Everything was nice and bright and spacious. Parking lot was good. There was no one to greet me at the door - Dont know if they do that sort of thing but no one greeted me inside the store either; until I made a second pass. Had a $50 gift card and ended up not using it at all. When an associate of the store, in a vertical striped white and black shirt, passed me she did not say excuse me and just guided another customer by.I did discover they have food here, snacks and candy, which adds a bonus. Its a shame the customer service is not up to par because they have a great selection of items here. I attempted to purchase something, I got four bags of fruit snacks off the rack, and then noticed the line to the cashier was incredibly long. They need to open more registers or maybe they should get some sort of automated help or assistance.It wasnt until I passed Joanne, she was very helpful and greeted me and asked if I needed anything that I raised this up to four stars.Ill probably use my gift card online.

I really like the self checkout. Hope more stores install them. This store is nicely laid out and has a good selection. Just still felt like certain things were not fully stocked. I will chalk it up to supply chain shortages worldwide.

I just left this location and had the most horrible experience ever! An assistant manager by the name of Mohammed threatened me to go outside and fight me over a price adjustment after I asked him for his name to give it to corporate for him not knowing how to do his job! So disappointed I overcame my PTSD because I was going to this location on Saturday and was involved in a car accident which they had to use the jaws of life to take us out and I come to get threatened by an employee at this location… SMH…. Thank you Totowa Police for showing up and diffusing the situation.

Honestly over the past couple years this place looks worse and worse every time I go in. Upon a recent visit I found out they got rid of their wedding department. You can no longer go in and see any items for a wedding you may be purchasing. When I inquired I was told I could look at their online inventory, which is a joke because if I wanted to shop online theres way better selection of other companies to buy from.The employees always seem miserable working here, that is when you can actually find an employee to help you.They eliminated the World Market section so theres another reason I dont need to visit the store. every time I go in too I find that items Im looking for are in the wrong place and the store generally seems like a mess. Seems like no one ever cleans their clearance department if items ripped open all the time.It seems that lately theyve fired a lot of their employees as I see less and less familiar faces on each visit.And now theyve eliminated their cashiers so now you have to do self checkout. I should get a discount if I have to check out my own items!I think its time to start wondering what store will move in when this one goes out of business.

I have been buying from BB& B for 35 yearsBecause they have a great return policy.Well no more...I tried to return a defectiveCoffee machine that had a three year warranty. Died after less than a year.Told they now only take back up to sixtyDays. So I wasted a hour waiting for nothing.Than I decided to buy another coffeemaker$129. forgot my 20% coupon was told I could come back and get the discount.So I left the coffeemaker, did not buy,you lost a customer of 35 years. DontBuy from them customers are treated poorly.

Very helpful staff that was eager to steer me in the right direction. My only complaint was the lack of disinfectant wipes at checkout. I didnt want to have to enter my phone number on the credit card machine (the checkout associate is normally able to do so on their screen) because of the ongoing threat of COVID. If I have to touch the buttons and electronically sign, I would at least like a disinfectant wipe to protect my hands from touching a machine that is not sanitized between uses.

Went this location to pickup an item. Had ordered online few hours prior, got a notice the item was ready but when I arrived, it wasnt. I originally wanted a curbside pickup, but there was no marked location and I got confused what to do. After nobody appeared for me outside the store, I went in to pickup the order myself. I asked the service desk and waited for more than 10 minutes until someone reluctantly appeared to fetch the item from somewhere without any apology for the delay. If I had known, I would rather have picked up the item myself to save some time. What is the point of online order if you cant pickup curbside or as soon as you arrive? They do need upgrade in the quality of service.

People in the store very friendly and helpful. Love how we can use expired coupons, however unfortunately not online. Love that you can order items online for store pickup and theyll notify you within 2 hours that theyre ready to pick up. Also love their wrapping station where they provide you with everything to wrap your gifts free.

This review is overdue. The manager there is a sweetheart - helped us out with a Nutri-Bullet exchange when ours started to malfunction. Without question, took our lemon of a product and let us pick out a new one. Every time Ive visited there, I have found what I came for. The staff monitoring the aisles is helpful and friendly in a way NOT stalker-y way. Cashiers are pleasant and accept ANY printed coupon no matter the expiration date. My new go-to for household items.

I had return that I purchased iron couple month ago. There was a Indian lady in the return she was extremely rude and was shouting to me as a customer. I won’t recommend this company they have really bad satisfaction policy.

One of the larger BBB stores in the area. Wide selection of products in all different categories. Helpful staff, dont let the checkout line worry you, it moves quickly and they add cashiers as soon as possible when needed. Also great to order online and pick up in the store. Never forget to bring all your Bed Bath and Beyond coupons with you on your visit to the store.

Today I had an emergency linen situation at my Hawthorne restaurant on a Sunday. Kaitlin picked up the phone and checked the shelves to help me shop white napkins. She went above and beyond! My customers baby shower was beautiful thanks to her speed and tremendous customer service.

One reason that I give this only a 3-star rating is because its always crowded. They never seem to have enough Checkers open to move the checkout line fast enough. Other than that, they have a lot of different products in there that will fulfill your household needs very well. They seem to always be fairly well stocked. The employees are friendly. The parking is good. Its just the check out procedure seems to be a bit lengthy

When I go to the store I usually use the bathroom before I start shopping. I usually stop in to Bed Bath & Beyond once a week.This bathroom is never tended to and always disgusting go into. Today there was a broken sink with caution tape all over it. Toilet paper all over the floor and unflushed toilets.Garbage spilling out from the garbage can that was full of paper towels.Love this store but hate the restroom.

Can almost find what you need but we learned today that they plan to stop sending paper coupons and only provide online coupons. Thats sad. Also we were looking for a foam style mat for around the toilet and they only had one in the whole store. Lots of foam rugs. They told us that apparently they will be phasing those out.

Its always a pleasure to visit this location. The Totowa store is 15+ miles from my home and work but worth it!!!

Aisles are overcrowded with junk. Poorly marked items make it hard to know what price you will pay. Incomplete sets cause frustration when trying to coordinate a room. Unhelpful staff do the bare minimum to get you to leave them alone. I walked away from a $300 purchase after waiting 30 minutes for staff to detangle their mess. Truly a terrible shopping experience.

Like to go shopping there. Easy access from the highway. Would like to see Nespresso coffee cups in the store, not only online as we were told. It seems all they offer in the store is Keurig and I dont think Keurig should monopolize the shelves of Bed Bath and beyond.

Normally, I would have given a higher number but today was ridiculous! There were at least five (5) of us waiting to check out and only one (1) cashier, while the customer service desk had TWO (2) cashiers and only one customer who was being helped (in other words, no line). Im at the point in my life where I speak my mind and called out to customer service Can we get another cashier here?! (The other women in line with me all laughed.) It took a minute or so to hear the intercom asking for available employees to cover the front registers. We saw a young woman walking toward the front but she then went to customer service! Eventually she opened another register, and eventually customer service called one of those in line over to check out there (and an aside, because I had only one item, I had asked if I could pay there but the young blond said this line is only for returns which I now call BS on). Wheres the manager? Dont keep customers waiting so long! Geez.
