Could not be more satisfied with my experience at northwest hills. William was nothing but great. Due to covid and manufacturing delays, I waited almost 5 months before receiving my hellcat. During that time period, William kept me up date and checked in with me weekly. Overall this was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to northwest hills and speak with William.

The people have been fine, but the service done on my Ram has been problematic. I go there because it’s convenient, but through several services I have not had one time where it went smoothly and there wasn’t a problem after. If there was a better option, or the oil change places around had the specific oil for the truck, I truthfully wouldn’t go back there.

Called about questions for service and I have a warranty (but through a third party company). The first man that answered was great, but the woman in service was rude and dismissive. She did not listen to anything I said was insisting on discussing a Chrysler warranty, when I stated many time I was calling about third party. She refused to answer other questions about their process at their dealership and just kept telling me to bring it in. Sorry to be leery but Im from Detroit and the level of service at our dealerships is completely different and every dealership does everything a little different. I will never go there to get anything serviced if she cant take the time to answer a few questions.

Chris Hansen is THE MAN! I hate and I mean hate dealing with dealerships and car sales reps. He was down to earth, personable, answered my questions like a human, wasnt pushy in the least and told it to me straight. He got me the deal I wanted on the vehicle I was looking for and if hes still selling cars when this one dies hes earned a customer for life. Cant recommend him enough and couldnt be happier with my experience.

Fast dependable service, always greeted warmly by the service department. Love the dealership overall. My only negative is that twice now I’ve put that I wanted my Jeep washed after service and neither time did it get done. I didn’t have time to go back and complain because I needed the vehicle. It’s a small oversight but they need to read the service request completely.

This was our second time within the past year purchasing a vehicle from NW Hills. Our consultant, Jack Olson, was superb. We specifically went to Jack with our second purchase because we were so impressed with him with our first purchase. He wasnt pushy and his customer service skills are excellent. When its time to get another vehicle we will be going to Jack. We are 30 year Ford Truck people and Jack just might talk us into buying a Chevy Pickup.

I was in and out in 2 hours with a new jeep. My sales rep Keith was great he did everything he could to expedite the process. Jeff in the finance department was very informative and efficient with his portion of the sale. All in all very pleasant experience!

I stopped in to have my Jeep serviced and witnessed a verbal altercation between two salesman. My daughter was with me and to hear the profanity exchanged between them while she and I watched on was appalling. Very disturbing, their level of professionalism has gone down hill. I appealed to the other salesman asking, “are you serious?” “This is acceptable behavior?” They did apologize but the verbal altercation continued to ensue for another 5 minutes. Incredibly uncomfortable and will make me rethink ever returning to that location again.

I bought a new Jeep last summer at Gengras, which is about 45minutes away, and was in need of an oil change so Sullivan’s is the closest dealership. I walked into the service area and the man working that Saturday didn’t say hi or that he’d be right with me, so I stood there awkwardly until he asked for my name. I decided to pass on the tire rotation for the extra $20 (which when the appointment was made over the phone, it was offered like it was a courtesy) and had attitude and was told to wait in the designated area. I ended up sitting in the showroom because there was only two chairs and a couch and no room left at 9am. Nobody talked to me or even smiled while I was waiting, which also took over an hour. One of the main guys was pacing around the showroom, telling the salesmen to move the cars outside because “Kevin” wouldn’t like it there. He was super condescending and rude in front of customers. The cars in the showroom were covered with dirt, which I’d be more worried about over a car not parked in the right area outside. After the hour of waiting, I paid $90 for my synthetic oil change. After looking at my receipt, I was charged $20 in “labor” which looks like they charged me $20 for NOT wanting the tire rotation. The next day I went to use my washer fluid and the pressure wouldn’t even spray onto my windshield...this was Sunday. I tried called ALL week to get a hold of someone to hopefully get this new situation looked at and only got a voicemail for service. Friday afternoon I decided to press 1 for sales to maybe get a person in the phone, which worked, but the gentleman that picked up was beyond rude. He told me he’d take down my name, phone number, and “issue” and he would “personally” walk it down to service to ensure someone called...that was two days ago. I am beyond disgusted with this dealership and will drive the 45 minutes to other Jeep dealers. I went against the word of mouth I’d heard about Sullivan’s and figured an oil change would be local and easy, but after this experience, I will ensure NOBODY I know ever steps foot in this dealership again.

My husband, 18-mo old daughter and I had a great experience at the Northwest Hills showroom with Bill Reudgen upgrading from our current Jeep Compass lease ( 1st leased vehicle we have ever done ) to our brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited !I would recommend doing working with Bill to all my family and friends !! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and a great sales associate. He even went above and beyond by when we were waiting to meet with the finance person at the showroom ( little wait ) he took the time to entertain our 18-mo daughter at his desk with us - so that she wouldnt get bored while we waited.Our entire experience was very easy ! He even called about a week later to check up on our purchase and how everything was going.!! EXCELLENT SERVICE !!

