I love my Q7 and only want it to be maintained by the best. At my first service at Serra Audi of Traverse City they did a great job. Garthe contacted me before I arrived to make sure everything would be ready just in case any special parts would be needed. Then, when I arrived without even getting out of the car, I drove directly into their garage where I was met by the service manager, Garthe. My order was all written up before I got there and my loaner vehicle was ready for me in minutes. A few hours later they contacted me when my car was ready. Service was great and the car was cleaner than when I brought it in. Ill be back.

Serra Audi’s service center was absolutely fantastic and helped me out of a major jam. Garth not only got my Audi A6 in ahead of schedule, they fixed the fuel pump issue and had me out the door in the same day. Garth & team were excellent and kept me up to date with texts of exactly what was happening, as it was happening. The best part is that the cost was below the original estimate. This review is for the service department and Garthe who I dealt with prior to arrival and during my service visit. This is not my normal dealership as I am currently 600+ miles from home. I got a nail in my tire with a slow leak on my high performance summer tires. I knew I needed at the minimum all season tires. I had done research on the tires before I called and Garthe was easy to talk to, understood my issue and made multiple suggestions all of which lined up with my research. He wanted to save me money by just doing one tire depending on the tread life on my tires, then we agreed on two over the phone, but once I arrived I had already made up my mind that I wanted all 4 to be replaced. Garthe got me an appointment the very next morning and I couldnt have been happier with the transparency and communication during the process of waiting for my vehicle. I honestly felt like family the way he treated me one my initial call, to the time in the shop, and during checkout. I have dealt with a number of dealerships and a number of Audi dealerships and this dealership/experience was leaps and bounds above the rest. I am just hoping I hit a service interval while living up here so I can take my car back to this dealership. After my initial service, Garthe said they couldnt remove the lug nuts to rotate my tires because of an after market lug nut that they didnt have a socket for and unfortunately neither did I. I took my vehicle to a tire dealer where they were helpful removing and replacing the lug nuts. I then took my car back to Garthe (an hour later) to try and get the tires rotated. Not only did he take the car back immediately to rotate the tires, it was done in about 10 min. It was my fault but they made it their mission. Thats what customer service is all about. Garthe was accommodating, professional, courteous and actually fun to work with. Ive found my new service department.
