Love this store! We had a hard time narrowing down our choices because there were so many items we liked. My kids got a cute Michigan shaped magnet and key chain and I got some apparel. My kids also loved the little Michigan pins at the checkout stand.

Im always impressed with both the design and quality of the stuff we buy from High Five Threads. We recently bought a limited-edition Michigan mittens sweatshirt that was a parody of the Bernie Sanders mittens meme and it is now my favorite sweatshirt. It replaced my prior favorite sweatshirt, which was a H5T limited edition Beer City celebrating an award given to Grand Rapids, which Ive been wearing for several years without any discoloration or major wear. They make great stuff.

We lost a phone while renting snow shoes and returned them a hour later than promised. I was super polite the entire time, while explaining the situation. I felt bad after returning them late and gave them a tip. An hour later he showed me a picture of damaged snow shoes and charged my card. We used them for a mile hike and have photo proof of no damage near the end of the trip

I visited your shop on August 25 around the noon to 2 pm hour.I want to tell whoever that I am appalled at the LACK of customer service that was offered by the woman who was staffed that day.I came in before and the store was busy and choose to return to inquire about the merchandise. When I returned, the same woman was checking out two other ladies.She utterly refused to greet me or offer any assistance. However, is staring. She noted that I was there earlier when I inquired about the her lack of customer service. Yes, I was here earlier so I mustve returned to purchase. Do better. Train your employees.

Low quality snow shoes. One of my snow shoes tore, only used them for less than an hour tops. Beware cause they will charge you for them, which ended up being $200. I believe in the saying “you break it, you buy it” but all I did was walk in the snow.. and these shoes failed the one and only job they had lol

Great service here. They have their sizes in stock all the time and they have great quality stuff. Fun graphics on all of their stuff. Byron (the owner) is a wonderfully creative guy.

Nice feel to the t-shirts, but inconsistent quality. 2 shirts, exact same size but completely different fit. plus, shirts are very long. Buyer be ware.
