Was greeted right away, probably waited less than 30 min and I was done. Didnt have my punch card with me for my free oil change since this was a spare of the moment thing, the guy was very understanding and told me to bring it the next time. I appreciate that. Thanks for the great service.

Didnt fix the issue with my car just minor upgrades, made claims that werent true about the car running. Made garuntees that were false. Statements containing if not knowing what will get my car to work. Whole operation did not seem trustworthy. Highly suggest Walmarts service instead of YouTube for a do it yourself because grismer will just go for your money.

After upgrades were made car still had the same problem nothing changed. Made statement containing if with no garuntees that it will work. Obviouse things to look for in cars problem wasnt even considered. Highly suggest Walmarts services or YouTube for a do it yourself. Grismer is just out for your money.

I needed to get a leaking tire fixed that was already fixed once. They got me in same day and quickly fixed the problem for me. The man at the front desk was very pleasant with me, and ended up getting me back on the road in a short time and had no problem doing it at no charge. I always take my vehicles to this Grismer tire location because of this level of excellent in customer service and workmanship.

Pretty good experience on 04/16/21. I thought I’d made my appointment at a different location, so I arrived a little late. But I was still completely finished in about 30- 35 minutes. Only rating four stars because I had also asked for a tire rotation which they forgot to do, but I didn’t get charged for it, so it’s all good.

Went for an high output alternator with the big 3 wiring upgrade.had the 3 cables they needed the alternator and all instructions within the box. When I got home that box only had one cable used....this is the big 3 not the big 1. Also it was up to me to get the serpentine belt...remind you I do t have a car so I have to find someone to drive me to a store to get a belt then drive another 15 mins to the shop...Ill never use this company again for any work not even an oil change

I came into this location after calling them. I hit what I thought at the time to be a speed bump. Our car sits low. We lost oil after oil no mater what we did. Plus our car started shutting off. Imagine our frustration. CeCe instructed me to bring the car in. He and Daniel joked about me flying over the speed bump. By the way after reevaluating the place the issue took place at we never hit a speed bump. Our car was just really low and so was the church driveway. CeCe and Daniel made this trip worthwhile. Theyre friendly and funny. They made me feel relaxed and at ease. They got my car in and gave me some options. I was going in to only see how much we could be looking at to get it fixed. We did not have the money right then to get it fixed. My husband was still waiting on his check for that day. HOWEVER, CeCe gave us an option to apply for a card which I was against. CeCe presented some other options as well. We walked away with a card. The work came up to $50-$60 bucks. Only paid $18.76 total and not a penny more because of the approval, so I was excited and greatful. Overwhelmed with joy. We would of had to pay to get it towed or left it there and walked an hour in a half home. The store is very clean. I noticed they had several specials going on. They have a pretty big parking lot and plenty of work space. Theres a chill area to wait at while your car/truck ect... Is being worked on. This was my first time at Grismer. Not just this location but period. Although I can go to any Grismer/Firestone I will most definitely be coming to this location as long as my car makes it. Even if I have to get it towed here. Unless Im out of town. They valued my time and kept me informed. They are very knowledgeable of the work they do. I hate I can only give five stars and not ten. I thank you CeCe and Daniel for the exceptional service.

I love the Grismer staff in Trotwood. They are very helpful and always remembers me when I come in or even when my car is dropped off. Rob always tell my honey to tell me hello if I’m not the one getting the service done.Update: I had a funeral to attend and at the last minute I needed my oil changed. My appointment was at 8 and I had to be on the road by 10. AGAIN, the Grismer team made sure my car was done in enough time. I love this team and recommend them to anyone in need of auto maintenance.

My check battery charging system soon light as soon as I was leaving work.It was raining, and I had someone that was suppose to meet me at my house around 4ish.I took my car to Grismer in Trotwood, Ohio.They got me right in with a smile and a professional attitude.They checked to make sure it was not my alternator. In was my battery.They changed my battery.Great service. Great timing.

This Grismer location always does a great job with my car, which has 353K miles on it! Theyve been able to figure out issues that others miss, and they offer price breaks any time they can. Highly recommend.

I usually go to the Grismer on Siebenthaler, and I have nothing but good things to say because theyre honest, and I always have an enjoyable experience. I also applied for my Grismer card there and I love that there arent any yearly fees. Yesterday, I went to the Grismer in Trotwood and the young man that I gave my car keys to was the same young man who checked me out. Any concerns I had prior to them servicing my car, I spoke with him about, so I appreciated him also being the one to further explain what was going on, upon my return. He also ensured that the coupons I used optimized my savings. I will be going to either Grismer, but the one in Trotwood is closer to where I live. I NEVER take my car anywhere else!!!! Also, thanks for sending me coupons! They are very helpful!