From the get- they were sketchy. I went in knowing I wanted a fully loaded vehicle. After going through “all” their inventory, they suggested a $37,000 Cherokee that had everything I wanted. They said they had nothing in stock for cheaper with all these specs. The next day I went to their website where they had a vehicle for ten thousand dollars less with EVERY SPEC the other vehicle had. I ended up leasing this vehicle, which I still have today. After getting the brand new car, (it had 63 miles) I signed paperwork the next day which said the vehicle had left the lot with 300 miles... I told the guy doing my paperwork there was an error, and my salesman even confirmed that mileage was wrong. He fixed it, but wasn’t hesitant to give attitude. He went on about how it really didnt matter because its only 25 cents per mile and the three hundred miles wouldnt matter much in the end. Whatever, I let it go. After having the vehicle for about two months a weird noise comes from my wheel, it didnt bother me much until I started my commute to Hartford every day. I took it in for repair and they drove it for literally ONE MILE and didnt hear the problem. The service department is so passive aggressive, especially Nick, the young man who Ive dealt with now every time. It’s not clear what his job is.. Is he a tech or is he a front desk assistant? If he is just a front desk assistant- I highly suggest you consider him for another position because dealing with him is one of the most aggravating things I have ever done. My car started to die, because I ran out of oil which he pointed out, and also told me that he will check my car for any other things that might be wrong with it, and if anything shows up I am liable to pay for these things although they are under warranty. He also reminded me that this car is not “is not his dealerships, its ‘Chrysler Capital’s’. Thank you, Nick for not only making me uneasy about having my vehicle in your possession, but also pushing me to go to Bradshaw Jeep in Oakville who has already been more accommodating than you guys have been in these past two years. I will no longer be dealing with this dealership and neither should anybody looking for decent customer service.

Got me in quickly ad fixed my jeep under warranty twice in the past couple months!

This was the worse car buying experience Ive ever had. The salesman was clueless about the Ram that I wanted. He thought that the truck was equipped with a V8 when in fact it was the V6 model. He had to go outside and look at the window sticker to make sure that I was right.There are paint blemishes that I brought to their attention and I am still waiting for them to contact me about fixing that. That was six months ago.

Pleasant interactions from the web, first contact by phone, easily answered specific questions on a used vehicle, quick introduction to the salesperson, no rush to close. No hard sell at the table as we closed the sale - even though other services were offered. Even after the sale the whole staff (sales, business team, and maintenance techs) were eager to answer additional questions as I needed to add a couple features not on the original vehicle.

This place is excellent. I was working with Bill and that man has A1 customer service. He was very professional with me and he made me feel welcome. He tried to show me the infiniti m45 features but he wasnt familiar with the car but I cannot knock him on that because he was honest about not knowing the car and I already knew its features. He even let me test drive the car on the highway unlike the last dealer that only let me go literally around the block which IS NOT A TEST DRIVE. The dealer prices are more than fair. The car was clean and almost spotless inside. I did run Into an electrical problem which is most likely due to a blown fuse but he said he will make sure it gets fixed. Now thats what I call excellent customer service.

We compared six dealerships throughout the state and went to North West Hills last because they were much further away. We compared Jeeps with the exact options and sticker price and nobody came close to North West Hills. They saved us $80.00 a month and the staff was far more professional than the staff at the other Dealerships. We bought our previous Jeep here and will be back when we need the next one. I Recently had major service done to my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service department did an excellent job not only with the work but with their communication throughout the process. The issue with the vehicle, the plan to repair it and the cost for the work was explained clearly and in detail. I received updates everyday while the work was being completed. Great job!

The sales staff were patient in helping me decide which car I wanted, and worked with me to get a very good lease deal in the end. A very pleasant experience all around.

I brought my perfectly running truck in for a simple oil change, wheels balanced and rotated and reported that my wiper fluid pump needed to be replaced. I left the truck there on Friday 11/3. Got a call back Monday 11/6 saying the truck was all set. When I checked the truck my wiper blades and housing were bent up off the windshield, tires were not balanced or rotated and had low air pressure. When I tried to reverse out of my parking spot the truck stopped abruptly as if I hit something. No one could tell me what happened to my truck. I had the service manager come look at it and he confirmed the bent blade, non balanced tires with low air and the now immobile truck. Needless to say today is Thursday 11/9 and still don’t have my truck back. Oh and btw, they’re trying to charge me for the repairs they claim is wear and tear due to rust. My truck barely has any rust. They said my brakes locked-up onto the rotors. Can’t trust a word these guys say. * DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SEVICE YOUR VEHICLE*Edited 11/15/17: I’m amending this review and increasing my rating to 3 stars as the dealership tried to work with me after my initial concerns. The rotors were rusty and they ended up discounting the total price of the repairs. The workers were nice about the whole thing and tried to remedy the other areas in which they were deficient. It will take some time for me to trust them again but they are working toward that goal.

