FedEx employees are just terrible at their job. I can never get my packages delivered to my door like they’re supposed to be. How hard is it to read an address and take it there? You have one job and you can’t even do that. Hire better people.

I ordered something with 2 day shipping and it has been over a week now. It finally gets to traverse city early morning. They decide to hold it there for another day. I’m starting to wonder if I’ll even get it tomorrow!

The younger female worker there was VERY friendly. However, I tried sending an envelope mailer overnight and they do NOT print labels at this location. They make you do it all online and then you have to print the label somewhere else & THEN bring your package here. So do not try to ship from here unless you already have a label. Maybe you can go through Kwik Print.I just gave up and went to the UPS store on 14th. Way easier of a process.

This FedEx shipping center is located in a very convenient location in Traverse City and has capable and helpful staff. I have used this location to ship packages for work when I travel and I have had zero issues. Its nice that they are open until 6:00PM which gives you a little extra time to get a package shipped after work. In a pinch the UPS is open until 6:30PM and I have used them if I cant make it to FedEx before they close. Overall a positive experience with this particular location.

Drivers are rude. they block entrances to parking lots then act like theyre entitled to sit there and complain at you when you tell them to move. Dumb girl driving shouldnt be working with the public

Fedex delivered an iphone to my elderly father for Spectrum mobile. Problem is.... My dad didnt order a phone. It was delivered and signed for by J.John. Not my dads name. Not even close. They didnt bother matching the signature or name to the person it was delivered to. Or check id. Needless to say, they paid for that iphone12. The stuipidity is astounding.... Also i recently lived in town and country on Barlow. They brought a certified letter, handed out to my wife and turned to go..... Not our package. It was for someone on the next rd. We caught it and gave it right back. This was just last week.

This is a great Fedex - the people are top notch and do a great job. The driver who comes out to Maple City is exceptional and she always goes out of her way to put boxes inside and out of the rain and snow! I have also found the rates to be way better than UPS or U.S. Post.

A hidden gem. Literally feels hidden in the back of long drive away from main road. Was not hard to find. Desk staff was friendly and quick. In and out with my delivery task in under 4 minutes. Would return if I needed to!

Didn’t deliver my package on time and let it sit unrefrigerated in their warehouse all weekend instead, ruining the medication enclosed. Was told my only option was to come get the package myself but only gave me 30 minutes to get there when I am 30 miles away. Would give zero stars if possible.

Your drivers need to pay more attention. I was in the doorway when your driver couldnt make it to my door I took today off to be home for this package as it effects my work to be without a phone that I had rushed here. Not the first time this has happened.

The driver left my envelope that contained a new credit card hanging out on our mailbox at the end of our long drive instead of delivering it to my home, even though he goes down our drive to our neighbors all the time. It could have been taken by anyone driving by. Unacceptable.

We payed expedited shipping-1 day shipment. We ordered Saturday and were told it would be here Tuesday at 8pm due to Sundays off. Today no package. We ran into issues with the package even before shipping. Not too happy. We were notified through email at 6pm that the box won’t be delivered until Wednesday now. Called and they said there’s nothing they can do because the place closed at 6. Very disappointed & do not recommend fedex over UPS

The Christmas gift I ordered was clearly visible what was inside the box. The Driver was nice enough to set inside the back of my truck rather than the door with a note at the door so my kids didnt see what it was. How very thoughtful!!

The people are always happy to help if you can get ahold of them. The phone number goes to a main call center so you have to be transferred to this location to be able to talk to them.

Every time Ive had something delivered from FedEx its been smashed or thrown behind the bushes

I had unknowingly put a FedEx ground package in one is their overnight boxes and it went missing. No record of it anywhere for days after I did it. While the people at their 800 number were polite and explained they had a procedure to follow when this happens, a woman here at the TC office was rude. She tried to put it on me by stating it clearly says on the dropbox that its only for express packages. While this may be true, it is nonetheless NOT my fault it went missing. Thankfully the package was found, but it is not good Customer Service to blame a customer for something.

Look at the wonderful and respectful FEDEX delivery in Suttons Bay, MI!! Why bother rushing to deliver then dumping the package on wet ground in front of a trash can!

Apparently, they dont print shipping labels. FedEx, the company that relies on printed labels, doesnt print labels at their own shipping location.

This is the second time I was getting something delivered by fedex. First time it was sent back to sender immediately. This time they sent my package to the wrong town (5 minutes from my house) and to remedy it they sent it out of the state! It got back to Michigan within the week but it has been in Alendale for 3 days now. I am very upset with the service and cant understand the logic they go by.

I didnt even want to give them one star I optioned for 2-day express shipping to my door and they send it to the Traverse City Fed-Ex and then they send me an email telling me that it is ready for pickup when it was supposed to be shipped to my door I have to drive an hour out of my way on a Saturday morning to go get my package this is ridiculous very frustrating

On your Web site, it shows that you close at 4;30 on Saturday. I got my package ready and went out to ship it. The permanent sign on the building shows that you close at 1;00 p.m. on Saturday and it was 2;15.
