Recently purchased a 2007 Chevy Avalanche from Buy Right. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. No hi pressure sales, allowed us to test drive the car (which is pretty normal, but sometimes the salesman will go with and continue to pressure you - not so here). Paperwork was quick and efficient. We purchased the vehicle for a fair price and we will definitely look at Buy Right when purchasing our next car as well.

Went there to look at a car that was a little over priced but I thought I could make it work. After the test drive I knew Id have to get it for a little lower than what it was priced for to make it worth it, but after having someone ask me what I thought and I said that it has some problems and went through the problems that I saw they said well I guess your not meant for that car. Thought about throwing out a price on it till they said that. Seemed like they didnt want to sell it or have my business. Seemed pretty stand off ish. If you dont want to hear some problems that a customer saw dont ask them if they saw any.

Great team. Great to work with. I had to figure out my finances when I found my Jeep with them. But they knew I wanted it and they let me know that they knew I was working my end and told me they considered it mine and wouldnt even accept any other offers until I either came to the table with the financing I needed or let them know I couldnt do it. Went down here a week ago and picked up an 07 Mercury Mariner, Stephen was very nice, very cool, and fun to talk to. He took me over to were he stores his off lot cars and let me drive the Mariner back to the dealership. The car drove wonderful for its age, he gave us a very good deal and I took it home, some minor maintenance in the form of some fluid changes, and filter changes that the previous owner never did, and the car runs even better! When it came time to negotiate, I offered a lower price than what was listed, and he showed me exactly how much he was making on the car, and accepted my lower offer, even though it cut way into his profits. Be aware that there is a $299 dealer fee, but in our case it was still worth the price.

The thing I most appreciated was that he talked to *me*, and not to my husband. A small thing, maybe-- but not something I get often from car people. Went to go look at a car they had omitted information about the car from the listing and when pressed for more details came up short with many excuses and the best answer I got was Ive been doing this for a long time. My take away was he is just a used car salesman and will say anything to get his point across.

My wife and I have recently been searching for a good quality car. We came across their listing on KSL for a 2008 VW Passat. We met with Stephen who was very kind and answered all of our questions about the vehicle. Everyone we came into contact with was very genuine and was willing to help in any way they could. Paid cash for a car that had 2 remote kill switches installed. They never bothered to tell us. Car had to be towed and $500 later to figure out why car wont start. Beware of this place! You could be walking. Getting stranded with car that got turned to a brick after a month is not cool.
