The employee working 5/6/2021 had the most positive attitude I’ve ever seen in a Hot Topic employee! They made me laugh and had a very bright personality! If you see this, my mom loved the sailor moon blanket! Thank you for the great shopping experience!

Walked around inside the store for 30 minutes. Was barely acknowledged. Nothing was organized very well and the t-shirt wall was horrible but the employees seemed to be enjoying themselves. Went across the hall to Spencers and spent afew hundred instead.

Very clean store, wish they returned to their roots of being the alternative clothing store. all it is is just fandom merchandise now, like f.y.e but with black walls. also staff didnt acknowledge my presence at all and wasnt the best with helping my online order issue. Id give it 2.5 stars if I could. they were nice though but had little care.

My daughter loves going to the store. They have a huge selection of shirts and other apparel. My issue with the store is there is twice as much product as there is floor space. The mall has several empty locations they should try to move into a little bit bigger one. If they could do that successfully I would probably give them two more stars.

Always getting new stuff in for anime, HBO, popular culture and collectibles, and tons of cool clothing choices. Most of the dresses have POCKETS. POCKETS, PEOPLE! This is a necessity for women nowadays, believe me.

Hot Topic never disappoints me when I go here! They have amazing customer service and items! Definitely a store I love and think highly of.

I had recently ordered some Poppy merch, one of them being a ring of her logo, and I was very excited about the order. I am a HUGE Poppy lover and have been gradually adding to my Poppy collection, so I was very excited when I found some Poppy merch on here. I ordered the logo ring, the backpack, bracelets, and the Poppy Loves Me T-shirt. However, my excitement soon faded, for when I opened the rings package and gently slid it from the casing, it broke. The ring completely split off from the triangle part-despite me being EXTREMELY careful. This was a massive disappointment, as the ring was one of the things I was looking forward to the most of the order, but, luckily I managed to repurpose it as a necklace. In addition to this, there were a few small brown spots near the neck of the T-shirt, and the backpack was not the best of quality either-it was very flimsy with thin fabric, and the zipper was not very smooth; it took a lot of encouragement to open it. However, it was a fairly good deal for the amount of things I was able to purchase, and I have no complaints on the bracelets...Yet. The packaging was also nicely done, and I liked how the ring and braceletss packaging had Poppys logo-I found that very cute. Also, most of the products were discounted at the time of my order, so that was nice. In the future I recommend for Hot Topic to improve the quality of their merchandise, even if that means upping the cost a bit. Because I would rather-as Im sure many others would-pay a few more dollars to have a more reliable product. As for now, I dont think I will be ordering anything from Hot Topic again, since first impressions are very important, and this was NOT a good first impression. This was my first time purchasing anything from this store, and will likely be my last; I dont want to be this disappointed with merchandise again. And I will be sure to spread the word on the poor quality of the products I received, for even though I have found no issue with the bracelets, and the backpack isnt in too poor of a condition-the bad out weighs the good in this scenario. As soon as you improve your quality and make actual reliable merch I will consider shopping here again.Thank you for not making all of the products trashy, and thank you for your cute packaging and fast delivery. However, I am still heavily disappointed with what I have received, and cute packaging doesnt make anything better. It really is true that you cant judge a book by its cover. Anyways, I hope your company will improve their product quality, and thank you for your time. I hope who ever reads this will have a lovely day (or night) and hopefully no others have to be as disappointed as I was.

I have a love hate relationship with this store. I often find the look I want or am going for but finding it in my size is a pain. Im larger, especially in the chest, and I can never findMy size. Now you can order it and they employees will help you get the right size and get it shipped to you. But it does take a hit to yourself esteem to not be able to try on or walk out with something. That being said the staff is friendly and the store offers a lot of different fandoms and even had a list you could add too if you didnt see what you wanted. So if you are a smaller size this is the place if you are bigger save yourself the trip and order online.

Everyone is friendly, and they are also very helpful and can help order things online if needed and have great eyeshadow pallets

Got what I needed . Needed a childs pair of earrings that had a lock back pleased with the out come, now the trick is getting my five-year-old to put them back on
