I came 4 years ago at the pharmacy for medicine to my kids, but 1 month ago the service customer its a desaster specially the People on phamarcy they need to learn a quality service. Please dont take photo to employers month she is very rude and unpolite.

Worst place to get medications people working on pharmacy !! Also waiting time and manager doesnt solution any problem. Overall I hate this place.

The pharmacist is very rude and doesnt any customer service experience. Just heard her speak to someone on the phone and she was very rude and inpatient.

Good hours, clean and friendly staff. I can see the extra efforts given by the staff as they do their best to stay in front of all the changes do to the virus.

Just tried to use the toilet in the CVS bathroom (3-19-21) in Totowa and it was so disgusting that I couldn’t. It literally hasn’t been cleaned in at least 6 months.

Worse place EVER to go to for medical supplies, always saying you need a prescription to purchase insulin supplies. Well insurance don’t always cover and even if i had a prescription for it I will still have to pay. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with you guys

Amazing service during the pandemic. Everytime I go everyone is warm and beyond helpful. Thanks to the young man who remembered there were more thermometers in the back and went and got is one.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to pick up my medication yesterday and they told me they ran out and to come back tomorrow after 3pm. They were going to order some more that day. I wanna know if they knew they almost ran out, how come they didn’t order it earlier. The next day, I called to ask if my prescription was ready, they told me they don’t make that prescription anymore and they send it back to my doctor. I asked them how come they didn’t tell me that from the beginning, they said their shipment came today and they found out they didn’t make it anymore today. Also they send it back to my doctor and they didn’t call me or text me to let me know anything. I was left in the dark. I had to keep calling and calling them. It was really annoying. The pharmacy needs to get it together. They need to order stuff when they see they’re low on prescription and not wait until last minute. They also need to update people about what’s going on about their prescription and not leave them in the dark. Anyway I called my doctor and had my prescription send to Walgreens. I use to always go to CVS pharmacy but never again. I’m done with CVS pharmacy.

This place is practical

It is the worse place to go and try to get medications. Aetna needs to do better. First of all. They need more drive-throughs everyone can’t get out & walk a mile to get to the pharmacy Dept. They have several ppl workin. In that pharmacy Dept. But yet it took them 15 minutes jus to acknowledge me. I don recommend this place at all.

I have been visiting this pharmacy for years, they should take them seriously, it is putting the lives of people like me who have a case of severe asthma at risk. When I asked for my medicine inhaler which one should be provided to me every month, she said did not appear in my record Than told me that has to called .my doctor a told me that of course I had .I has to look for a photo as proof that they gave it last month and talk to the pharmacist because the ladya a front is disrespectful and unprofessional another things I spoke English but my accent is strong she was making fun with her friend because according to her she does not understand what I say never 16 years in this country I felt so bad people I not will not return I think it is fair to tell the truth.

My review is specifically for one employee at this location. His name is Trevor. He greets customers as they walk in, asks if you need assistance, then, once at register asks you again if you found everything you were looking for. While it is something people ask, he actually seemed interested. He was very pleasant, friendly, helpful, informative and has a great smile to share with customers! (Even though he was alone at register) My experience as a consumer as well as working in customer service for many years prompted me to ask his name so I could write a review. I hope Trevors employers see this and reward him for being a wonderful employee & giving them a good name. **You are only as amazing as your employees.**

This location is one of the smaller ones but still has everything you expect to find. Friendly, helpful employees. I dont use the pharmacy so cant comment on that. Parking lot in front of store is a nightmare to get in/out of spots. I have hit one of those concrete barriers trying to cut my wheel to back out of the corner spot situated to far right when pulling in. There is another larger parking lot right across the street also, I recommend using that one for hassle free parking.

Rude cashier the fat guy

This location is incredible!! I have had several instances where they state they have not received the prescription and when I call my Doctors office they confirm it has been sent. Theyre very hesitant in calling the office to remedy the issue; you practically have to force them to do so. I will be changing pharmacy for sure...Theyre definitely not focused on their clients.

