When I got my shipment my items were perfectly packaged and look amazing. No complaints on my end, I would defiantly order again. Kyle was nothing but exceptional through my process of ordering. Highly recommended if you want a good product.

I ordered custom made kitchen door handles from this company (via MACK Designer Hardware) with very unacceptable outcome.. 49% of kitchen door handles came defective..after return again 60% came defective ..third time company said that they will not fix them b/c they meet their quality standards...unfortunately can not recommend this company to anyone ....sorry, do not have any defective handles to show you....returned them...

Not all parts are American made shady owners. Take favorites even when their wrong. Not all things made at this factory some parts are repackaged and up charged
