I accidentally locked my keys in my car and used Campbells services. Anthony came out to assist, and unlocked my car within minutes! I was back on the road in no time. Anthony was also very great with keeping me updated as he was on his way help. He gave me an ETA that was accurate. I spoke to Mike to discuss a difficult boat removal job we had, he was very responsive and professional. The day of the junk boat removal his experienced crew showed up on time and made a very challenging old boat removal look easy. I’ve had bad experiences with towing companies before and you know it’s never a good situation you are in when you need their services.The exact opposite with this company. Everyone I spoke to on the phone be it at midnight or 9 am the next day sounded awake, alert, well spoken and professional as well as friendly.The driver of the hauler went out of his way to send me images of my vehicle (I had lent it out when it blew its tires) as well up to date info on where the vehicle was and when it was safe. He also went out of his way to pick up the keys for vehicle when I was unable to meet and give me some great tips on repairs.Would highly recommend if ever in need of a tow or other service.

Campbell Transport rescued me from a real jam when my Pathfinder’s drive-chain failed. Twenty minutes after I called, the tow truck arrived for a haul to Torrington. The driver Ty was very helpful and personable. Very capably he secured my vehicle to the tow truck, and drove briskly to my dealership. The towing was affordable, paid by card, with the receipt e-mailed to me.

My car broke down on route 8 in sandisfield and I was stuck with a broken axle. The friendliest young guy came out and took my car to my mechanic in Northfield He was fast professional and calmed me down as I was in such an anxious state ! I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Campbell Towing. This is the second time I have used their services, once for a lock-out and the last time just a few days ago when the tie rod on my front wheel snapped off! I called and spoke with Shane ( the owner) who couldnt have been nicer and said he would send some one right away. Twenty minutes later, Devin came and fixed the tire so he could put the car on the flat-bed.He then towed my car to my home. Devin was very friendly and knew exactly what was wrong with my car, which made it very easy to get the part needed. I had a really really nice guy named Ty come and help me today...my car wouldnt start...but he told me that my alternator was good....battery really low....I asked him a couple questions...as my car is a2016...I wanted to know what I should let Hyundai knoq...as I was driving there next. So I was driving through Torrington when my car finally died. I called them up and they were able to tow my car from Torrington to Albany with out a problem. The price was beyond my expectation and I was able to get back home safe and sound without it costing an arm and a leg. The driver was a great guy, and this place helped me when I thought I was out of luck. Thank the lord this place is here, if they were located in NY I would use them all the time. 10/10

I had a tire blow out on the highway and they came out and got me unstuck and let me have my jeep stay there so the insurance company can look at it. And he had Joey bring me home so I didnt have to walk.

I had pulled over on the on ramp of a Torrington while my car was dead. The police contacted Campbells transport to help in my situation. At first I wasnt sure how nice they would be given the position of the truck. However an employee and wonderful service tow man by the name of Ty helped me tremendously and even negotiated a ride to winsted. Was extremely impressed and happy with the service. I highly recommend using them for future problems. Family owned and efficient work, especially if Ty is your tow man. Overall would rate the company and Tow truck driver 5/5 with no complaints or problems. Thank you again Campbell and Ty!

A huge shout out to Anthony, for helping me with a tire repair issue, on a very rainy and stormy night. I found myself with a flat tire on a dark stretch of highway.Anthony was prompt, polite and helpful. He explained an issue I had with my lug nuts, that needed to be corrected, while having the necessary tools to get me back on my way.Additionally, he took the time to follow up with a call to me, to be sure I was doing ok after he had left me and completed my tire repair service.Once again, thank you Anthony, for helping me get safely home on a very bad weather night.
