Larry, Jane and Angela really understand great customer service! They handled what was otherwise a bad situation for me with such professionalism, compassion and urgency; they are just good people! They were able to fix my car perfectly and very quickly so I didnt have to spend the weekend without a vehicle! Highly recommend! Jane and Larry were wonderful and my car came out looking better than it ever has before! Jane was great keeping me in the loop the entire process and taking care of all the insurance details (I was backed into in a parking lot), I literally only dropped off my car and picked it up- they took care of the rest. I opted for the added detail and wax and it was the best $100 Ive spent in a while. I told them I was planning on selling the car soon and they actually recommended that I didnt have the minor rust repaired because it wasnt likely to increase the resale value. That showed me right there they are good, honest people and I appreciated that a lot. Cant say enough good things! Thank you! :)
