens nearly every time. Oddly enough, I would recommend going to the kiosk in the Willowbrook Mall. Always tremendous service there. It also appears as though this location has horrible management,Ive never seen the same employees in there more than once leading me to believe their turnover rate is massive. DO NOT SHOP HERE

There were 5 people in the store and only 1 of them working, waited 45 minutes and still didn’t have enough time to pay my phone bill on my lunch break and this location always takes forever to get anything done. Every other store it’s an in and out experience because all the workers are actually working.
Understaffed and terrible service. Checked in and told the lady I was there to see about getting a new battery and that my phone was out of warranty but had insurance. Was told I was next in line so should be seen quick. 45 min goes by and a bearded gentleman came over and said he was told I wanted to upgrade phones. Told him I just wanted to see about getting a new battery. He said, oh ok I will have to go get a tablet to help you. Shortly after leaving I see him working with another customer trying to sell a new phone, and I was left to wait again. The original lady I signed in with came over, but told told me the battery was out of warranty and its not covered by insurance nor do they sell them. No big deal, big could have said that when I told you the phone was out of warranty and waited for 45 min.

I would give zero stars if I could. Promos are not as advertised. They refused to work with my husband and I and we wasted 2 hours for nothing. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location or carrier all together.

I really try to only go to this store when it is time for a phone. This is a corp store and so it seems that when there is something that needs to be addressed with an account or a line they can get it done.The last time that I was in they got me an old device swapped for a new one and I was on my way in about 30 minutes.I dinged 1 star for the up selling, if I do not want something please do not keep trying to sell it to me. I know this is a push from corporate but, no thank you means no thank you.Over all though the sales people are friendly and I get my phones and get on my way.

Worse thing I did was to in here get the promotion offer buy onrvget one free then find out rep did wrong on my account so I had to pay for extra phone then a line they added for free. But never received my rebate when I called for status say wait for 6 to 8 weeks I wait then they say its past dead line they are a joke, never can get a hold of store manager my bille spiked up 150 and nothing they can do after 8 yrs with tmobile wow, so much for loyal customers

This T-Mobile has terrible service. The employees dont have correct knowledge of their own procedures. my phone was shut off as soon as I left the store they told me I HAD to go back to the store so they could turn it on. they told me the wrong amount of pay for my insurance so I paid more than what I was expecting AND my phone almost got shut off due to a $30 charge they didnt tell me I needed to pay to add onto my account that my fiance had already paid. Piss poor service. Id give you 0 stars if I knew how. not ever coming back. Ill do anything I can to do anything online or go to the most helpful store on 2920.

The store had 3 people in it and I still waited an hour for service. They were on their phones and when I tried to get their attention so I could pay my phone bill and leave, they got mad. They also taxed on a lot of extra fees I had never heard of.
