I ordered custom shirts/polos through Al Ross for our company and they did a great job. Mike and Amy were very helpful throughout the whole process and worked with me to get the shirts just right. They turned out great! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get custom apparel/etc.

Good products and services. Had shirt screen printed and hats embroidered for my business, and they turned out great. All of them are still in use, and no complaints about their work. My choice as far as the shirts went could have been better, I got the cheapest, and they sun bleach when sweat gets on them. Gildan

Al Ross came recommended by one the largest PBAs in WNY.I shopped around, both online and at another shop on Elmwood for some printed shirts. When it came time to order, they laid out everything in detail. They also use Gildan shirts, not some Dollar Store quality shirt that will degrade after a few washings.

I stopped in to inquire about ordering shirts for a fundraiser. When I walked in the only employee I saw working was assisting two other people. I walked around the store for at least 10 minutes and was never greeted with a hello or ill be with you shortly or any acknowledgement that I was even there. I found this extremely rude and I left.
