I would like to start off by saying my wife and I are extremely satisfied with our experience with Buffalo Granite & Marble. From start to finish we were comfortable with the process of choosing our kitchen counter tops. I would personally like to thank Leanne G. who was are sales associate. She was very knowledgeable and was able to find the style of our liking. Also the owner Paul was very thoughtful in reaching out to us personal with regards to any question we had. The install team was very professional and craftsmanship was on point. I would highly recommend Buffalo Granite & Marble and definitely ask for Leanne you wont be disappointed.

By far the best and most professional granite and marble plus a lot of other options my wife and I have been to. The other places locally can not compare to this place for sales or service. This was our first kitchen remodel and Buffalo Granite and Marble was recommended to us by a friend. They had a beautiful selection of granite to choose from and it was so nice to be able to see all of the slabs in person. Erica was so kind and helpful in answering every question we had! From start to finish we felt so comfortable in our decision to work with Buffalo Granite and Marble. The installation crew was so careful in maneuvering the countertops into our kitchen and we were so impressed with the installation. Everything went so smoothly and we still are in love with our countertops! We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Buffalo Granite and Marble to anyone and wouldnt use anyone else!

I had called Buffalo Granite & Marble looking for a granite sink on extremely short notice after one we had delivered (from another company) arrived late, damaged, and unusable. I spoke with a woman named Erica who said she’d try and reach out to their vendor for that brand and see what she could do… less than a couple hours later I had that specific sink I loved in hand. She went above and beyond! It was not their problem but she helped to be the solution. We will be using them in the future after their amazing customer service.

I went to the show room and was immediately helped. The employee who was helping me walked me through a couple of rooms to pick out granite for my fireplace surround and kitchen counter tops. They had a wide selection and beautiful slabs of granite, not to mention very knowledgeable staff. The measurements that were taken at a different date were on the mark and the installation went great. I am very pleased with Buffalo Granite & Marble. I will soon be calling them to put granite in my master bathroom.

I had been shopping for quartzite or granite for about a month at several full slab stone warehouses and wasnt able to find what I was looking for in a slab big enough for my peninsula. I went to Buffalo Granite and Marble and talked with Nicole who showed me around and I told her what I was looking for. She was able to locate a piece of granite from a non-local vendor big enough for my project and in a color and pattern I was looking for. I spoke with the owner of BGM who confirmed they could make a single piece peninsula work in my kitchen. The staff and install crew were great to work with through the entire process and the final result turned out great!

We recently used BG&M for our kitchen countertops. I have to say the entire process was seamless. Katie, our sales rep, welcomed us on our first visit and showed us everything they had to offer. After we decided on granite, she kept in constant contact. She was thorough and transparent. Any questions we had were answered within hours, not days. We were told it would be 8-10 weeks before our stone was ready to be installed. It ended up being 7.5, which was a nice surprise.We were called to set up time and were given a date one week later. We were told the installers would be here between 8 and 12. They showed up at 8:03! They were presentable and professional. They worked quietly and diligently. They were done at 9:55. They cleaned up before they left.We absolutely love our granite countertops! I will recommend BG&M to anyone! Great company to deal with!

We have used Buffalo Granite several times. We have remodeled a few bathrooms and they have helped us with sills and countertops. Everything goes smoothly. Price is fair. The first counter top we purchased in many, many years was a granite countertop from Buffalo Granite & Marble in Tonawanda, NY ... and are we glad we did! Nicole worked with us and she was just fantastic!! She took her time with us, never ever rushing us, told us all about granite, marble and quartz, showed us many samples (some were outside and she never hesitated taking us out to see them, even in the cold Buffalo winters, plus had them brought inside). The whole experience was great!!! If you need a countertop go there. You will not be disappointed.

From the start to finish, this company was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all has beautiful products. I cannot stop looking at the marble they installed in my home, it is like a work of art. The floor sales woman, measurement man, and installers were all so amazing and professional. For the amount of positive reviews this company has received I am throughly disappointed with my experience. 2 separate visits with the same result. Very unwelcoming feeling from the showroom staff. The sales staff that helped me on my first visit was ok, she just kept telling me the things I asked about were “expensive”. I didn’t feel like they wanted to sell me anything??? On the second visit I was assisted by the manager. VERY pushy, I felt like I was being dragged through the process. I was rushed through numerous rooms to the point I was confused on what I saw. Anywhere else you go everything is clearly organized in a common area. This place is a maze!! Based on the uncomfortable nature even their manager put us in we will not being using or recommending Buffalo Granite and Marble.

While the other popular businesses had terrible service, and some didnt even bother to call us back with estimates, Buffalo Granite & Marble was very professional. We worked with Erica and she had fantastic service and always responded right away if I emailed her a question. We used them for our kitchen and because of the pandemic, the wait a little bit longer but very worth it. The results were beautiful . We would definitely go back to them again.

Purchasing our kitchen countertop from Buffalo Granite and Marble was a pleasure. From the choosing of the stone to the final installation, everything went according to plan with no problems whatsoever. Completing any home renovation can be a daunting task, especially when it comes to remodeling a kitchen. After doing plenty of research and looking at all the options for countertops, we decided to go with Buffalo Granite and Marble based on their friendly and knowledgeable sales team that took the time to answer all of our questions, and we definitely had a lot! Our overall experience couldn’t have been better! The office manager did a great job at keeping us informed, and all of the templaters and installers that came to our house were both professional and friendly. We went to other shops and just weren’t impressed with the overall experience. Buffalo Granite and Marble was different. The showroom was very busy when we arrived (Saturdays get there early ) but we were greeted by the professional sales staff quickly. They made us feel like our kitchen was of “top” priority. They guided us through the selections of stones. Explained the pros and cons and were never pushy. When it came to our installation date, they called in advance were on time and had our job completed in a few hours. Just completed a kitchen renovation and cannot recommend Buffalo Granite & Marble enough. They made the process of picking out the right counters super easy and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The installation was very smooth and the counters look great. Im impressed by both the quality of the service and quality of the product and look forward to working with them on future projects.

