Jessica and Alexis are the most rude and inconsiderate customer service associates Ive had to deal with through my mothers cancer treatment. Thank you Tara for speaking to me like a human being, without raising your voice, and being compassionate. All was dealt with in a timely manner and properly with simple communication skills and consideration of our situation. Thank you.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star but that wasnt an option. This office is late for every single thing you need from them and you have to call them every day for 2 weeks before you receive whatever you need from them. They dont even have the courtesy to call u and let you know that they wont be showing up, you will be sitting and waiting for them and they wont show or call u. The entire office sucks and Lexy the receptionist dont have no business in her position.

Really poor service.
