They always have unique decor and gorgeous clothes/jewelry. They were super attentive and even suggested some great finds for my upcoming trip.
If I could rate this review at minus 1 star I would. My wife and I went into this store on Sat 12/5 to browse. We are repeat customers having bought several items during past visits. As we were browsing, there was a display with signage that all fall items in this area were on clearance at 50% off. My wife found a large wooden tray that had a variety of ceramic pumpkins, chestnuts and other fall decor items in it. The sales lady came over and confirmed that the fall clearance was 50% off for everything in that area. My wife arranged the tray with contents the way she wanted it and the sales lady took it up to the counter to be rung up. Mind you, the tray was marked $198 by itself before the discount and each of the ceramic decor items were in the $10 - $12 original price range so, at 50% off this purchase was still going to be over $150. As they were ringing up the items, two of the sales ladies again told my wife what a great deal you are getting with all this at 50% off!The owner who was also standing behind the counter then promptly piped up that the wooden vessel (tray) was not on sale. Both the sales ladies and my wife said that the item was among all the clearance items with signage stating 50% off ALL FALL items in this area. The owner then said that the tray could be used anytime, not just for fall. She offered no solution, would not honor the marked price reduction or offer any other % discount off the tray. Again, this sale would have been over $150. My wife told them that she now didnt want any of it because she was not spending $198 just for the tray. So, with my wife being disappointed and somewhat upset and we left the store without making a purchase. On 12/12 (1 week later) after finding an almost identical tray at Lauries in Tomball (for just $70 and not on sale!) along with other very similar fall decor they had at 50%, my wife put together a very similar arrangement for about $150. They even offered to separate a few items for her and still offer the sale price. So, she bought it all. But, my wife wanted to then again go back to The Blvd as one of the items she wanted from the week before was fall leaf table mat that was 50% off and of which there was only 1 left. She wanted to see if that was still available as she wanted it to complete the look she was going for. So, We drove back to The Blvd went inside and my wife asked about the table mat. The sales lady said yes that they still had it and it was in the back. She went and quickly retrieved it from the back and my wife confirmed that was the item and asked her to please hold it at the counter while she continued to look around. As we were browsing, the sales lady came over to my wife and said just so you know, the fall clearance sale ended last weekend so, the mat wouldnt be 50% off now but, the owner said she would offer you a 20% discount on it today. What? Really? Youd prefer to hold this item in your storage for an entire year rather than honor the sale price you offered it at just one week ago? Again, my wife was shocked at the lack of customer loyalty and customer service by this owner. She apparently is more concerned about making absolute full profit on every item instead of honoring marked sales prices or taking care of a repeat customer. My wife told the sales lady nevermind then, I dont want it. My wife decided right then and there this would be the last time she shopped at this store. We couldnt believe the lack of customer service and not wanting to keep repeat customers over making a buck. We all know these types of items in these type of stores are marked up significantly so, even at 50% off, the margin of profit is still great yet, this owner apparently thinks her excrement doesnt stink and she should get full price regardless of how outrageous the prices are on most of the items to begin with. Again, all of this happened in the span of a week. Apparently, The Blvd is SO successful that they dont need the business of repeat customers or word of mouth advertising. The entire attitude is very insulting.
Over the top!!A must see.
Lovely displays, excellent variety both in look and price. Ample staff for a very busy day. This was my first time here, but I will return.
I always find unique and fabulous things here. The staff is welcoming, attentive and always smiling. Great place to find a gift, or if youre looking for that all elusive domething for your home.
The holiday decorations were unique and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Well worth going to.
Lovely shop. Lots of stuff to look at but felt it was very pricy. Enjoyed their Holiday reception earlier in November. I did not know they were there until i saw the Facebook post announcing the reception.