Great job. One location was busy so I found another location and they were done in an hour.

I had a bad experience here, I took a used suv I bought to get checked out( diagnostics), oil change, and see why my windshield wipers keep coming on when I turn the car on. Well I had a $200 bill when I returned with no diagnostic test forms and them telling me my windshield wipers don’t come on, which is a lie because that’s still happening and who knows what the diagnostic said if they ever did it. I wouldn’t recommend this place and will mot be going back for sure.

They did a good job on fixing my car. They recommend me to even get another put replaced due to it being damaged from my water pump breaking. So. There is no doubt in my mind that that saved me from having to back in in the future. They even had great customer service and everyone in there was nice. It felt like I was coming to a friend to talk about my car. Definitely recommend 10/10

Fast service and customer service was great. I went in for a oil change on a Saturday an got in quick, as they was checking over the vehicle they noticed my serpiten belt was cracked. They change it in a timely manner an everything took about an hour to do.

The Trotwood grismer staff did a fabulous job of working me in quickly. Gentleman took time out from his lunch to patch my tire. However halfway down the road I realized my tire was not put on correctly. This required a second stop at another Grismer to fix it.

They are far and honest. There are a few things that they lack such they always forget to put the sticker on windshield after and oil change amd they never check the tire presure i know one tire was low when i took it in and still low when we got it back. They are great except the little things make a difference!

I was unhappy with Grismer charging $11.00 to spray my car with foam due to the coronavirus. This foam that they sprayed inside my car is supposed to last for 90 days. What a RIP off. Im sure that can didnt cost them $11.00. So much for having a discount coupon. Use latex gloves and a mask when driving the car into a bay and working on it. All Grismer Tire stores charge this $11.00. The next time I need an oil change, I will check with the place first to make sure they dont charge this fee (Super Tech where my oldest son takes his care).

I also talked to previous friends who had work done at this facility and the gave 2 thumbs up!I called the day and spoke with Rob & Dan to make sure they could get me in and out before noon and they said yes.Great customer service, competitive priced and quick and responsive service. I would recommend highly and use again.

Was great in the past but recently they let both my cars get broken into . stole bother radios golf clubs and fishing polls. they did not replace them either. manager was rude. I will never go there again

Called Grismer early early this morning 1/20/2019. They were to service my vehicle im a timely manner. The staff there are very professional and courteous. I will only go this Grismer it is in Trotwood Ohio.

I only wanted new tires and an alignment. I drove my car home and my steering wheel was extremely loose and veered to the right. I went back for them to realign my car, got a call back and was told I needed almost $500 worth of additional work done. They also told me a list of other issues and what that cost of that was Listen I already knew about all the other stuff that was wrong with my car. Ive had new tires and an alignment done before at a different Grismer and I still NEVER got my car back with an extremely loose steering wheel and my steering wheel turned to the right. Its unfortunate that this was my first time going to this E Main Grismer in Trotwood Ohio. This will be my first and last time going to this Grismer location. Thanks for nothing.

Vehicle needs an oil change, its early, 10 am, called to see if theyre busy, was told, oh no, come right in. So I drive over, sit there 45 minutes, no one even looks at my car, no one says itll be a few more minutes, Im completely ignored. Terrible customer service, Ill pay more to get some appreciation for my business. If there was a minus star, Id give them that.

I called this Grismer and asked about an oil change if they could fit me in and he gave the best response I have ever received. I got here and the people were just as friendly. I had previously called the Grismer on Denlinger and did not have a good experience.

We had just left for vacation and had a blowout on 70. When I called the guy was very nice, looked up our tire, luckily they had one in stock. Got us right in, new tire on, and out on the road again in under 20 minutes

My wife and I were on a road trip to Cleveland when we noticed the low tire pressure light was on. We were on our way to catch Spurs/Cavs game and this is 3 PM on Saturday. I knew there was something wrong immediately because we just put air in the tires one hour ago.I pulled out my smart phone and looked up tire places nearby. This shop came up. We decided to try our luck.Rob the manager and Bob the service person (I hope I got their name right) were about to pack up and leave since its 10 past 3 already when we pulled in. They didnt wait for a second to offer help. We had great conversations on games, Shih Tzu, and grand kids when they got ready to fix the tire.Bob is very quick to identify the problem, a hole near the edge of the tire. Rob applied a temporary fix to it and switched the tires since the leaky one was a front steering tire. They sent us back on the road in under 15 min. We owe them everything for catching the game on time.When I pulled out my wallet and got ready to pay, Rod told me to not bother. I insisted but he insisted back. He said every day they tried to do something nice to someone and today I am the lucky someone, with a genuine smile on his face,Rob and bob are true gentlemen. They are the kind of employee I would have around if I were to own a business. I would definitely go back and catch up the next time I drive past by.