Waiting time is way too long to pick up prescriptions and after you wait for about a half hour, they tell you its not filled yet. And if you try calling ahead of time to find out if its filled, you get a busy signal. Not good at all. Youre better off going to Burgios Pharmacy across the street.

The store in general is good. They have nice employees and the store is very clean. The pharmacy on the other hand isnt that great. Every time I come here I have to wait on a long line and my prescriptions are never ready. I have never been in and out of this pharmacy.

The customers from the old A&P in Woodland Park were transferred here when A&P closed. Ever since, this CVS/pharmacy department has been a nightmare. The general store is fine, but the pharmacy cant keep up. I thought I could beat the crowds by going at different times of the day, but that doesnt even work. They always have 3 or more people working, but they really need 3 cashiers and 3 people filling prescriptions. They dont even have time to answer the phone any more. You can hear the phone saying 2 pharmacy calls all the time now. They are all friendly people, but enough is enough. Hire more employees! I just moved to Burgios Pharmacy right across the street. No lines, no waiting for Rx there.

KICKED off again. Calling the Board of Health asap. Eating pizza in a STERILE environment plus no hand washing. Its a GERM FACTORY. Pick up/Drop off lines. No regard for health especially during a flu & endo crisis.

Costumer Service is very good I love the place

Ive been coming to this cvs for over 8 years now and the only reason I come is because its close to my home. This morning will be my last experience there. Every month I come there to refill my prescription and it should be the same price every month. My insurance doesnt change so why every month I come and they give me a different price with no explanation. The man this morning clearly stated I dont know what to tell you instead of trying to help me, perhaps make a phone call or something, nothing was done. Their system sucks and they need more qualified employees that will actually help customers.

Once again, I called in the prescription yesterday and I get here and its still not ready. There is truly no reason for me to use this CVS ever again.

Very friendly environment, store was neat, and I found everything that I needed. Workers were very helpful and helped me find the things I needed.

This place is the worst around.. They dont care about their customers.. Ive been to many helpful pharmacies, and this is not one.. Theyre concerned about going home, as if they really dont want to be there... Anything other than using the phone service, is a obvious chore. They arent interested if youre medication is life saving or not, and if you have to pay cash, they told me its policy that they can not take any discount services or coupons... They fall to inform me of important insurance practices, the phone service, is more proactive than the staff...Too many times, Ive expected better off them. I am for sure taking my health elsewhere..

No matter what time you arrive and no matter if you have confirmed the meds are ready or not. This CVS has a wait of 30 mins or more EVERY TIME!!!! They are severely understaffed or not qualified to be able to handle the work load and should consider reviewing their methods and organizational skills. I CANNOT wait to switch pharmacies. This place needs to be SHUTDOWN!!!!!

My family has been going to this location for almost 20 years. However, the service is horrible at this location. There is no privacy when speaking to the pharmacists. The wait times are usually rather long. When you finally get attended to the service is deplorable. At this point its like a revolving door of employees and only one or two are friendly or knowledgeable. On more than one occasion we have been given the wrong medication and when I move back to the area there was a mix up of wether or not medications were picked up. Instead of handling the situation in a professional manner the manager came out of the back and loudly said he reviewed the tapes. He handled the situation very poorly and attempted to embarrass his clients (poor taste) then claimed that we were lying about receiving the wrong medication (it has happened in the past more than once, where we received someone elses medication when they were busy, when we realized their mistake the medication was immediately returned). The location lacks sufficient parking in the front of the store and lacks a drive thru. Save yourself the headache go to another location.

Their Pharmacy department is a complete nightmare! No matter when you stop by to pick up or drop the Prescription You will always find a big line and most of the time to pick up, waiting time can be more than 30 minutes!

Horrible parking especially when with little kids. People at pharmacy or customer friendly.

This CVS is the worst you have to wait about 40 mins for your prescriptions everytime and they never get them right I have to go here 4 times this week because of one prescription they never got right is an inconsistent inconvenience I am changing to Walgreens up the street
