For being local, I’m surprised I never had heard of D & S Glass. They were great to work with and quite busy when I stopped by even. I was able to meet old friends and a coworker while I was there. Very clean and quick. They ordered what I told them, my information was wrong, so the wrong windshield came. Without an issue they sent it back, got the right one coming within a few days and my windshield was done. Saved me hundreds compared to a mainstream window repair. Something to be aware of, they do not recalibrate the newer smart windshields. That was not problem for me. My vehicle works just as it did before. I’ll be a return customer.To add to my original review, two weeks later, family borrowed my truck and got a chip in my windshield. D&S went to where the truck was and repaired the chip the next day! Who else will serve their customers that well? Great work!

Cant ever get them to answer a phone call during business days and work hours. Tried for weeks. No, I dont expect you to answer the phone during holidays or outside the days/hours posted.

D&S saved me a couple hundred dollars on a windshield replacement. They always had great communication with me before, during and after the installation. I absolutely will use them any time I need glass replaced in my vehicles. Awesome people to work with!

Nothing better than this husband & wife team. I made the mistake of missing my appointment with a different glass company and the 2nd glass company didnt care enough to bother showing up and all that led me to where I should have gone in the first place. Do yourself a favor and just go here first. Customer service was perfect if not better, cost was cheaper than the other 2 companies I tried first and quality was right there with the other two benefits - PERFECT- they won my business for life. Had a great experience with D&S Glass. They arrived 15 minutes early and went to work. My windshield was replaced the day after I called, at my home, for 10%+ less than the other local shops. Would be glad to recommend and will use them in the future!

D&S Glass far exceeded my expectations. First, their price quote was significantly lower than the big boys and still included the same services and components. Next, they setup the appointment to come to my home for Between 9:30 and 10:00, they showed up at exactly 9:30.After they removed the old windshield they discovered concealed rust. They brought it to my attention and advised me of the available options. They cleaned the rust and prepped the area with a rust-inhibiting primer before installing the new glass- the option that I chose. After a lot more work and time than they had anticipated, they finished the job and refused to accept additional payment for the extra work.I am happy to strongly recommend D&S Glass to anyone.
