Good choice of products but gotta be cautious about who gets to assist you. Went to pickup cattle fence. Older guy was overly critical about getting it into my vehicle. Younger guy came over and he started to assist. Younger one was patient with helping. Older guy was pushing to just fit it in and being critical about it. I shouldnt have let him hurry me. Ended up with a ripped roof on the inside and scratched plastic in the trunk. Note to self: dont try to be nice with pushy people who arent willing to help.TS would do good to educate their staff about being patient and willing to help customers.

Came to the Tomball store one morning... All parking spots near the store were taken... I tried to go in the store but they werent open yet.... So the employees took up all the close parking..... This shows a lack of respect to their customers... I am not handicapped but it is getting harder for me to get 50# sacks to my car...

This is a great place. I dont even have a tractor and I still like to shop here! Plus I get my propane tanks refilled here for RV. But also we come in to buy things for our gardening needs like fertilizer and that type stuff. They also have kayaks and other things for some of your water sports if youre close by Stop & Shop way faster than Walmart.

I came to get 4 bottles of propane filled. It was 7:00 pm, store closes at 9:00pm. When I unloaded the bottles, I was informed that there was no one “Certified” to fill my tanks. This was very disappointing as I drive quite a way out of my way to get the propane I needed today. This is a very poor judgement of management not to have someone “Certified” on duty during business hours. TSC you need to get more that one or two persons certified to pump propane. I am a very disappointed customer. Very poor customer service.

We came here to get dog food like we always do, today a lady named Katherine was our cashier, at the time of paying she grabbed my things and threw them in my cart as if as if she was playing basket ball. What kind of proffesionalism is hired? A gentleman that was with her, told us to please excuse her as she was very energetic today and he apologigized for her rude pathetic behavior. Im not sure if she is the daughter of a manager in that place, but she sure has the arrogance as if she owns the place. Very poor service this place is having right now.

Why are you selling wet green wood as firewood.You can do better than that. Was just trying to get some small bundles before I got a truck load.Damn guys. A little effort next time.

Tractor supply doesnt publish bad reviews on their site, it doesnt meet their website guidelines. All i said was the plants i ordered were crushed and broken. They were still alive, and i didnt ask for a refund. On a whole i like tractor supply. I just wouldnt buy plants from them or trust their reviews.

Tractor Supply Company is one of my favorite stores. I appreciate the fact that they stock tall sizes. It is hard to find shirts with sleeves long enough to cover my wrist and Tractor Supply has them. Great selection of goods for a small store. Gifts, tools, gates, clothing, shoes......just about everything you need.

Extremely disappointed with their employee George. I come here all the time and all the other staff are great. However, I went there 3 days last week to have George be rude to me an other customers. Actually made one couple walk out after snapping at them.I had a truck bed full of returns that needed to be unloaded in the yard, so I go in, buy the stuff I need and let them know about the return. I could not find the feed I normally buy on the floor, the cashier said it must be in the back so just unload the return then they would load up the 15 bags of feed. I proceed around to the yard and explain to them what all needed to come out and what I needed. George rolls his eyes at me and told me I shouldve got my own feed inside the store. I explained what the cashier told me and he proceeded to grumble and complain. Not to mention I would not even be able to fit the feed in the bed of my truck until the returns were removed. He unloads the return wire and then starts yelling back and forth with another employee about why he shouldnt be loading up stuff from inside. He disappears for over 10 minutes, comes back and throws the bags in my truck and comes to my door and snaps you shouldve got this yourself, I had to go inside and do this and youre holding other customers up. I spent thousands of dollars a month here on feed for all my rescue animals and will be exploring moving to another tractor supply after this experience.

Took our new member of the family there to see the vet. Way cheaper at our vet. Couldve saved 50$ and got more. Still have to pay an extra 20$ for heart guard which is included at vet. Just like pet smart the vet is only there for marketing. Gets you to come in and save but your spending more??? But total of $70 extra to spend tomorrow. I like tractor supply but they just kept me now for my bare necessities. First time Im upset with them. Employee said wed be saving money by coming there instead of vet. Must not ever go to a vet!!

Kinda like Home Depot, love to go and smell the tools. Employees seem to care about the people who come in. Makes you not feel bad about spending money.

I go to tractor supply, with my dogs, did you know that every Saturday from 9:30 am to 11:00 am there is a veterinarian there I took all my 3 dogs to get their rabies vaccine. Only $22 dollars for the rabies vaccine. How cool is that.

