The customer service was terrible, the older man with grey hair and glasses was very rude. My father, a mechanical engineer consulted an electrical engineer for the electrical work for his barn. This customer service man tried to redesign our plan, and in the process was terribly insulting. We tried to support local business, but now we are forced to take our business else where. I have never even wrote a review before, I’m just so horrified with the treatment we just received.