Our experience with BGM was excellent, very high quality quartz and granite, and I spent a lot of time looking at options in the community. They have done our kitchen and two bathrooms and we couldnt be more pleased. They just happened to have whatever we were looking for at a reasonable price.Lovely staff to work with as well. We just completed our second bath project (first one was last year) using BM&G to fabricate vanity tops for both. We chose them based on recommendations from friends. Once we met and started to work through our projects we found out why they are so highly recommended. Everyone is friendly, professional and honest and the craftsmen in the shop put out a great product.

I went to several different shops to view slabs, by far this was my best experience! I found a granite I love; there are so many choices of slabs to choose from! The template/ install visits all went smoothly and I am extremely satisfied with the end result! Everyone on their team was friendly and helpful....highly recommend!

Erica was a pleasure to meet and work with. She knew exactly what we wanted and delivered for us a beautiful bench seat for our shower that tied in all the tile colors of our bathroom.

Loved how attentive the staff at Buffalo granite was. I was very indecisive about what color granite to choose...its a big decision! Erica was so patient with me and assured me I was not a bother. She even consulted the owner, Paul, to help me with my decision. The best decision I made was choosing a sink and faucet with them. It was all in place the day of install and it made it seamless. I waited a very long time for someone to acknowledge me and when the sales person finally came over they just seemed like they didnt want anything to do with me. I felt very unwelcome to say the least. After a quick Google search I found another company and Im glad I did.

Buffalo Granite & Marble supplied and installed the stone for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. First, they have an amazing selection of beautiful remnants, far more than any other place we saw. I ended up getting a marble remnant for our girls bathroom that I otherwise probably wouldnt have splurged on. The customer service was outstanding. I sent photos of things I liked, and they narrowed down the pieces to show me that best fit my taste. Afterwards I was allowed to come in an compare my tile and cabinets selections to my pieces. The owner Paul is often around and attentive to customers. The finished product looks amazing, I wouldnt change a thing. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is fantastic. Nicole got back to me immediately when I reached out for help. My refrigerator caused water damage to my hardwood floor. I needed my granite countertop removed so Servpro could dry out underneath the cabinets. Even though I didnt get my granite from them they came out quickly and took my granite back to their shop and then returned it when I was ready. All very professional and helpful! Thanks Nicole and guys! I appreciate all you did for me!

I shopped at many local suppliers before making the decision to go with Buffalo Granite & Marble. I chose them primarily because of the professionalism and knowledge of Erica. The advice given by her on materials and installation was invaluable. Everything from the staff that came to measure for templates for my counter top, a large table, and a banquet turned out perfect. I wouldn’t change anything, no final fitment issues, no quality concerns. They also showed up when they said they would, very dependable. I also purchased a Blanco sink from them that is amazing and that I get many compliments on. There are many choices, you’ll be able to find less expensive and more expensive options. But...I don’t think you’re going to be able to find a more qualified group to work with post and pre-sale, and the quality is second to none. Well done BG&M.

I chose Buffalo Granite & Marble because Christina Hackett was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. After I finally decided on the quartz design, my dates were finalized. I worked with a recommended contractor, the very professional perfectionist Paul Ton who removed my old laminate countertops. The staff member assigned to make the model of countertops out of cardboard was precise and the guys who placed the quartz were also polite and efficient. Paul returned to make the finishing touches and explained everything he was doing. He went the extra mile to make my countertops look fabulous. So happy with the results! Phenomenal sales,service, and install. I recently updated my kitchen and after weeks of appointments and sales pitches i was told to check out this place and it was the best and easiest part about updating my kitchen. Dont even waste your time with box stores like home depot. This place has the best selections and prices are great. The best part is your informed and involved in the process from start to finish. The turn around time was great, and the installers are experienced and professional the whole time. Other stone shops i checked out in the city and suburbs didnt even come close to the selection, quality, and service. Will be my only choice for countertops, vanity, and bar tops going forward.

Our new granite kitchen counter tops from them are beautiful. Reason for a 4 * review is that there were a bit too many little quirks dealing with them for my liking. It was a 5 * finish.

We gutted our condo and used BGM for all of our needs. The kitchen and master bath counter tops are spectacular! Erica was a pleasure to work with and you could tell that she was genuinely excited about our project. BGM also made up custom accent pieces of black granite and marble for our tile contractor to install. From picking out the stone with Erika, to installation scheduling with Nicole, to the install crew themselves, the customer service has been top notch. This is our second project with BGM and we could not be happier! We love BGM and wouldnt trust anyone else.

Id love to rank them higher but unforutnatley its hard to give a high rating to a company that doesnt bother to get back to you. Our interaction with the front desk was pleasent but this company doesnt seem to care about serving customers especially when these customers, like myself, come to them. We were quoted close to $800 for a 36 X 18.5 remenant quartz vanity top with installation but when I asked to get a quote for the piece without installation I was told that Id end up knicking the walls if I did it myself. I told them it was fine and that I was renovating the entire bathroom anyway but they refused to give a quote without installation and havent responsed to my last email. Terrible service after the fact. We ended up going with Empire Granite and Marble and couldnt be happier. Excellent service and only $375 for the same piece for a much better quality stone!Updated 10/24 - I did receive a phone call from the owner and didnt get a chance to call him back till the week after (he called again)...so the non-responsiveness continues as I left a message to call me back and going on about a week now without a return phone call. I have no desire to speak with this company anymore as I feel like Ive given them enough chances to address this.
