I’ve worked for Fox Glass of New Jersey for four years. I love my job and all my coworkers. I’ve had a medical condition that has kept me out of the office for a prolonged period this year and their relentless support has made it possible for me to keep my position and continue on my recovery. I am so grateful for this company, their compassion and care for their employees is above and beyond!

I was hired at fox glass 2 weeks ago. I started and at first everything was cool managers seemed nice and kind. Main managers name is Dana the other one is Anita, Dana (the one who hired me) trained me for all of 2-3 days and then that was it. Business is very unorganized, they do not have a training system. But they have expectations for you to know everything with in 1-2 weeks even though Management doesn’t take the time out to actually train you properly. Work Environment is very unprofessional (they argued my very first day). Ran into problems with Dana because She put me in charge of an important portal that was used as communication for the clients,(2-3 days of me working there I might add with no proper training, guidance or supervision) apparently I was incorrectly doing something, and instead of handling it professionally, she proceeded to speak to me with a nasty tone as of I’d been there for a year and a half and should know everything. I explained to her that NO ONE showed me the correct way and she needed to have a better training system that included supervision, guidance and 1on 1 training. At that point Breasia (very excellent person she should be the one in charge of you ask me, in fact all of the csr ladies were kind and helpful) an account manager had began to just pick up the slack and train me however she already carries the company on her back and they already be having her running around like a chicken with her head cut off so that lasted a few days then I went back on my own. My second week Dana and I got into it again because of her nasty rude tone and her inability to take ownership of her faults in not properly training me or having a proper system to train new employees.( I’m a very fast learner and I like things to be orderly and chaos free.) this business provides neither and orderly environment or a chaos free environment. I became noticeably sick towards the end of my 2 week, I still showed up to work but again was noticeably sick like congestion coughing etc, I explained to Anita that I was under the weather and I needed to leave before I passed out, I left for the day. After getting rest I tried again the next day I showed up to work, I was noticeably still sick in fact I was worse. Began my work per usual almost passed out felt I needed to go to the hospital so I went to Dana and stated hey I’m actually feeling worst that yesterday and I need to go to the doctors before I pass out, she was visibly annoyed then proceed to say actually we’ve decided to go a “different route”. That was her firing statement. Very unprofessional would not recommend working here at all.

On Feb 10, 2021 we were contacted by Fox Glass to do emergency board up on a family dollar that had a fire in Charleston WV. We stopped the job we were on and immediately got on the site. We spent 22 hours securing the building, paid for the materials and submitted the bill. We made repeated attempts to get paid, and were treated very rudely. On the last attempt they cussed us out and hung up on us. It is now March 18 and no word from them. We have contacted the attorney general to try to shut them down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FOX GLASS! THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!

Horrible company and business to work with.

We completed a window tinting job for Fox Glass on an Advanced Auto Parts storefront in April. It is now July, and after several attempts to call and receive payment, we have gotten nothing but the run around from these people. VENDORS BEWARE!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Fantastic Service! I have been a client of Fox Glass over 10 years! They were our vendor of choice when I worked in the Facilities Repair and Maintenance Department for Movie Gallery and I could not wait to bring them on as Service Providers when my partner and I opened Superior Facility Service Group! In our humble opinion, day or night, you can not find a more honest and ethical company and people to deal with when your location has busted glass or door issues!

Zero customer service skills. Highly recommend putting someone who doesn’t hate their life on the phone answering incoming calls

Wish i could leave 0 stars because thats what this fraudulent company deserves!!!! Vendors beware if they call you asking for you to do work for them run away!!!!!!! They dont pay you ! Now i will be forced to collect from the company who hired them and let that company know how fox glass coducts there business.

Called 3 times for an emergency call with no call back unacceptable

These people are terrible to work for. They promise you they will pay you and have excuses every time. They still owe me for a job done 5 months ago. They are very rude over the phone, hang up on you and put you on hold for no reason.

Total Scam company. They are not even a real glass company they are just a face of a company and then sub out work to other glaziers. They should be shut down. They have large corporations fooled that use them.

They give you the run around, acting like they didnt receive your invoices, give you different emails every time you call, and eventually just hang up on you when you ask to speak with anyone in AP.
