Absolutely the worst. Rude. Outright nasty people. Shame on you all!

Lack of communication. Asked to be on autofill called two times to have them fill it and ran out of propane in the middle of winter. Asked to only be filled up at 20% or lower and have them call before they are on their way. Never happened. They filled me up at 70 percent when I was told I wouldnt need another fill up until March. Very frustrated, spent probably 10 hours on the phone total trying to get them to do what I asked.

This has got to be the worst run business in traverse city. Every time I call to order fuel, then even to cancel service, they say they have no record of it. If you do business with this outfit be sure to take copious notes.
