Very professional and friendly staff.

None of the staff wear masks. They dont enforce capacity standards, no plexiglass at the register which is REQUIRED. These arent suggestions, theyre law for businesses. They can and absolutely should be heavily fined for this. I have no idea how they get away with it or even remotely justify it.I wont be back there as they cant even be bothered to do even the most basic of safety standards. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very friendly and helpful staff! After telling him my needs, Adam measured my feet and suggested a selection of shoes to try on. Having a good selection to choose from helped me to find the right pair for my needs. Kudos to Adam and his staff for a job well done and I will be back!

I was looking for a pair of hiking boots, Adam brought out six different styles to help me find some I liked. I am new to the area, and he gave me advice on where to hang out in Traverse and meet people. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I did end up finding the perfect boots. ☺

So who knew just walking in to a store to get some flip flops would be an experience? These guys were great and they had a great selection, not only of flip flops but pretty much everything else too. Next time I need another pair of shoes Im definitely going back there.

I commend the entire sales staff. They were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was looking for a pair of New Balance tennis shoes and bought a pair, thanks to my salesman. I didnt get his name but he attended and played football for T.C. Central High School.Also, again I didnt get a name but he may have been the store manager: Thank you for speaking to and acknowledging my son, who is impaired. You have no idea the positive impact you made on us. So often interaction with my son is strained and awkward but you took the effort to speak directly to him and I thank you for that. The ripple effect of your kind gesture is immeasurable.

More than one salesman tried to sell me shoes that clearly did not fit. For example, one of the shoes was too loose, and the salesman said that he can loosen the other one to match it. What?! Even a fellow customer agreed that the shoe was too loose to walk in. When I decided not to buy, they tried to make me feel feel bad by cattily saying Good luck! Horrible, experience.

This place is nice.