Not the best group of employees that they have had in the past. When you ask a question they arent sure. Its as if they arent required to know what the store carries or where it would be located. Just as long as they can run a cash register and pick the phone ...only to put that person on hold because they dont know how to help them with their question. If you arent trained to know what that store Carries. Then you shouldnt be in a position to answer a phone and potentially cause someone to make a wasted trip to that location. Un informed employees and Ill trained employees make for bad business and a bad bottom line.

Love this place!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Always call to check stock, as the website is often inaccurate but it’s always a fun place to shop and pretty much everything I need to keep my little farm running is there.

I was there but i will never go there again.i went to TSCo. to buy some 5/32 cable for a project i was making so i decided to go toTSCo. Which is about thirty miles from my house .We got there went to where the cable was, we didnt see any pre cut so i walked over to one of the counters where there was an associate was and ask for help, she motion me to wait and called someone we waited over thirty minutes nobody showed up, went back to station and ask for help again she used the walkie talkie and called someone we go back to where the wire rope was located and waited for over 20 minutes ( and the place was not crowed maybe 6 customers) so when we didnt get waited on we walked out of the store. Never again, thank you.

Fun place, a lot like farm and fleet. Excellent supplies, good quality. Hard to find hardware is found here. Great customer service, and the cashiers been over backwards to just plain help. We did not bring a large enough truck, so a friend came. Easy for him to get the item. I strongly suggest you go here and look to see whatr they have.

My boyfriends car broke down at this place. This awesome guy name Seth that works there, stood in the cold weather while it was raining, for at least thirty minutes to help. I’m amazed at the customer service. Even inside the store, he was so helpful. This guy has awesome customer service skills! Any company would be blessed to have him working for them.

This where I purchase my dog food Diamond naturals large breed puppy food, my pet vaccines, wormer and kennels for my dogs. They sell all types of animal supplies..including equine..baby chicks in the spring too!!!

Ive always loved TSC, was greeted warmly and asked for help by various employees in the store. They didnt have what I needed, but then it was rather specific. Back when I got my compressor, they had a way better price on a quality model.

I love this tractor supply the people here Go above and Beyond. I had C section and cannot lift bags of feed and one of the employees walked around getting the Feed for me. Then loading it in my car I could not be more thankful. This is not the 1st time that the employees have gone above and beyond wonderful people work at This Tractor supply.

Great friendly service from a young group of people. The isles are full of pallets and the shells can be unorganized but its a supply store so its all cool. Tomball Tractor Supply is 100% better than the Magnolia store, because of the people.

This is our regular go to spot for all stuff animals. We get all our things for our chickens and anything else we are considering as well. Fun place, helpful employees and you will leave with way more than you intended to go after.

The bolt index is an absolute joke. No one has filled/restocked/looked into it in what Im assuming is months. Its not the employees fault, its an outsourced company that inventories and fills the bins, but its for sure the store/managements fault for not making sure theyve contacted their local rep. The store looks like it has some severe inventory control issues from an outside perspective, in general.

I really like the location in Katy but this location in Tomball is the worst customer service and by far worst employees. The employees are incompetent I bought a trailer from this location and was asked to go get paper work myself off of the trailer I wanted and bring it to them . I should have realized at this point to go somewhere else but continued with purchase. So then they hook up trailer said everything was good to go I should have checked before driving off incompetent employee didnt put down latch on trailer and trailer falls off into hwy 249 in front of the store luckily no-one got hurt or didnt cause any wrecks stay away at all cost from this location

Ordered a grill online to be picked up in store and when we arrived they only had a display. We tried to negotiate a better price bc the floor model was out in the heat and obviously not new. The response? Well, you saved the assembly fee. Seriously? If I order a new product, I expect that exact new product to be available if store pick up is chosen. Otherwise, dont give me the option! We took the grill bc we needed it, and 2 of the lights dont work. NOT impressed.

Staff was very helpful and attentive but not to the point of harrassing. Found some unique items and there were lots if good sales.

Helpful staff. I was greeted as I walked through the door, asked if I needed help, and directed straight to what I was looking for (galvanized watering troughs). The YARD worker showed me the inventory. Checkout was a snap as was loading everything up.

Surprising amount of stuff. Had mower belts by inches from 20 to 150. Just what I needed.

So over the years we have had much contact with many stores thru the region.What chaps my hide is when I see management act ugly towards their staff. But then turn around and put on a dazzlingly smile for the customer. Unfortunately I have observed this attitude at this is store from several so called management staff.

This location had everything I needed for my animals at a reasonable price.
