Older lady in the front was very unwelcoming & rude. She appeared to be uninterested to comprehend anything i said & failed to explain when asked to repeat my order. Not to mentioned this place is over priced for a bagel shop. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here.

Disappointed again!!! The wrong bagels on a big order. The food is good but the service is horrible, non responsive, slow, inept, and unreliable almost every time. I will never return. Totowa Bagels is much nicer. Please go there!!

I was very unhappy with my bagels here. First off they toasted my bagel when I asked for it non-toasted (which is whatever I would eat it anyway) but the bagel itself was terrible. It was hard and stale and i asked for cream- cheese and it was on less than half the bagel. Take a look below. Coffee was great though.

Food was ok, prices kinda high comparing other local bagel shops for 2 Taylor ham egg and cheese and 2 coffee $18....The WORST part.... we are on the pandemic of ☣Covid-19, and he did not use gloves to cook he touched all the food with bare hands🤢 and he put on a face mask and did not wash his hands. Come on be serious what a disgusting place first time I go there and the last time...

Love the place... bagels and wraps are great the ladies at the counter are the best and remember me when I call.the food is always waiting for me...I always recommend them to frienda and co workers.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. This was not enough, however, to overcome mediocre bagels. Crust was a bit tough as if the dough had been overworked. No need for me to try here again. Will stick to Bagel Supreme in Rutherford.

Not sure what the story here was. Very small and slow service. Had the feeling they were practically on the brink of closure. We are in the midst of the Covid19 apocalypse lol. Moral of the story is try a bagel egg and cheese in NJ with Taylor ham.

Today morning I had gone to this place to have breakfast. I just ordered egg on croissant 🥐. I stood there for 20 min and they still haven’t started preparing my order. I recommend not to go there and waste time by just standing a side. The lady who took my order did not even tell the guy who is working in kitchen. I wasting my one star here.

Just stopped in to pickup breakfast. Waited a good 5 minutes while the employee casually spoke to a spanish speaking customer in front of me LEISURELY in spanish while I waited to have my order taken. I ended up just walking out. Welcome to America ...learn the language

Food was decent but they need to clean up luckily I dont get disgusted easily, dude made my whole sandwich with his hands no gloves grabbed the onions & lettuce with one hand & bagel in the other hand. I dont get it Im a restaurant owner myself and my kitchen is not in public view and we are extremely clean Id be terrified If someone got sick due to a simple thing like cleanliness. you are making food in front of your patrons make sure to always have gloves on especially in the summer time when temperatures are high. I should of said something but Im not the confrontation type didnt want to disrespect anybody.

32 hungry men sandwiches $7 a piece you do the math for the coworkers the supervisor treated if you havent had it its a hero roll bacon egg cheese hash brown and sausage they enjoyed it thats why I gave it a 5 stars

Good food and service

I used to order from here almost every morning because theyre right next door to my office. I find that they began to overcharge me and the breakfast sandwich is either cold and or just thrown together. The quality of what theyre giving me for what Id pay is horrible. Today I just ordered a butter roll and orange juice in which I was quoted 4.50 and then the bacon egg and cheese on a crossiant with only 2 hashbrowns with an orange juice. That order was quoted to be $10.24. They still charged for a full order of hashbrowns which is about 4 to 5 hashbrowns. they quoted me $19.00 with tax and delivery included. I asked that they bring change for a $50.00. Again its right next door, normally Id walk over and pick it up but Its difficult as I cant leave my office. The delivery boy hands me $25.00 so I basically just paid $10.00 for delivery fee and taxes. The food is in the trash and Im never ordering there again. This isnt right. Not sure whos running the place but it used to be a great place to order. Now I feel like I got ripped off. Overpaid for trash food!

Great bagel store, they make breakfast, lunch and there menu has something for everyone, I enjoy the food here, there I only order certain items I cant say that all items are good Ive never tried everything but I still eat here, and it takes 10 mins and you will have your meals already and checked out ready to eat within 10mins I recommend this location for a quick meal

Went in today to grab some breakfast for my daughter before taking her to the movies and the guy looked at me and walked away and for 10 minutes not one of the many staff workers that were there never even asked me did I need help with anything so I walked out.