He sent me an email at 2:45 PM with all the vehicle details.I left work early, called the sales rep and told him Im on my way. He told me the car was not yet prepped and cleaned but I could come see it. That it would be ready for me. This was at 5:51 PMI get a phone call at 6:48 PM...As Im pulling into the dealership. (Yes I live 1 1/2 hours away. I knew the car I want. The sales rep. says: Funny thing, the car was picked up by our sister location ONeils ( I assume that means ONeils Chevrolet Buick) to show a customer today at 2:30 PM. Someone forgot to check it off. To his mistake he follows up with....... The sister (assuming ONeils ) store took a deposit on it.AGAIN: SOMEONE FORGOT TO CHECK IT OFF This means: Some random person walked into Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 20 minutes after the my first email. That person then took the car with their Harry Potter like spell and drove off with the car.The Sales Rep was polite enough to offer me, a different vehicle...I left.Point is that doesnt happen in real life, you cant take a deposit unless the car is in your inventory. That means the car left North Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and was accepted by the sister location. That car was transferred... the Sales Rep. Still reached out to me, still strung me along and then when I got to the dealer... Oops! Unless Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram uses a blackboard, tally marks and chalk to manage their inventory Id avoid this dealership.They ACTIVELY, KNOWINGLY, wasted my time and money. On top of that embarrassed me. If youd like to shop at a place that is willing to treat you like youre dumb, enjoy Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram....That sounds like a good tag line for their next advertisement.

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled in our car buying experience at NW Hills from start to finish. We dealt with William H. in our purchase of a used 2014 Nissan Murano. Will was a pleasure to deal with. He listened to us and what we wanted in a vehicle and totally worked with us. No runaround as you get with many other salesmen in this business. Our experience with the sales and finance managers were just as great. Not once did I feel like we were put in an uneasy or awkward position. They are a very professional group. We actually live on the other side of the state yet will not hesitate to go to NW Hills again in the future. Im happy we took the chance and made the trek out to Torrington. At the end of the day we know we left there with a quality vehicle at a great price. I also feel like we gained a friend in the business after having met Will. We highly recommend this dealership and based on our experience try to get Will if you can. Though Im confident that the entire staff is great to deal with as well. NW Hills is absolutely doing business the right way!Im just your average customer and I honestly dont typically fill these things out. However, in this case I felt compelled to share our excellent experience at NW Hills. Most of all I hope this helps a potential buyer and there decision to shop here.

We always receive excellent service from the Northwest Hills team, starting with the service advisor and then the service techs. The car wash is a nice extra, when performed.

I would recommend Brent Roberts, without hesitation, to my family and friends. He was knowledgable and informative without being overbearing or pushy. I felt comfortable and wanted to give him the sale.

This has to be the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The entire process was dreadful. The customer service is atrocious. No sales associate or managers ever answer their phone. I can’t even get them to return my calls. Everyone single of them use the excuse “your mailbox is full”. Yet when I call my phone I can leave a voice mail. I’ve asked them numerous times to see the certified pre owned inspection sheet and they don’t even respond. I’m seriously questioning if the inspection was even done because there are certain criteria that has to be met in order for a vehicle to be certified. The vehicle I purchased does not meet that criteria. Their excuse was well you should have looked at the vehicle when you picked it up. It was pouring rain when I picked it up. So how would I be able to find cosmetic imperfections that I was told would be taken care of? I’m having issues with the key fobs not working all the time, a pulsation in the brakes and they won’t give me the time of day. If I do get in contact with them they act like they’re doing me a favor, telling me they’re going to call me back and I never hear from them again. They’re attitude towards the customer is pathetic and I highly recommend taking your business else where. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve filed a complaint with DMV and also with General Motors/ Chrysler about the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable dealership.

Beware when making an appointment on the website. I had an 8:30 apt. for an oil change. I should have been out of there by 9. The attendant looked at me strange when I got there and said he didnt have a technician yet, and that someone would be in in about 30 to 45 minutes and they never get their online appointments. He said that if I waited he would have them do my car first. I waited, and watched 3 people come in after me, and leave before me. I was there until after 11, for a scheduled oil change. This was really unprofessional and annoying after purchasing a new vehicle from them to be treated this way.

Total sh1tshow.

I have purchased 3 new cars from NW Hills and have had all their servicing done there. I am extremely happy with the vehicles, with the NW Hills sales staff and the service staff and have had no problems with any of these Chrysler vehicles. I will, undoubtedly, go there for my next vehicle when it comes time.

Recently brought my Ram3500 dump to Northwest Hills for an oil change and 10,000 mile check up. Got my truck right in and within an hour I was out of there. The only negative thing that I would say is not being able to get an appointment for a week! Other than that, all is good.

Bill Reudgen recently sold me a used Chrysler 200. I loved everything about working with Bill and the dealership. Great people who will take care of you even after you write a check.
