Im still learning about the science behind hair color, lightening, and toning. The associate helped me find the right stuff to use to get my noggin the right color. Appreciate her help. They were super helpful last time I came a few months ago too. Didnt make me feel stupid or anything. Love the new location too!
Jessica was awesome! As soon as I walked in she asked how she could help. I had orange brassy hair. She went above and beyond to help me find a solution!
Three separate occasions I’ve drove 45 mins to get hair color to be sent away. Today was because she has to go to the bank. She had a customer locked in the store with her Yelling at me through a window like I can hear her. So I pointed to my ears saying I don’t understand what your saying, opens the door to tell me she can’t wait five minutes more she has to go to the bank. I get those sorts of things but when I explained this was the 3rd time I’ve drove here to get nothing she said it was not her problem! I’d agree if I didn’t call up ahead of time to make sure I was not wasting a trip..
The woman working didnt greet me when I walked in, no big deal but not what Im used to. I wandered around having a hard time choosing the color I wanted as the amount of hair swatches was extremely lacking. I ended up in front of the Ion brilliance dyes just staring, I was apparently in her way as she huffed, puffed, and sighed extremely loudly from about a foot behind me. Never askjng if I needed help, or if I would move. Finally shed went to the back of the stored to stock something. I got out mh phone to research which color I wanted on tge Sallys website, as she was no help. Another woman came in, walked directly to what she wanted, then to the counter to purchase it. She waited about two minutes before walking to the back and telling the employee thst she was ready, to which the employee replied, yeah yeah, in a min. The woman waited another few minutes before the employee finally put down what she was stocking and came to take care of her. I just couldnt believe how the employee was acting. As she rang up my items she rubbed the back of her hand under her dripping nose and never looked at my face. From now on Ill buy my Sallys products online, or from the Gaylord location. This woman made sure I never return to the TC store.
The store clerk was super helpful and kind! I finally got just what I needed! This store was much more organized than other Sally’s I have shopped at.
Destiny was so helpful and sweet to us when we came in with questions yesterday. She even hand wrote the directions for us! Great customer service experience!
The lady with the colorful hair is rude and always smoking outside the building. She isnt much help so dont go when she is there.

I understand that covid is scary. But if I have a medical conditions and am still being considerate of store owners by wearing my mask at least over my mouth. Stayed sitting in the backroom barely greeting me. Didnt ask if I needed help but instantly commented that my mask wasnt up high enough. I told them I had a medical condition and she said I could do a curbside order and pick it up outside. Which was a perfect alternative to wearing the mask, great option! I went outside and waited by the open door. No one came to help me. Finally she came around the corner and just said you need to close the door. I was confused because I thought I was waiting for them to get my stuff. I asked how to do a curbside. She told me to close the door and call/online with my product and then they would pick it out and we could come back and get it ... I was standing there wanting to get my stuff! Kind of ridiculous I couldnt speak to the person and ask them to get the products I need - frustrating and uncooperative. I do the best I can with masks and dealing with companies who do not assist with medical conditions is ineffable. I thought we were a country who recognized mental and physical health as equal and needing to be treated fairly. Just because you cant see my condition doesnt mean it doesnt exist. Thanks a lot sallys for your treatment.
The girls working tonight were super helpful and very nice made my night!
I was wanting to purchase, but the sales woman was rude and dismissive. I was the only person in the store and wanted to make sure that I was purchasing everything I needed. The sales woman scoffed and grumbled when I asked which developer I should get and turned her back to slam boxes around. This isn’t the first time I have shopped there and had less than great service, I won’t be going back.
Great products but employees were busy watching you tube instead of paying attention to the store or customers
Very unhelpful staff, had 1 person working with the other in the backroom opening boxes. Waited for 5 people at the register before she could break away then was not helpful at all

Refused service because I cant wear a mask due a medical condition. Was treated very poorly as soon as I opened the door.
I went in today and was yelled at by a clerk for not having a mask on. Mind you I was already in the store for several minutes and on my way out when she YELLED YOU NEED A MASK ON OR YOU NEED TO LEAVE. I said ok, Im leaving. She then proceeds to YELL, GET OUT NOW. As Im pushing the door open I looked at the clerk to see her eye rolling to a customer and saying like she doesnt know you have to wear one. Let me say that I had surgery on my nose 2 weeks ago and I do NOT have to. I medically do not have to!!!! You were beyond rude and I hope whoever is her boss has a talk to her. Totally unacceptable to treat ANYONE like that.
We went through sallys to do my twin daughters hair, 3 days later it washed off after being in the lake. I called the store and the lady was rude about answering my questions. She didnt make any suggestions amd just didnt know why. We spent our money in this store just to have the hair color on for 3 days. I think we will stick to walmart since we never had this problem with walmart products.
No wait good service. Try to know what getting before you go. The employees arent necessarily certified beauticians, but no complaints been going there for years for much of my hair products!
Wonderful, affordable variety. Why should a bottle of shampoo cost $30.00? Pay attention to the ingredients and ask there in-house professionals. Great nail polish/ manicure selection .
Kinda pricey, but wife gets gift cards.
I go to this store all of the time. I get great customer service from everyone. I ask a ton of questions and always need some advice about one thing or another. I am always happy with the customer service I receive.
First time visit - was going to order online, but the store had everything and I skipped paying a shipping fee. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable.

Worst customer service ever!!!Manager doesnt care that some people cannot wear a mask due to medical issues.Will never ship at any Sallys beauty again!!
If I could give them a zero I would! Worse customer service Ive ever seen. NEVER tell a bride getting married in two days her hair looks green. And dont make customers feel like they are inconveniencing you for being there. Needless to say, I will never be returning. Nor will anyone Im with if I have a say.
