Had been looking for a left handed 20gauge semiautomatic shotgun youth model for my son for 2 years . Happened to be in troy so I went in and they had just what I had been searching for . Very knowledgeable and friendly service .

Went in yesterday to get a new rail/rings for my rife. They only had one in stock and my rifle requires two. I really wanted to get out and hog hunt, so I ended up buying a .308. I was in the market for a new rifle anyway. Great price and it has a $75 rebate. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices seem to be a little above average but not by too much. They have a great selection of most everything and if they dont have it Im sure they can get it.

You know for a place that is in customer service and make there livley hood from selling to consumers, they should be more helpful! Went into the store and was greeted with just awkward silence! It was like walking into someone’s house uninvited! I let it go and proceeded to tell them what I needed they were of NO help even though they carry the gun and brand?! They proceeded to tell me i did not need the gun?? I assume bc deer season is over but neverthe less who cares it’s my money I’ll spend how ever i see fit and that’s definitely never at Troy Sports Shop! Bunch of grouches!!

Very nice people very nice store competitive prices

Ive lived in the Troy area my whole life and I have never heard anything good about Troy sport shop. The main issues I have heard word that the prices were too high and that the people were very rude. Even though I knew that was true I tried to do business with them today. I tried to get my bow restrung. I got there with plenty enough time for them to do my one string on my Horton Vesion 175 (a bow that was $200 more expensive at Troy Sports Shop). When I got ther the individual that would have been the one to put the string on was busy talking to another man (Social talk not work). He then informed me that he did not have the time to even look at my bow. (Half an hour befor the store closed) I busted my butt getting there after work and this employee was too busy to even look at what I had brought their business. This will be the absolute last time I try to do business with them. My childrens childrens childrens children will not darken the doors of Troy Soorts Shop, and neither should you. Ive done the math, and it will be cheaper for me to just drive to Montgomery.
